sylas was such amazing salesman. he was very attentive and very helpful during my visit. i woke up and broke my eyeglass and was blind for all day. sylas helped me to find a similar pair and transferred my glasses from the broken frame to my new frame within 15 minutes. i was able to see again haha. he even checked all the way to find my OG frame. definitely a great store with great team. i would recommend this place to everyone.

Horrible service and awful attitudes from the manager and staff! I received a set of Stories as a gift for Christmas and wanted to exchange them for a larger size. Simple enough, the Ray Ban website says I can bring them to a company store. It turns out they don't do straight up exchanges. They will do returns back the original card, which is inconvenient if you received a gift. HOWEVER- they won't do returns for purchases specifically of Stories via Ray-Ban.com. Both the website and the CSR I spoke with confirmed that you can return any website purchase to retail store. It's not that hard. If you have the item in stock (they did), do the swap and figure out the paperwork after I leave. It's called good customer service. I agree with the other reviewer, this place IS run by muppets. That may actually be a complement based on my experience. They didn't even try to accommodate my request. I wasn't sure if it was ineptitude, laziness or some twisted pleasure of using their power as a sunglass gatekeeper to annoy people. I will admit that the experience agitated me and was that irate customer I hate so much. It takes a lot to turn me into a customer Hulk, but throwing your hands up without even trying is one sure way to get me there.

Close up of area with scratch.

I would highly recommend Anna and this optical shops. I plan to return to purchase some prescription sunglasses. Thank you Anna

I brought two pairs of eyeglass frames here for a routine adjustment…read more During the first visit, the staff member adjusting my glasses, Amanda, accidentally broke one of the frames. While accidents can happen, when I asked, she implied risk was minimal "unless you don't know what you're doing." After the incident, she then restated "there is always a risk for things to break." To her credit, Amanda made a genuine, constructive effort to resolve the issue by helping me find an alternative frame that could accommodate my existing lenses, which would need to be recut. If everything went fine from here, I would not have bothered with writing a review. The reason for this review is the follow-up encounter a few weeks later when I returned to pick up the new glasses and pay the remaining balance. I was met with a different staff member or owner this day to assist me. I asked if I could return for follow-up help if I experienced eye strain or optical issues from the recut lenses; her response was unexpectedly confrontational. Instead of addressing a standard customer concern, she took an aggressive, defensive stance, implying that any future issues were solely my responsibility and I should have thought about those future issues ahead. She diminished the situation by stating my original frame (which was only several months old) was "cheap" and already depreciated, stating word to word: "It is our job to help people. But we are not completely responsible for all the issues that happen while we do our job." Rather than engage in this argument, I completed the fitting as quickly as possible, paid for the replacement frame (she emphasized I was getting a very generous $30 discount for the inconvenience - I didn't argue or haggle). Then I just left politely as quickly as I can. After a day of using the glasses, I also realized one of the recut lense has a small chip at the rim. But at this point, I would rather not have any more encounter with this shop. I went to another shop who did the final fitting adjustment for the new frame for me after a trial for a day or so. Throughout this entire process--despite the broken frame, the weeks of delay, and the expense--not once did anyone offer a basic apology. Being treated with what essentially feels like hostility when asking a routine question about lens adaptation made an already frustrating situation far worse. If you are simply purchasing a new pair of glasses from scratch, your experience may be fine. However, how a business handles mistakes and communicates when things go wrong speaks volumes. Even though I won't return, I hope store does better job for future customers and more importantly, hope no one else has my experience.
