I love raspados zone!! I had flu brain and went to La michoacana in the shopping center by Burlington and it was so crappyyy. I didn't get greeted at all and the prices were not reasonable at all. Then I remembered about raspado zone and it never fails. The customer service is amazing! The deals are great! And the desserts are delicious! I got the strawberry paleta- it's so creamy and melts in your mouth. I also love the ambiance. Very clean place and always good music.

We were immediately greeted when we walked through the door. The vibe inside was very welcoming. Looking at the menu I didn't know what to get and the gentlemen behind the counter was very patient, he explained everything all the choices to me. We ended up ordering Raspados and Obispos! And they were AMAZING ! I have never had anything like it ! Raspado- Shaved Ice Obispos - Shved Ice with ice cream on top We definitely will be back to have these again!

Usually just get corn here never tried their ice cream or bionicos. Corn on the cob or in a cup are both good. We prefer the hot Cheetos topping. Service can be a little slow when they prepare things. Staff is friendly. Small location but there is some seating area inside. You can find a variety of different snacks here.

Raspados Zone had good service, and the establishment was clean with cute seating areas along the wall. The ice cream was very good, and the Hot Cheeto corn was an interesting experience--I had never tried it before, so maybe I just wasn't used to the taste. I ordered a large raspado, but it was too frozen to drink, which was a bit disappointing, though it did look good. Overall, it's a nice spot, and I'd be willing to give it another try!

A great big menu filled with great options. Went here with a want of a Raspado and was so tempted on getting something else. But did get a Raspado but a different flavor than originally wanting. The staff was helpful and friendly quick service. There are a hand full of tables for 2 inside to enjoy your treats.

In this heat, I was absolutely craving a mangonada. Since this is more local than my usual spot, I gave it a shot. Upon entering the store, the ladies there were very welcoming and also busy with other customers. I got their mangonada and tamarind shaved ice. My boyfriend loved the shaved ice and we came to find out that they used fresh tamarind!! This is honestly a pleasant surprise as we've never had something like it before. It was def super sour but we liked that. The mangonada, on the other hand, was off putting imo because I was expecting more of a sorbet. The mango ice cream that they used had a gooey texture to it. I think the texture itself is due to the usage of fresh mangoes in their ice cream!

This is my new go to craving spot. They have it all! Ice cream, smoothies, popsicles, fresh aguas frescas y bionicos, esquites...lord, the list goes on! If I was a kid, i'd go crazy with all the options, which apparently this place does...it truly makes you feel like a kid at your motherlands candy store. It was a cold rainy day and I was craving shaved ice. Weird how weather makes you crave cold. They had so many options! The girl attending us was so patient and nice thru the process, and after about 5 minutes, I settled on the Tamarindo. When I tell you that it tasted just like El Salvador shaved ice, wow! It took me to my roots. I loved that every inch was flavorful with a nice tamarindo chunk on top. I've never had a tamarindo shaved ice this good in the states. We also ordered the horchata matcha which was delicious in its own right too, with the perfect amount of sweet. They also offer free popcorn which I think is a great way to appreciate the customers as they wait. Located in a small shopping center with parking easily accessible. Tip: they have a loyalty card! buy 5 items get 1 50% off and buy 10 items get 1 free. They also have a cute photo op wall. We are definitely coming back to support this family owned store. There are a number of items I still want to try.

Great place to get Mexican snacks and sweet treats! They offer SO much here from popsicles, ice cream, chips, shakes, shaved ice, freshly squeezed juices, elotes, esquites, aguas frescas, and much, much more! They also have specials on Monday ($1.69 ice creams and popsicles) and Tuesday (BOGO 50% off) ! I think they also have a birthday special and if you follow their Instagram they post other deals too! They also have a loyalty stamp card! Worker there was super warm & friendly. I just got the Hot Cheetos and cheese. Comes with a small bag of Hot Cheetos with the side of the bag cut off, generously drenched in warm delicious nacho cheese. It stayed warm the entire time I munched on it and the Hot Cheetos flavor spread to the cheese, giving it a great spicy kick. Delicious junky food, can't go wrong with that ! I didn't grab one since it was the end of the day but they had cherry Coke energy drink in the fridge and I have NOT seen that anywhere else. They also had the Cheetos Bolitas (not spicy, but a great tomatoey flavor to me). So I'll def return to get those and for sure gotta try some of their ice creams and raspados (what they're known for)! If you're in the mood for sweet treats or snacks, this place is the place to go!

