Only one young female employee was working. She was doing her best to make everyone's orders just right, and as a result, we were all waiting and waiting to be served. We waited for 25 minutes before placing our order. Some would have left after such a wait, but to us, it really was not an issue whatsoever. What was a HUGE issue and concern for us was the idea of a young woman being left to work alone at night in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. We could not understand one bit. When asked, the female employee shared that working alone at night does make her nervous because there are several homeless people camped out at the end of the shopping center, and we observed three teenagers loitering there. The owner should definitely have at least a second or third employee for safety reasons and to help customers place and receive their orders promptly. The business is a good business offering a fantastic variety of mouthwatering items and flavors. Having another person, especially at night, could make this a great company. As for our order, I had two ice cream bars, which were absolutely AMAZING! They were much better tasting than ice cream bars from other ice cream shops. We also ordered the Dubai chocolate with strawberries, which was just as good, and Tostilocos, which were delicious! The female employee was absolutely top-notch. One thing that I remember very fondly about my visit here was not that there were a lot of people here, but the people that were dining in, they were mostly families with children.
