We care here for a day trip get away. I am not a fan of bar fare and most of the court square seems to be bar food (albeit great bar food). I looked for a locally owned, organic, conscious restaurant and the people I asked recommended the Raven Cafe. We showed up with 3 generations of family members age 5 months to late 60's and all if us found something to thoroughly enjoy. I had the brunch burrito and it was WONDEROUS! (Yes I make up words). My little son had pancakes and my wife had avocado toast. We were all fulfilled and felt good about our meal. We're considering purchasing property in Prescott so we will be back! Thanks y'all! Friendly staff, plenty of seating- there's even a rooftop deck. You order at the counter, you pay (plus tip where 15% is preselected) and they give you a number. You sit wherever and they will bring you your food. There's no additional service beyond that unless you return to the counter. I got the river salad- very healthy, nothing to talk about. Husband got a wrap- it was pretty good. The tots are crispy and delicious. Glass of wine $14. Overall good experience, kinda pricey for the limited service you get. read more

They built a lit, heated patio right in front of their restaurant. It was a bit chilly still but we had our dog with us. The interior is surrounded by local artists' work. The whole place had friendly, hipster vibes. We started off with their seasonal soup that tasted like a Shepard's pie. The spicy mango sticky rice bowl is more sweet than spicy. It was pretty filling with sweet potatoes and avocados. I appreciate the sprinkle of cashews for that nice crunch. We did have to wait 1/2 an hour for our crepe. We switched it to carry out so they boxed it for us but ran out of pistachio toppings. Oh well...it was still pretty tasty with hints of cinnamon, spices, & bananas. read more

The outside of this place is unremarkable, but we saw a lot of people inside so we decided to try it. The menu has good variety and several excellent sounding vegan options. I had the vegan beet salad, which tasted excellent and came pretty quickly. They have a lovely outdoor seating area upstairs as well as a few tables in the front. Stopped in for some coffee and breakfast this past weekend as I was exploring Prescott. As with the other businesses along Cortez and downtown Prescott, the building has some great history and it is an awesome space. I was there about 9AM and the place was hopping! I decided on the breakfast sandwich which was so good! A vast menu options for both vegans and non vegans alike. The space has current artwork on the walls for sale, a great piece hanging from the ceiling, hardwood floors and just another great vibe in the town. They are also a bar and have live music. Upstairs sitting area is where it's at! I love coming here and enjoying the beautiful view of downtown Prescott. This is where you want to come for good beers and appetizers and very affordable. If you are coming to happy hour that is Monday-Friday and have a different menu for that (wished they had it all week because I love the vegan quesadilla) lol Even if you aren't vegan or GF they have amazing food and coning from someone that enjoys good food.. Mahi Mahi tacos are to die for! They have extended their sitting area in the front of the restaurant which I think that is a phenomenal idea to prepare for all the tourist coming soon. This is a must-visit caffeine stop in Prescott. For starters, the drinks are amazing. Every time I've visited Prescott, I've visited this Cafe at least twice. You could say I have a problem... and the solution is more caffeine. The lattes are great if you enjoy a bit of the earthy espresso flavor. The cappuccinos are also amazing, but the lattes win out at this spot. The food is also perfect. I haven't eaten here as often - maybe only once per visit. Omelets, avocado toast, whatever breakfast you're feeling. Make sure to finish your fries, or you'll be sad that you didn't. The decor is very fun, and works with the theme and the layout. There's ravens everywhere, from the order counter to the support beams on the roof. Wood, metal, painted, all sorts. The main room is set out quite well as a stage, and they serve alcohol. I haven't been here for a band yet, but I have no doubt it will be equally enjoyable. If you've read this far and haven't put the address in your maps, let this be your wakeup call. read more

