I recently visited Rapid Repair to have my phone fixed, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the one hand, the technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me an estimate for how long the repair would take. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pricing. While the cost of the repair itself was reasonable, I felt like I was nickel-and-dimed for additional fees that I wasn't expecting. For example, there was a fee for diagnosing the problem, which I wasn't aware of beforehand. Additionally, the cost of the replacement parts seemed a bit high. Finally, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair work. While my phone is functional now, it doesn't feel quite as sturdy as it did before the repair. There are some minor cosmetic issues that I noticed after the repair was done, which made me feel like the work was rushed. I think this is a decent option for phone repairs, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them. If you're looking for a quick fix and don't mind paying a little extra, they're a good choice. I read some of the reviews and wanted to leave my experience. I think sometimes you have to give a little grace and felt some of the reviews are pretty negative and unfair. Although i know the perception of others is reality. I wanted to share my experience. This business is operated by a young man that was extremely patient and professional. I have an older Samsung Note 3 and love it! Unfortunately it started having network connection issues. Logan (?) was extremely helpful. He installed a new antenna and all the other necessities. Now I don't have to get into one of those new phone two year contracts. :-) Rapid Repair extended the life of my phone for $50.00, way less then the $600.00 I would have had to pay for a new phone. Rapid repair was a very helpful repair kiosk in the mall for my phone, I accidentally broke off my auxiliary cord in the headphone port and needed to have it completely replaced and the first place I went too tried telling me I would need to get a screen replacement which costed about 120$ and then an extra 20$ for the headphone port replacement so altogether about 140$ before taxes, that shop was called Olympia iPhone repair, I would suggest not going to Olympia iPhone repair cause they lied to me and tried to overcharge me for something that only costed about 60$ and only took about 20 mins to get fixed. This place is great. I am the biggest clutz ever and I have literally cracked my phone three plus times in the past year. The price is right compared to other places and I even got a free screen protector ($30-$35) value which I thought was awesome. He also fixed my phone in less than 30 min when I noticed he had 100 other projects he was working on. He put them all aside and tried to get mine done as quick as he could. I suggest you check out other places and prices and compare because this is the best price I've found. Very polite and makes it super easy. I definitely recommend checking this place out. I can't speak highly enough of this place! I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael, who was able to quickly fix my iPhone 6 when the people at Simply Mac more or less blew me off. He definitely knew his stuff, and while talking to him during the repair found that he was also just an all around kind and intelligent person. Made sure I was taken care of with a tempered glass cover at less than half the cost of the phone case store around the corner. Last week I thought I lost everything on my phone . I was told by another company I need to purchase a new phone since my phone screen was broken and couldn't see anything . I saw these guys outside and went over to them . They got my screen fixed and working so quick ! It only took the gentlemen 20 minutes to do . Amazing service! My friend recommended them to me after I dropped my phone in the water, and the employees there went above and beyond to try and fix it. I'm very cautious when it comes letting a store I don't know fix my phone/electronics, but I took a chance and Rapid Repair proved to be a trustworthy shop! They were so polite and honest, and told me there are no guarantees with fixing water damaged phones. Came here to have them check out a half assed screen replacement I attempted on my girlfriends LG G2. Not only did he spend an hour+ taking it apart, looking over my work, attempting to fix it, but he did everything short of replacing the screen (Which was faulty, from the people we ordered it from) and refused to charge for his time spent. Due to the pandemic the store is closed so an extremely nice guy came to my house and replaced my battery in my driveway in 15 minutes. I had a corner screen crack on my Samsung galaxy s8 and these guys did AMAZING! It took less than an hour for them to do all the work and they also hooked me up with some phone cases for a great deal.