Im giving them 3 stars because of the raspados I order Vanilla milk based, tasted like vanilla ice cream From the Michoacana ice cream place, it does not taste like should a vanilla raspado should taste, since I didnt like I was debating between nuez and cocunut raspado at that moment (wished I ordered that) but they told me about the vanilla mexican style brown raspado because They told me it will taste more like natural vanilla, tasted more like cinnamon with sugar weird taste I did not like it at all. My husband ordered a Shake he said it was good the açaí bowl and yogurt bowl were good I was told. Service was good the place looked good, just as a a raspado person mostly vanilla this is def the worst flavor Ive ever tried.

It's aight but DO NOT SCRATCH OFF without the Raspado register employee there to witness or it's invalid. Paranoid owner rule. Free Ice cream (NOPE) hubby was to quick with scratching off! ((Puras fallas)) Going to stick with Barranco's Fruit on my next fruit craving. It's pretty much the same items but more for your buck. read more

Cool spot that serves raspados! This place has a bit of everything.. great for a quick snack on a lunch date! The cups are pretty cool as they come with candy around the straw..The syrup I had was a bit sweet but still very good next time i will get a different flavor other than cherry and see if that helps! read more

I had a yummy mango and guanabona shaved ice with condensed milk on top. There were little pieces of mango and also fresh guanobona with the seeds inside floating in the raspado. Amazing freindly service at the counter too. read more

Tried their mangonada and their esquite. Their esquite has jalapeño in it which is totally unnecessary. Why mess with perfection by adding soggy mini slivers of jalapeño?! Their mangonada was so tasty and refreshing. Would go back for that. I would not get their esquite again but they have a lot of different flavored elote options that I would try read more

Did a delivery order for the 2 original esquites... Read the menu & description multiple times and no where on there does it say that there is "green chiles/green Chile sauce/salsa".. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying my ORIGINAL esquites, but instead have to toss it out. It also was VERY watery/ "liquidy" would NOT recommend for anyone who enjoys the classic esquites. We've been coming here for years and ordering off of DoorDash just as long. Their raspados are our favorite in town but today unfortunately we had a bad experience with the service which rubbed me the wrong way and I won't be returning. We ordered off of DoorDash and when our order arrive it was missing an item, one raspado was wrong and they didn't give us anything to even eat our raspados with! When we called the person who answered the phone didn't even apologize for the mishap and didn't even bother to fix the issue. They just said we should have asked for utensils through DoorDash. Excuse me ? How do we drink the damn raspados without the straws at least?! && what about our missing esquite and wrong raspado? I'm so confused as to who trained these people in customer service? We ended up having to go through DoorDash which only gave us partial credit for the missing item. Freaken ridiculous. Won't be coming back. read more

The elote in the cup was absolutely disgusting. I asked the girl what they put it in it and she said, "lemon, Chile, mayo, and butter" so I was like ok no Chile or lemon. Once I take a few bites I noticed some green shit and I was like wtf is this and I kept trying to eat around it but I couldn't do it the taste was gross. I've ordered a few times before. This was by far the worst - their menu specifies what every item has, like lemon, tajin etc. What i got was dry, Tostilocos. There was no lemon no nothing, very sparsed out cucumber and Jicama. It was a joke! Utterly disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

I love this place because the stuff they sell is delicious AND they accept credit card with a 50 cents charge which I don't mind at all. I'm always craving a bionico or elote and I can never go to the other bionico shops because they always only accept cash but now I can come here! Today I got the fresas con crema which was so good!! The strawberries were huge and sweet and the crema is delicious and creamy as well, I loved it! I think it was around 5.50 which is not bad at all. The workers here are also super sweet and the inside is very clean and cute as well. The tables have little bottles of chamoy and chile and whatnot do you can add how much you'd like to whatever you get. read more

While waiting for my carwash I stepped into Moderns Cafe which is in the same location as the carwash. The cafe is clean with ample seating. They offer a variety of items ranging from breakfast to tortas to biónicos and more. My breakfast sandwich was tasty but the star of the meal was the salsa. The red salsa was pleasing with just a little kick. It was actually very good flavor balanced salsa. Service was friendly, the prices affordable and the location very convenient. I'd come back here just to enjoy the cafe without getting a carwash. Good job Moderns.

Reasonably priced and most of all simply delicious. If you want well made quality food but don't need your car washed you should come here for lunch. If you come here for a car wash then come hungry and leave happy. Well done.
