I called these guys and they sent Jorge in about an hour just like advertised. Our old house doesn't have a clean out/access like most newer houses, so poor Jorge had to remove our toilet to do a rooter. 40 feet later, the water had drained from the tub but the toilet still wasn't flushing all the way. Jorge said that the problem was closer to the mainline and that if we had an access, he could do the rooter and a video-diagnostic of our problem. So he said he would have to create that access but that he would have to come back the next morning to do it. A little inconvenient for us using the bathroom, yes, but understandable since it was too late and too dark to do any digging in the front yard, which was exactly what this job would entail. He was there on the dot the next morning before I could even get back from taking my kids to school (his dispatch called me when I was still down the street, so he was waiting for me - not the other way around)! He did an initial video diagnostic through another line up in the roof (still don't understand how he did that) and gave me the good news that my problem looked like where an access line needed to go anyway! Yay! We would kill two birds with one stone and it would take maybe only 4 hours. Long story short - it took longer than 4 hours because my house was older and had more complications. Jorge was an absolute professional the whole time - always friendly and polite, never pushy, always kept me up to date on the problem as it continued to evolve, always clear on what the problem was and what our options were, and he was really dedicated to getting the job done! In the end, I could tell he was completely exhausted (poor guy!) but he had completely succeeded in fixing our problem and in giving us a clear understanding of what problems lay ahead for us in the future (some serious ones, unfortunately for us). Plumbing services ain't cheap! But considering the time and effort their employee Jorge spent , the prompt, quality service he gave us (in many ways I think he went above and beyond what I expected), and the fact that they didn't charge overtime, I'm satisfied with these folks. In our case, Villarreal was called out for what was believed to be a simple clogged toilet inspection at a home occupied by disabled and dependent adults (including blindness and Down syndrome). He was explicitly informed that a third-party company controls all finances since they are disabled... the occupants themselves could not approve major work. Despite this, he proceeded to remove the entire under-house plumbing system, leaving the home with no functioning toilet, no shower, no sinks, no dishwashing, and no laundry. The residents were left without basic sanitation for days and counting. What was especially troubling was the fear-based pressure used. The occupants were told they would "get a disease" if the pipes were not replaced, which caused panic in individuals who do not have the capacity to evaluate scope, cost, or alternatives. They believed he was only inspecting the issue, not authorizing demolition of the entire system. No written estimate was provided to the authorized payor prior to work. When I requested photos, documentation, and permit information, communication stopped. To date, no permit number or inspection records have been provided, which raises serious concerns that required permits may not have been obtained before work began. This matter is now being addressed through formal legal and regulatory channels, including contractor oversight and city enforcement. My intent in posting this review is to document our experience factually and to urge others to ensure that: - proper authorization is obtained - permits are pulled before work begins, - and vulnerable individuals are not pressured into irreversible decisions. The technicians name was Gary (which we actually joked about how at least 1 Gary knew how to do plumbing) and put in all his effort to unclog the main line. Took a little less than 30 minutes and he was on his way. The charge was $55, which is better than a backed up toilet! I also had an issue with a pump on the toilet and mentioned it to Gary and he checked it out. He just needed to tighten a screw on the pump. I was going to go out and buy a whole other part.
