He was calm, and just wanted to help us - even if that meant not using his business. He walked us through the materials our car came with and advised us on how to best proceed. After calling our car emergency services and going back and forth with Rob, we decided together it made the most sense for him to come tow our car. He gave us a very reasonable offer and was at our location quickly. When he arrived, he was fast, efficient and again very kind and helpful.
