Unfortunately this place has lost quality on service appetizers these past months. Service is slow and the workers there give you attitude as if you inconvenience their life, on top of it the flavor is not not good on the Raspados or smoothies, and it's pricey. If you guys want to know the difference of good flavors, better service and for a good price... around my daughter's school there's a man that sells raspados, esquite, mangos for a good price and delicious. The raspados are amazing, I definitely recommend this place. Wish I could say the same about the customer service though. I understand it's called Raspado EXPRESS but, there was no one (by miracle) in the store and I just wanted some feedback on the raspados. The guy at the register was no help, sadly. I felt very rushed. I ordered the Trompo Raspado and an esquite. Since I was going to share with my nephew I asked for the Valentina hot sauce that comes on top of the esquite to be put on the side. Apart from my order taking about 15 minutes, they put the hot sauce on top. When I asked if they can please put it on the side they acted confused and hesitated but finally made me a new one. However, didn't bother to apologize for their mistake and I had to wait longer. All in all, Raspado was great! read more

The raspados here are always a delight. But the young man in charge of the register was just plain rude. He rushed me and seemed so fed up with his job. He spoke in a very low tone so when I asked "excuse me?" he just seemed really annoyed. Everyone else there was rushed making the orders but at least smiled and looked happy. This definitely changed my view of Raspado Express. I'll try a different location next time. read more

Not for the diabetic. Everything here is sweet. They have great raspados mixed with fresh fruit such as mangoes, strawberrys, lime, tamarind, oranges and don't forget the spice that's introduced by the chamoy sauce, liquid fire. I drive by this establishment quite often. On a warm day I decided to stop by. I was nursing a hangover and my personal cure is something spicy. I hasn't been to this location in a long time due to a semi bad experience. They have since done a great deal of remodeling. I'm digging the new look and the employees are friendly. Over all vide is pretty good, but prepare yourself because the remodeling has brought in more customers. read more

The 10% off check in coupon does not work! The employees were super confused when I showed it to them and said it should work since it is for that location but they don't know how to put it in. But no biggie still got good service. They always seem to take long to get my order done. About 10-15 mins. The staff is friendly for the most part, and the raspados are delicious. However, I've been coming here since I went to the middle school down the street. So over 10 years and the raspados before used to be a lot more packed with real fruit than they are today. Would be awesome to see that again. The prices have risen which is understandable but I wish the portions of fruit would've stayed the same. Still a great place to come and satisfy your craving, I personally get the coffee with Nuez or the spicy mango one, I forget what it's called. Haven't tried any of the other spicy ones so can't comment on those. read more

This place is just amazing, they have a great variety of Mexican style snacks, my favorite is the Cottage Xpress, this is a fruit cocktail with cottage cheese and honey. They also have all kinds of fresh fruit juices, crepés, shaved ice with many flavors to choose from and other snacks that are just as good. Customer service has always been great! read more

Great place to hit up for a refresher! Shaved ice with very delicious toppings. Love the coconut and walnut raspado a with lechera (condensed sweeten milk). During the summer the lines can get very long and finding parking can be a little tough. I would suggest parking in the nearby grocery store's parking lot. read more

I ALWAYS wait anywhere from 30-45 minutes for my food. This is not including a 10 minute wait in line. I've been here about three times hoping that it will be different. Raspados are too sweet and when I asked for no watermelon in my Pico de Gallo they said they couldn't accommodate my order. I wish there was a zero star.
