The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. Got down there saw the reel I wanted. A shimano stradic 1000. So Christopher was my guy. Told him what I wanted and I was ready to buy. Well we couldn't find the key for the glass case it was in. Christopher went out of his way to help me. I also bought a rod, some weights, hooks, and a large funnel. They put some line on the reel and to the cashier. I thought fisherman were nice and welcoming but I guess not them. We had also went on a guided trip with Seth and he treated it like personal fishing trip rather than a guiding trip. I understand him correcting some mistakes but standing in front of the boat taking first cast and overall not letting us fish independently, it was not a fun experience.