I enjoyed my lunch here came before my retreat. Decided to try some new things the duck wing was good should have done buffalo as I found their Korean bbq a bit saltier than I normally like. We sat outside on the front patio. We did have to go inside to place our orders. Lots of gluten free and vegan options. Everything was coded on the menu gluten free or vegan. I ordered the vegan nachos. Black beans. olives, jalapeños, onions, guacamole, caulirizo and cashew cream. It was a very large portion for $12. I have to say it was pretty tasty. I liked that it was vegan and gluten free. There was a "meat" option too. Just the right balance of chips and toppings. Enjoyed the outdoor patio so much. They were a lot of bees flying around but what do you do? There were beautiful potted flowers everywhere so I guess they were pollinating . This is a popular place to bring your dog to eat with you. We were the only ones outside without a dog. Some tables even had several dogs. Some more well behaved then others. The servers were very efficient. It did take awhile for us to get our meal but it was a Saturday and we weren't in a hurry. I'd like to come back and try the upstairs balcony. We weren't aware of it until after we left. read more

If you read their profile it states that they are "dog friendly" which is 100% untrue! We went there 6 months ago and everyone had their dogs in there, they were eating, no problem. Today the male cashier came up to me while my husband was in line ordering our food and was unbelievably rude to me. My husband got up to the female cashier and she was making snarky comments ie wow everyone thinks they can bring their dogs wherever they want. My husband said it wasn't a problem 6 months ago. She then said it's service dogs only, no sign on site or online regarding that and it's advertised as "dog friendly." We ended having to sit outside in 30 degree weather! Wish there was a better method of ordering directly to a server when upstairs, rather than studying the menu, coming back down, ordering at the bar and then having it served by waitstaff. An order was placed for pick up for 7 people for pick up at 11:30. Once having arrived I asked two different people if everything was in the bags and they said yes. I made the mistake of not checking every individual box because i trusted the establishment after having two people check it would get it correct. When I was back at the restaurant not only were they missing the dressing they were missing an entire sandwich order. After having called I spoke to the girl that's at the front counter and she went back and forth with me accusing me of lying that the sandwich was missing. Mind you it was a $14 dollar sandwich that i would have to drive a total of 40 minutes to get, definitely not worth lying about. After going back and forth with her I asked to speak to a manager which she denied me and said there was not one in charge today and that I would have to pay for a sandwich that they failed to give me the first time. I stated we would NOT be paying for something we didn't get the first time so she put my on hold with no courtesy of telling me I was being placed on hold. After being on hold for another 5 minutes all of a sudden I was speaking to the first guy I asked if everything was there and ready to go. He answered the phone visibly frustrated and with attitude extremely unprofessional and quite frankly left me very confused because supposedly there was no manager on site. He continued to try and tell me that the food went through 4 different people and that again I was lying over a $14 sandwich that wasn't even worth all the trouble I went through. After continuing to go back and forth with me as well he agreed to remake it. I drove the 20 minutes back to that establishment only have to have this man treat me the same disgusting, rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly comical arrogance giving what happened after. He goes to very rudely give me the food and arrogantly tries to lecture me again for the inconvenience this brought him and not the person who has now down two trips to pick up the food that was placed at 10:30. As he opens up the box with a disgusting grin on his face he says, "here is the sandwich and the fries." & AGAIN in person while I have people waiting for this order I sighed and told him he got the side WRONG yet again. I asked him to check the receipt and he realized it's coleslaw instead of fries. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability as the head of that shift today or whatever it is he was trying to be, he gave me more attitude and most definitely tried to assert some sort of moronic power over me. In addition to missing the sandwich and trying to have me pay again they failed to add any of the side salads for the order that he guaranteed were in the boxes alongside the burgers and sandwiches. I think this establishment needs to put their focus on training their workers customer service skills a instead of allowing them to get on their high horse and being rude and arrogant to someone who is just trying to do her job as well. THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED!!! I spent $50 for 2 people, myself and my son. When you enter, you pick out your drink along the fridge wall and then you order and then you find your own seat. We sat up on the patio, they were so busy, didn't look like it but every table on the patio that was vacant still had dishes on it but the bus boys were cleaning them. There was one bus boy, who had terrible customer service, you could tell he didn't want to be there. People were hinting towards him, I myself, at oh this table needs to be cleared and he didn't care, he just kept clearing the other tables. I'm talking about on the patio upstairs. It was definitely busy and people were enjoying the nice patio which we did too but I don't think I'll come back here again. The food was average, nothing special for the amount you have to pay at this place. $19 for the Raven burger which had a terrible jalapeño jelly sauce, nope. I couldn't even finish it. Added salmon which came perfectly cooked.
