BEWARE: Thermage Package Scam…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I purchased a Thermage package (full face and neck) that included a complimentary Clear + Brilliant treatment. When I later came in for Botox (and even purchased another package), I specifically asked the front desk about the expiration date for my Clear + Brilliant facial. I was clearly told that there was no expiration date. However, when I tried to schedule the treatment, I was informed that it had already expired. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff. I contacted the clinic, and a manager apologized and said they would investigate, noting that they could verify who assisted me during my Botox visit. I was told I would receive a follow-up. It has now been over 5 months, and I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. I followed up again and was told by another staff member that I would receive a call back by Wednesday with a resolution, but it has now been another month with no communication. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-through. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING LaserAway to anyone based on my experience. Drive a little and go into the city! Competitive prices, better customer service, more experienced nurses, and actual doctors! I reached out for months to get the issue resolved, but my messages went unanswered, so I only attended 2 sessions total. Additionally, the deposit was not applied to my account balance as originally stated, and customer service refused to provide copies of the contract I signed online. When I requested a refund, LaserAway retained over $1,600 of my $2,300 package by applying individual single-session retail rates to the incomplete visits. Incorrect account updates were also sent to my financing provider, resulting in extra late fees, and internal records falsely listed my package as fully completed at a location I have never visited. I strongly recommend saving copies of all online documentation immediately and double-checking all financing terms before signing up.

She said hi, but displeased. She asked, "so that's Groupon?" like she wants to imply something. She was all complaining with a discouraging face and tone of voice. She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. It took so long to find a place that would accommodate all three of us so I'm really glad their staff really made it work. We all wanted a pedicure and massage but with the COVID restrictions, they had to shift us around to make sure social distancing was enforced. All of the staff are wearing proper mask and even the face shields. We had to wear our mask while in the building. All of the necessary paperwork are sent and filled out prior to your appointment so when you check in, there's not much to do. They take your temperature when you first walk in and get you settled for your service. My friend and I were able to get our pedicures done while our other friend is getting her massage. We would've prepared to be done altogether, but we still had a great time and was able to catch up in between walking the hallway going to the next appointment. The spa pedicure was amazing! They really took their time and the color came out really nice. Then we were off to get our massages. It was a little bit hard to keep the mask on during the massage but it was worth it! Too bad we couldn't stay to enjoy the Peacefulness and relax a little bit more but we still came out new and refreshed!

I am on the hunt to click with someone- moved here from CA where I had my amazing hairstylist in Orange County for 15 years. Here in VA I've been almost 3 years, and no one comes close. I digress. So the young lady in the front (looked out of high school- blonde, awkward two tone hair) was aggressive and said I was with a level 4 so that's the price because he's an amazing stylist. Well I didn't get my hair styled I got roots done! Yup, just my roots. Ridiculous. They didn't care that I didn't know it would cost that much and they looked at me like I was crazy. Wow- what a rip off. I won't be returning and I'm sure other stylists are great but their pricing, & level system is completely nonsensical. Beware!!
