I have rarely experienced such a remarkable level of inefficiency, poor communication, and disregard for a customer's time--wrapped in a thin layer of surface-level professionalism. My first appointment resulted in a wait of over four hours. Assuming this was an anomaly, I returned for a second visit and waited seven and a half hours. After driving all the way across town for a third visit, I was ultimately told that the service I had repeatedly been scheduled for was not needed and was turned away. At no point was there clear communication, accurate expectation-setting, or accountability for these excessive delays. Appointments appear to be meaningless, wait times grossly misrepresented, and customers' schedules treated as expendable. To make matters worse, I spent over $2,000 during this process and left feeling less like a valued customer and more like someone who had been taken advantage of. This is not the outcome one expects after investing both significant time and money. I would never recommend Lee Swab Tire Company to a family member or friend. Professionalism is not just about politeness--it is about respect, transparency, and operational competence. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a complete failure on all fronts. read more

They have a big selection of competitively priced tires, in a large bright showroom. All tires come with a warranty, that doesn't cost extra. Installation is done in about an hour. I had to get tire replaced already due to a large bolt, & it was completely free to me. I was able to use a location close to my job, and they have lots of locations everywhere. They are professional and I felt like they cared about making my car safe to drive. read more

8/11/2025 Hello , after a long trip our rented Van had a flat tire on the highway , we took to Northfield location to get fix , we ask how long and they said 2 hours , we told them that we had to drop off the Van by 5pm back at the rental location , the guys checked with the service team and they said they could do it in a hour , we left tire went to wash the Van , came back long story short they did not even look at the tire for over 2 hours , then stated they could not fix , if they did not have time to even look at the tire they should have just stated from the beginning instead of wasting our time, i wont ever go back. read more

We found ourselves while in a rental car with a flat tire. The rental car company told us it would be $290 for towing and they didn't guarantee it would be repaired until late Saturday. We got enough air in the tire and drove to Les Schwab Tire Center on 44th Ave and Nick the shop manager was awesome. He fixed us up with no charge and even offered to meet us before the shop opened on Saturday morning if we needed. We are from Texas here on vacation and Nick and his crew saved our trip. These guys went from a 5 to a 2 in one visit. I have regularly gone there for tires, and trusted them with brakes. Unfortunately, they left air in the brake lines, and the soft brakes were noticeable before I left the parking lot. This is the sort of thing that should have been caught in the test drive. When I immediately bought it back, it took the rest of the day to get straightened out. The front counter staff's attitude was very much a "hey, we got it right the second time" approach. This place is a joke when it comes to the promotions that they don't actually offer/keep their word. For example free tire rotations?!? Yeah in your dreams! I have never had to pay to get my tires rotated at a Les Schwab ever since they came to Colorado 4 years ago. This location I have been to twice and out of no where I have to pay $26! You have to go to be kidding me! You advertise FREE. The service guy did say that they only offer for the first time and that other locations do it different. Um that's a lie because they are no all owned and operated individually. They have one state manager because I have had to deal with them previously. So come here for other services if you want but not for tire rotations because who knows they might charge you even more! read more

We took in a 3 month old tire with a nail in it to be repaired. It was a slow leak and the tire still had 20 pounds of pressure when we took it in. When we went to pick up the tire, they had repaired the nail hole but magically, a screwdriver sized hole had appeared in the sidewall and we were told it had to be replaced. The salesman screamed at me that we had NO CHOICE but to by a whole new set of 4 more expensive tires because they supposedly had only 2 of that brand left. (**see 4 tire myth online) He yelled at me that I had to give him $1000.oo cash because we still owed $500.oo on the first set. I DID have other choices**, I bought 4 better quality tires at Walmart for less than I still owed at LezSchwindles. I hate cheaters. This was my second and LAST experience with these creeps. read more

Great urgent service. We were headed out of town when I got the low pressure alert. Toggled to tire pressure and saw my back passenger tire was @ 28 psi, down 10 psi from normal. Goggled the nearest shop and drove there (this location). Walked through the door and someone came immediately to ask what I needed. He said it might be as long as 1:30 to 2 hours for them to get to us which was disappointing but fully reasonable considering that we dropped in. In the end they found two nails and repaired the tire and we were back on the road within 45 minutes of us pulling into the shop. I will also note that we choose to start using the Les Schwab because neighborhoods recommend a local shop and now I can say we have had great experiences at two locations. read more

