The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The individual rooms are more like stalls in that the barriers between them don't go all the way to the ceiling, so that means you can hear things from other customers, but it's usually not that big of a deal as people tend to be quiet. They offer relaxing music but don't pay for the service so occasionally you have to hear an ad, but you'll be so blissed out from the massage you won't notice it. The massage therapists really know what they're doing. They'll start by kneeling on you (not as creepy as it sounds) and they will really dig into your knots. They're receptive to feedback if the pressure gets too intense or if there are areas you need avoided. You might not feel the effects of the massage right away, but after a good hot shower and a sleep you'll feel far more limber and in less pain. They also offer couples massages for any duo. When you check out they give you a Thai hard candy and a water bottle.

I was far from amused since the massage had already been lacking and so I wasn't trying to get more upgrades for a massage I already was not enjoying. We got a combination massage and so it started off in the front room with a nice foot soak. However, the room is bright and not dimmed and they don't cover your eyes so it's not as relaxing as it could be. Overall, the massages are just average considering you can end up with very different massage therapists of different skill levels.
