I told her "last time I told you I dont like high sideburns" and she said "no look this looks cleaner". [Parking] A relatively small and tight private parking lot, but plenty of street parking spots available. [Pros] * Friendly barber. * The barber uses compressed air to remove hair. * Same-day appointment only, but I was able to schedule a time slot pretty quickly and one time he said "can you come in the next 30 minutes?" and I said no problem. * One of the more affordable haircut in the neighborhood - $18 for men's haircut and $23 for haircut with shampoo. * The barber is very efficient and good at what he is doing. I showed him a picture of taper cut and he was able to execute it pretty well without too many questions. [Cons] * The shop is operated by the sole barber/owner so he will pause in the middle of haircut to pick up ringing phone calls. * The barber can be slightly rough as he has a tenancy to keep pushing customer's head while cutting and each customer will need to feel and adjust the position of your head for his convenience. I had one of the most head and neck movements for men's haircut. * There's always a slight wait even if you already have an appointment - I arrived on time for my last appointment and I did wait an extra 15 - 20 minutes. * Customers must call to set up an appointment and all appointments must be the same-day appointment. * There's a sign stating 'no restroom for customers'. * No TV here. * I will not recommend paying extra $5 for shampoo - water was cold initially and shampoo was only done once (some places do shampoo before haircut and shampoo again in the middle of haircut).
