5/5 stars I was…read morepleasantly shocked by the presentation when I opened the box. The chicken was glazed in a way I'd never seen before, and everything was packed with care. The chicken had a great crunch, stayed tender, and wasn't overcooked. The seasoning is so addicting and the mozzarella still had a nice cheese pull too. Forgot to take a photo. * Delivery arrived neat, not sloppy. * The food looked cared for and fresh. * Hit the spot for my fried chicken craving. * I don't live nearby, but if I did, I'd probably be here all the time. I've only ordered delivery, so I can't speak to dine-in.

None of the other fast food places like Wendy's or Popeyes would go above and beyond for their mistake. Very much appreciated. The tenders and sliders use the same chicken, but sliders come with some Coleslaw inside. I recommend the medium spice level. They use a nice rub that's not too spicy. I'm guessing there's also hint of sugar that makes it so good. I would probably choose tenders over sliders since the buns on sliders masks the tastiness of the chicken. Fries were crinkle fries. Solid 5/5. My daughter loved Dave's sauce, which is good because I was afraid it would be spicy. Overall, pleasantly surprised and will come back!

Pickles were spears in a breading that was crisp and tasty - these are so good and sho I love be added to the permanent menu. Tbh whenever I see fried pickles, I always order them. I also ordered the Classic Throwback: #6 ( description copied straight from their website) - Grilled chicken, grilled asparagus, shaved parmesan cheese, fresh lemon, extra virgin olive oil and roasted garlic mayo served on ciabatta bread $17.67 - the perfect sandwich , so full of flavor, chicken grilled to perfection. I could only eat half while at the resto. Hours later I ate the other half and I and it cold and it was still perfectly delicious. I even tasted more of the flavors this time around. The bread used for the sandwich , just so good. This has become a new favorite and I will definitely be revisiting! Also, please add this sandwich to your everyday menu. Thank you in advance. As a side, everyone was super nice and welcoming and attentive to our needs TY!!!!

It's been six years since I last came here. The food is still pretty good and the service was…read morefriendly, but overall I found the sandwiches a bit overpriced. The menu has very detailed, almost elevated descriptions that make everything sound spectacular, but in practice the flavors don't quite come through, especially the sauces, which are barely noticeable. Our server was flexible when we asked to swap the potato chips for fries on the kids' grilled cheese meal, which we appreciated. However, we were then charged $1.40 for a side of ranch for the fries. I understand they have a range of specialty sauces and dips that are clearly priced on the menu, but that still felt steep for ranch. They also offer a combo option to add fries for $5, but the portion doesn't really feel aligned with the price. The steak sandwich itself was surprisingly tender, even though it looked like it might be tough. That said, I couldn't taste the roasted red pepper sauce, and the "sweet onion jam" turned out to just be caramelized onions. My mother actually ended up picking them out because she doesn't eat onions. (she won't eat onions that she can see) The buffalo cauliflower was tasty, but could have been crispier. The "serves two" description also felt a bit generous given the small portion. I also ordered a brisket sandwich to go with fries. The coleslaw sounded great on the menu, but in reality the flavors didn't stand out, no real hint of jalapeño, just a fairly standard slaw. Overall, the food descriptions felt more impressive than the actual execution, though the to-go fries portion was more generous, which was a nice surprise. Would I go back? I'm not sure. Maybe for a casual visit with a few beers and fries with an assortment of dipping sauces...I am a sucker for those.

But customer service can be worked on just a little. I ordered a pollo loco, and I know I messed up. I'll call it. I forgot to mention to change it to breaded chicken. But when I asked if the sandwich was made already I was told no so I asked. It doesn't hurt, right. She went to ask the grill guy and he said I already put the chicken on the grill. So you telling me my sandwich isn't made yet and you have the chance to give me breaded chicken but won't because the chicken is already on the grill. I forgot to mention the grilled chicken is already grilled it's not like I'm getting a raw piece of chicken. But okay. Sandwich is okay grilled. Nothing to rave about. Maybe I'm a little salty because I didn't get what I wanted. Or maybe the chicken needed salt. lol. But after eating the sandwich or half of it, maybe it was a good idea that I got it grilled. I got the grilled flavor lol something better then nothing. So you know me. Keep it tasty my friends and let me know what you think.

I usually come here and the cashiers are always different every time. They're usually chill but today I walked in to buy a few things and after like 5 minutes it was so obvious that they assumed i'd steal or take something as I noticed the same owner or worker whoever, be near every vicinity of the store I went. Whoever was at the register one of the younger girls looked like she didn't want to be there either and looked like she wanted me to leave as fast as possible. I don't expect everyone at a store to be friendly but these are people purchasing from your store at least act like you show some respect to your customers. Not everyone is a thief or a bad person.
