I called at 9:00 am and dropped the phone off at 10:00am. Their business is in a residential neighborhood but I was going to be in the area anyways, although they would have come to my house for $10 more. I paid $105 for a iphone 6plus glass repair and they were complete by the time I went to the grocery store and came back. I was happy with the service and price. read more

I got my iPad fixed from this guy. First he took longer to fix than what he stated. And since I have gotten it back. It has never been the same. The letter are hard to press,and at times it would just not respond. I finally got tired of it and went to another place to see what they can do. I was told that part he used was very cheap. Please don't waste your money here. You get what you pay for. He may be cheap, but you will also get cheap quality in return. I wish I could give no star, but it is what it is. Pay that extra 20 dollars elsewhere and know your not getting a cheap knockoff replacement. iPads are so expensive and yes accidents happen, but I realize protect your investment and go for quality. This company is great. I have called and in 30 minutes they came to repair my phone screen. My iPhone 6 glass was replaced in less than 20 minutes. He also installed a tempered glass screen protector on it. I also had IPad 2 glass that was cracked and he fixed that too on the spot in about an hour. But it doesn't stop here, these guys also fix Galaxy and LG phones. My sister had her LG G3 completely destroyed, the screen was just black, we thought its done, but he came back with a new Lcd for it and in an hour my sister's LG was like brand new, we were shocked. And to put a cherry on top we gave him my dad's Galaxy s4 that just had cracked glass, and he put a new glass on it as well. He gave us discounts, since we had so much devices to fix, and we were thrilled. And the best part all of his work comes with warranty. i took my phone here to have the screen repaired. When I got it back the home button didn't work properly. I decided to just go with it, since I could make it work and it wasn't that big of a pain. The screen was great, and the price was reasonable. A few months later the back light battery went out. The phone turned on and was recognized in iTunes, but I couldn't see the screen with the backlight out, so couldn't put in my passcode to unlock. I took it into Rapid iPhone repair, they diagnosed the problem, and I said well I can bring it home and just trial and error the passcode since I know know its on - just not backlight. the guy said he could send it to their welder specialist and he could fix it. I had told them that my concern at this time was just to be able to get the data off and I didn't want to take chances to have it broken further. however, he said his guy was a specialist phone welder and could take care of it. I got a call that this welder guy couldn't fix it, and they needed to send it to their other 'specialist'. Weeks later I hadn't heard so I called and they didnt even know where my phone was. They called back and had located my phone, but it couldn't be repaired, but needed to get a hold of the guy to get it back. Finally after a month they had my phone. I went to pick it up and they gave it to me and the screen was badly cracked!!! I was like, this isn't my phone! and they said, oh well didn't it come in with a broken screen? uh.... no... So they replaced the screen and gave me back my phone. My phone is now completely dead, it won't turn on at all, and I can't even access iTunes to try and enter the passcode by trial and error. The good news is they didn't charge me. The bad news is that its worse than when i brought it in. I think they may do great screen fixes, but the run around I received, and the fact my phone is worse than when I brought it in, is pretty frustrating. So be sure if you do bring your phone in and you have to leave it, to take a pic of the state of your phone, and have them give you a service receipt. The guy simply took my name and put it on a little piece of paper. I should have trusted my gut and brought my phone home after he mentioned sending it off to his 'guy'. read more

I dropped my iPhone 6 and it cracked from the bottom up and lost my home button. After a few weeks I finally decided to get it fixed and chose to go to rapid.
