Seriously love this place. It's our first time here but not our first time to Prescott. We have definitely missed out on previous trips. A rooftop bar with beautiful weather and delicious drinks... Anything better? Yes there is only wine beer and cider but very good selections. If you are willing to tip a little bit extra they will even bring it up to the rooftop bar for you. As far as Covid goes... they have you wear masks when you come in and walk around the facility but when you're sitting and drinking and eating masks off. The bartenders and everyone are definitely struggling due to slow business and lack of tips. All I have to say is if you have the ability please go drink spend money and tip well. I absolutely love and appreciate the vegan and gluten options that the Raven Cafe offers! There were so many that I had a difficult time deciding between the jackfruit tacos and beet salad. I ended up with the salad and was not in any way disappointed. The beet salad contains a generous portion of arugula with delicious beets and an even more delicious beet pesto. Talk about beet heaven! It's incredibly simple yet left me feeling full and satisfied, yet energized for a day of vintage thrifting. At the Raven I discovered Dancing Skeleton hot sauce. After tasting the sauce I made it my mission to buy as much as I possibly could before leaving to go back home to California. Pro tip: the serrano garlic goes perfectly with this salad. What a cool and unique place for diner. Cool atmosphere and downtown location are just the start. Ordering was easy...finding a seat was not! The place was packed and we didn't mind waiting a minute to sit on the upstairs patio. We tried a few things, the wahoo tacos were perfection! The nachos with chicken were delicious and just the right amount of spicy. The lemons chicken pita was so tasty but almost too big to finish with frys! The tacos look tempting, and have been a little less than excellent most of the time. The food here tastes pretty fresh, I wish they were a little more gracious with the seasonings but still the food is pretty good. A popular item here is the lamb burger and it is a great choice. I had a side salad with the "popular" cilantro lime dressing to which the dressing I wasn't too impressed, perhaps maybe a cilantro creme sauce would have hit the spot better for me? This place is a vibe. We are from Portland originally, and Raven really brought Portland vibes. The restaurant was clean and artsy, they offered some healthy alternatives and had a coffee bar and brunch. Not what we expected, but we were pleasantly surprised! My husband and I have been so cautious with the pandemic, so when my cousin decided to get married, we were understandably nervous about how to pull off a wedding while following social distancing guidelines. The Raven went above and beyond meeting our expectations as far as food quality, service and safety. This restaurant is SERIOUS about keeping their customers safe, the tables were spread out and masks were required anytime you were not seated. We had a small group of about 15 people (just family and a couple close friends) and booked the rooftop patio. Raven, the manager, made everything easy to organize and took so much stress out of the planning process for my aunt. The food was AMAZING! The orders were all correct, came out quickly, and their selection of beer and wine was extensive! I always loved this place in the past, but haven't been recently since I moved to Phoenix. This experience reminded me of why this was one of my favorite spots when I lived here.
