So after checking Yelp and finding the stellar reviews I just called Victor at 11.04 in the morning, and he picked up himself :). We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm. It got to about 8.30pm so I texted and he called back and said he could be with us in 15 minutes if it wasn't too late or he would come first thing in the morning. I said please come now and he did. It was Victor himself, a real gentleman who REALLY knows his stuff! 45 minutes later the sink was flowing again like magic. He cleaned everything up and took care to wear shoe covers and gloves. It was also awesome to chit chat with him about Beverly Hills and the celebs all around us over the years - including a BIG name that used to live in our building in the 70's (news to him). Not only was that bait and switch (only if they can clean the drain from the cleanout only, which is unlikely with a shower), that plumber came out, told me they could've done the job cheaper, and then failed to be able to fix the clog. I called yesterday, and Brandon from Flood Brothers came today, put five minutes of hard work and elbow grease in and figured it out and fixed the problem. It was just a giant hair clog! Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. Since my landlord didn't want to pay for it, we paid $800.00 out of pocket and I deducted from our rent. It was a mess, now everything is fixed, looks nice and clean. I reached out to a bunch of companies and went with the cheapest (not Cali Rooter and Plumbing) since I figured they'd all be doing the same thing and I didn't expect them to find anything. Well, to my unpleasant surprise, they told me that I needed a new sewer pipe from my property to the street. Despite the fact that the entire plumbing system had been overhauled five years earlier as part of an extensive renovation and all the new plumbing was okay, they had connected everything to the original pipe from the 1940's. They showed me some blockage that was already happening and said that if I didn't replace the pipe I could have an issue with water backing up into the house, causing damage. Given that this was no longer just a sewer scope, I did some more research and based on reviews, asked Cali Rooter for a second opinion. They came out first thing the following morning (like 10 hours later) and told me that I not only needed to repair the sewer pipe, but I also had to get a liner. They suggested that the other company was either negligent, or knew that I needed the liner and was going to wait until the trench was dug already and I was forced to say yes to the upsell. Cali Rooter said that they could come as soon as the rain stopped, about 4 days later, to do the entire repair. Communication was great throughout, they showed up around 9 am and were done by around 3 pm and it looks like they were never there (my biggest concern was the landscaping). They also serviced the two water heaters on my property as a courtesy. All around great service - great communication, fast responses and service. So far so good with the new pipe, although I guess if they did things right, I won't know until after things don't go wrong for decades.

Just wanted to give Harry props for the outstanding service heprovided in a emergency toilet replacement operation. I destroyed our only toilet on a Saturday evening (don't ask!) and luckily found Bel Air 24hr Emergency Plumbing via an Internet search. Our job was difficult because the house is very old (1930s) and in a logistically difficult location(Hollywood Hills -- 65 stairs up from driveway to door). As it turned out, our ancient closet ring was too corroded and crumbly to anchor the new toilet, so it had to be replaced as well. Thankfully, Harry drives the Batmobile of plumber trucks (it's a hi-tech wonderment and well-stocked with new parts), so he was able to make the replacement without going back to his shop. Harry provided excellent service at a very fair price and never lost his cool (or his sense of humor) during a nightmare of a job. This December I had an aneurysm and then 4 days later pen heart surgery, now back home recovering to discover oh here's an issue for Tom, the shower faucets are original to the 1947 home and have finally given up the ghost. Tom was good enough to come over to affix a temporary faucet so I could use the shower unit as he ordered proper ones. There was no charge for his visit to come over and do that temporary fix, that's the kind guy he is, a good one who won't take advantage of you. A couple weeks later he came over with the new faucet unit, installed it which was not an easy job considering the 1947 degraded tile he had to chip away at... It wasn't long before he had installed the new unit and it's been working like a charm since. His bill was fair and reasonable as is all his jobs that he's done here at my home. How about this, I'm away working on location on a movie out of state, the 1947 sprinkler pipes burst out front and who comes to save the day, Tom! Over the phone via text he sent me pics of the damage and his repairs, and the bill was again fair and reasonable. My 1947 sink gave up the ghost year before last, Tom came over and was able to save the old vintage unit (it looks too cool to replace it) and it's been working beautifully since, and here it comes... the bill was fair and reasonable. Can't say enough good about him and the service he provides. With Tom you get your monies worth, he doesn't hold you up at the bank, if you need a plumber, make Tom your first call!

I really appreciate that this company doesn't push for pricey out calls on weekends, and after describing what went on, I had an appointment for Tuesday and instructions on what to do in the meantime. Once both Jack and Alfred came, they took care of replacing the wax rings - which meant removing the bowl completely with no muss and no fuss. They checked it over while explaining the work to me, and left the area repaired, freshly sealed and clean - all in less than an hour. Pricing was super reasonable too, I'll definitely be using them again in the future as well as recommending them. IMPORTANT: I live in a building that uses the OTHER plumbers also named Enterprise (the one with I&J on their name), and had this been a building issue I would've had been forced to use those guys, which I didn't want to given the poor reviews. Keep this in mind when reading the reviews as I noticed some people attributed issues to this company incorrectly.

Out of the blue, Robert tells me that for NEW customers they will only accept cash payment of a non-refundable cash deposit of $500. I even asked Robert why he as punishing me to which he said that he wasn't punishing me. VERY STRANGE! 3 days ago Robert said that the job should cost around $300 depending on what they may find is the fix. The problem with the plumbing is that (1) Kitchen Drain Line is stopped up before getting to the Main Line. This unit is within a smaller building of (6) total units and none of the other units plumbing is stopped and the other drain lines within the affected unit (Bathroom Toilet, Sink, Tub) are NOT stopped up. I offered to pay via Credit Card or even Zelle! (As most people know, Zelle is almost immediate and you can't even take the payment back once it is accepted by the other party.) I then called my Attorney to see if they can really do this and he stated the following- In California, a contractor can legally ask for a maximum upfront payment of $1,000 or 10% of the total project cost, whichever is less on home improvement contracts, as per state law restrictions set by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). My Attorney then advised me to submit a complaint against this unscrupulous company, which I will do, since I am confident that this company will probably continue to do this to many others... It will be interesting to see how the Contractors Board reacts to this complaint... I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for reading this review.

At the…read moreend of that wait window I called and he said that he's stuck on the job and can't come right now. I asked why he didn't call earlier to let me know. He just replied "Find someone else, thank you" and hung up the phone. Another flake plumber. I would never call him again. Total disregard to common courtesy or customer service.