Whenever I need a tire or brake system repaired I always stop here. They will handle any maintenance request around an hour or so. Best part of their work is even if you didn't buy the tires from here they will still mount them to the car for free if you have them on rims already. I don't normally review Tire stores but since I was so happy with our experience, I decided they deserve acknowledgement. Les Schwab had, by far, the most competitive price for a new set of tires (F 150 / 295-75-R18) and the manager, Lonnie, was excellent, courteous and a wealth of knowledge. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, nor "up-sell" us with add-ons. Lonnie took the time to give all of the experiences he has had with the particular tire we potentially wanted installed and never once made us feel that our questions were a waste of his time. Once we confirmed it was the right option, the tires were ordered and the installation was set for the following morning. I was totally unfamiliar with Les Schwab Tire Center. I am sure glad I found them. They set me up with a round of tires on my first visit and recently, they replaced the brake pads and serviced my brakes on a Wednesday afternoon. Each time the employees at 44th and Harlan (cross streets) were very professional, friendly, and worked together as a team to handle the customers. Earlier that day I spent 5 hours waiting for another business to check my fluids and give me an estimate on my brakes. They did not get me the information I needed and charged me $50 for an estimate!!! I drove to Les Schwab and was helped immediately and received a free estimate. Great job!!! I am sure they meant well but I needed an alignment because I hit a curb. They wanted to replace most of the front of my truck For $1000. I went somewhere else and an alignment for about $100. It would be nice to replace most of my vehicle until it was all new, but that's not what I needed. It's like getting a new water heater but they tell you your 50 yo house needs a new everything. DO NOT GO HERE!! This was the worst customer experience I have had in over 25 years. I had one flat tire on my 2016 Subaru (7,000 miles on the tires) and the guy said "you have to replace all four tires". Seriously? No wonder this place is empty and the discount tire around the corner is full. Their attempt to scam me into buying 4 tires is ridiculous. So, here is what they did...Employee comes out to look at my obviously damaged tire and says "I need to bring it in to the garage and inspect it". Now the hook...he has my tire.. Then he says "I need to check stock to see if we have a replacement."' Meanwhile i am waiting a long time in completely empty tire store (zero customers). Then I decide to see what is happening and the guy is standing around with 2 other employees shooting the breeze in the garage (again this place Is completely empty...no cars...no customers). Then he says "we can't replace one tire...we have to replace all four". Then the 3 employees look at me with a blank stare...as they watch me carry my wheel /tire back to my car. It is not often I feel happy and not taken advantage of after getting anything fixed on my car. I brought my car here for a second opinion after Big O Tires told me they couldn't do an alignment because my control arms were bent which was going to cost me upwards of $600 to replace. The guys at this Les Schwab were super nice and within 30 minutes my alignment was finished and they said my control arms were completely fine. It actually cost me less for the alignment than originally quoted because they only needed to do a two wheel instead of four wheel alignment. Great customer service and a very honest team! read more

Excellent experience with les Schwab. They changed out my winter tires and did free checks on a bunch of other systems. They replaced our shocks and struts to fix the alignment. Our car came back sounding funny and they didn't hesitate to have us come back at our convenience to look at it. They put it up on the rack and found the problem instantly (our exhaust was rusted and a part had cracked). They referred us to a trustworthy shop down the street, and I had it fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. Super happy with how smoothly everything went. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had a tire shop. Selection is ok, could have more choices on hand/ in stock. The biggest issues were customer service, professionalism and wait time. The receptionist was rude and unpleasant during our check-in. My wife watched one of the "technicians" freak out and throw a tire across the service area at the waiting room window, very unprofessional. And to top it off, when we checked in we let them know we where in a hurry for other appointments and they said it would take about 45 mins. no big deal but as we waited for an hour and a half we watched the workers take their sweet time with the install. I have no problems waiting if its busy and there's a line but our vehicle was the only one in the bay and it looked like they were just milking the job to look busy. Save your time and money and head down to the Big O Tire on 44th and Garrison, better selection and friendlier service. read more
