Lina is AMAZING!!!! She gets five stars all by herself. On top of that wow. No kidding my rear rims on my 2017 Ford Fusion were just completely jacket up. One had a crack in it that kept it from keeping air. The other one had a huge gash in it that made it impossible to get a new tire on it. So I went a shopping for new rims and tires. Lina is over worked and doesn't mind at all she is a f***ing trooper for real. GIVE THIS WOMAN A HIGE RAISE YOU HAVE NO CLUE THE GEM OF AN EMPLOYEE YOU UAVE WORKING YOUR SHOP. So side note. My rim is on its last leg and I ordered my rims and tires the following Monday, I come in like as soon as they open to see if by chance my stuff has showed up. While I was there fed ex shows up with me rims BAM! But no tech to put everything together. Well she solved that problem too. She got a special tech in just for my situation because she knew my boss was getting sick of hearing about this problem. She's absolutely the best of the best. Honestly GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE SHE DEFINITELY DESERVES IT! I have no family ties to them or anything just the every other day pop in to check to see if they came in. Because I live 2 min from the shop so. Yea, want some great rims with financing available in multiple ways, GO TO RENT A WHEEL SPECIFICALLY THIS ONE!!!! I want to say that i had an overall great experance i came in to the shop looking for 1 rim because i had bought the rim from them years ago the rim was discontiued so i didnt really want a mix match set of rims so i was given the option of buying a used set and the used set was far better than the one's that were on my car and 1/2 the price i explaned i only had so much $ she gave me the price i did not have it she ask how much i had and it was close to what she was asking so she said she would do it for what i had this was a far better experance from what i had when i got my rims the first time. there was a problem with the tire i brought it back and they fixed it right away and they did not have to because i really only bought rims not tires so i return to this store for tires and rims in the future read more

This store has great customer service. I walked Into the location and was instantly greeted my Rachel. She had a smile on her face and was very informative. Miguel then approached us to help finish the sale but before even buying he let me know the perks of being a member and know all my options up front. He was very friendly and trustworthy. When it became busy he was multi tasking between telephones, customers, and staff. I was impressed with how much pressure he handled and how come he was. I was skeptical about buying tires but hearing them out in the promotions and that "were family here, communication is all we need" made a big difference. Whatever you do do not go here! Unprofessional very rude and the last employees (Kat and Anthony) stole from the business and fucked up mine and others accounts making it look like payments were not made. They hire one person one day, then the next they no longer work there. Worse than a shady car dealer. A real circus of a business. I waited in the store two hours once just for them to tell me they didn't have the size of tire I needed. And now I will be getting the law involved just like they would have if I didn't pay I would have been repossessed and In trouble with the law a felony at that! I had stopped in to get a work vehicle tire fixed. While I was there they had the tire picked up promptly due to be out of stock tire. I expected this due to the size of the tire. While I was waiting; i figured I should get a Qoute for tires since I just ordered some at Costco. I received a quote for 4 tires that was much better then what I had already paid. So I refunded the other ones and went with these guys. Melissa was very helpful; along with Justin the tech who swapped out the 4 tires when I returned to get them installed. Came by the shop after hours Saturday night, I cracked my wheel. Drove around to several different locations and no one was able or willing to help me. Until I came to Rent A Wheel. Lina was still at the shop after 6pm after she had closed. I left about 7:30pm. Not only did she help me get back on the road safely, I ordered a new set of wheels that was extremely affordable.
