The host called All American Softy to see what is going on, and got a variety of different stories, like there was too much traffic, or their tire blew out, etc. Last I heard the host was arguing with the vendor over getting a refund for the deposit, which sounds like a ludicrous thing to need to do. After looking at other recent reviews, it seems like others have similar stories. I wonder if this is even a legitimate business anymore, or if they stopped the service a long time ago and are still collecting money for orders.

I came in to buy a cookie dough cake and took it home. When I opened the cake the cake looked old and had freezer burn. (Like when you leave things in the freezer for long time and they get freezer burns and start forming crystals) I came back to the store to make an exchange and they were happy to do it for me but the next 2 cakes they showed me had same problem. I asked for my money back and they said it's company policy they cannot refund my money back to my card? The crew called their manager to try and make an exception but the answer was no. They offered several options to make me whole and we looked through their cake inventory and found one that I liked (I looked for the one that looked the freshest). I was trying to find a date on the box like when it was made or eat before date but did not find any on the case? Anyways, I am bummed because we like to get ice cream cake from cold stone but looks like their inventory doesn't get bought or replaced often.
