Came here for a drink while waiting for our friend. Average cafe. Cute decor. The orange juice cost more than the coffee which i thought was a little weird. Drinks came out fast. Next time maybe we will be able to try the food.

Been waiting a while to try this place and finally got the chance earlier today while it was raining heavily. It's a brunch hotpot and got there during best time before it got packed. So, word on the street is a new owner bought out the place from the previous owner and everything else is the same from the menu and interior design!! Ambiance is chill and music is playing in the back but when it gets more busy i noticed the music gets louder. (keep in mind if you're studying or on important phone call) The food menu seemed straightforward so I ordered the Salmon sandwich. Keep in mind their menu terms are off! It's not a sandwich it's simply salmon on a bagel wiped with cream cheese and layered with few pieces of lettuce and topped with sun dried tomato's- was super dry. the salmon bagel was delicious though!! I wanted the macchiato but the young dude who was working up in the front mentioned is not like the typical drink from other cafes or starbies. So I opted out on that and went for iced latte with almond milk and was asked for a flavor so I asked for the rose syrup that also came with rose petals!! It was also interesting we wanted get tea but they refer tea supposedly to Matcha... idk how that correlates. So if you want to get tea have to ask for Hot Tea. and we paired with a croissant.

This used to be the white noise location. And if you didn't tell me white noise closed I wouldn't know. It looks the same minus the supreme stuff and the round tables. It's the same coffee made the same way. Ice Carmel latte you are the same and I'm still going to drink you! They have added more cakes and macarons to their menu. I tried the matcha tiramisu and it was ok but they can still work on it now. They are open 7 days a week. Even the mouth neon sign is there to greet you. So go support local!

When I found out that White Noise Cafe became High Tide, I honestly was a bit sad but after trying their bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, I was quite happy and satiated. The eggs were so fluffy and buttery and combined with bits of sun dried tomatoes. They also had a healthy serving of bacon which completed it for me. I felt the need to get a black sesame ice cream after my meal and glad to see they still offered that personal favourite. I think in the future, I'd stick with a mix of black sesame and vanilla soft serve ice cream. A mix is always a good time.

Was looking around the area for a cafe after brunch for coffee. Purchased the iced lavender latte with soy milk and the iced latte with oat milk. Both were good. Not overly sweet and they have extra sweetener/syrup if you needed. Grabbed the coffee to go but it looked like a great spot for doing work or study because there are tons of tables and didn't seem too noisy.

Egg Sandwich that usually comes with a salad on the side.

Formerly known as White Noise. Every thing still looked the same. The cold brew coffee was good.

Known for delicious dessert, matcha, and unique lattes!…read more Upon searching for another matcha place in Flushing, I happened to stumble across The Duo Coffee. There are plenty of seats but during the weekends they fill up quickly. I would just recommend coming in earlier. Really enjoyed their strawberry matcha latte and banana latte. The matcha had a strong creamy flavor that complimented the strawberry flavor very well. Judging from the color, it was definitely a decent quality matcha. The hot banana latte was not too sweet and really impressed me with the taste. It wasn't artificial and was very comforting on a colder day. I also tried the oolong tea cheesecake. The texture was moist and the perfect density for a cheesecake. While the tea flavor was light, I would get it again. Excited to try out their other drinks, they also have a selection of desserts like the tiramisu that will sell out quickly.

So a little walk necessary from the subway but worth it for the espresso drinks ands space to work. Upon arrival I was able to be nut order with the cashier. I decided on the black sesame latte and the peanut butter & banana sandwich. I wish they had a little more savory choices. While I waited I sat at the communal table to work. During the weekday is a great space to work. The wait is minimal and I received my order quickly. The latte was excellent! The espresso was smooth and therefore paired well with black sesame. The sandwich was good but nothing special. Great cafe but more savory selection.

Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. The space is spacious, comfy, and beautifully decorated, with free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. Their playlist is very nostalgic, playing songs by Jay Chou, Khalil Fong, and Fiona Sit. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.

My critique is just that their matcha quality is very disappointing. I won't focus on this because this is a smaller business and I think the coffee is pretty good. I think next time I would go and try a recommendation.

Very comfortable atmosphere and cute decor with lots of plants. We ordered two hero sandwiches and they were massive. Two people could easily share one. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich and asked for the sauce on the side, but they missed that initially. To their credit, they made me a new one right away, which I appreciated. The sandwich itself was really good, and the iced americano that I also ordered was good too. One thing to note is I asked for a cup of tap water and they wouldn't provide one unless I paid for it or bought a bottle. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to keep in mind for next time. Bring your own water.
