We had excellent service at the WC Ray-Ban store, including the most purchase last month of another pair of $200 Polorized Aviators for my daughter. Unfortunately we had a problem with them, so I called back and Jeff helped me out to figure out a solution. He asked me to bring them in to see Ronella, and she provided amazing customer service. A year ago I picked up my first set of frames & lenses from the Ray-Ban store at the Broadway Plaza location in Walnut Creek California. As part of the process I had to go next-door to the Macy's eyewear department and have my readings made for progressive lenses which I thought was strange but proceeded with the process. I reported the concern to Michael at the store who empathized and encouraged me to bring the glasses back for a check and correction. I thought it might've been a new prescription so I delayed and debated as to whether to do that based on a busy schedule as we all have. Turns out it never happened. In late 2019 I got my annual checkup and new prescription and decided that based on Michael's always pleasant and prompt attention to my vision concerns, that I would revisit the Ray-Ban store even though I thought because of the aggravation that I originally was not likely to return. Not only did the Ray-Ban location in Walnut Creek now have in-house equipment and trained personnel to make the lens measurement for progressives, Michael recalled the incident in 2018/2019 and encouraged me to allow him to try to make corrections to my old eyeglasses. He also fitted and suggested an outstanding frame that he recommended (lightweight frames which fit my face perfectly). So now I have two sets of frames both performing perfectly and I've had yet another experience where Michael's priority of making sure customers in that store feel very good about the eyeglass choices they make. I just wanted to share this insight with and everyone know Michael and the team at that store are amazing. Thank you very much. Had a screw fall out of a pair of my Clubmasters and called ahead to see if they had the necessary screw to fix them. I spoke to Mike over the phone and he was cordial and humorous and assured me that they had the right parts. 20 minutes later I showed up to the store and spoke again to Mike. He instantly remembered me and began working on my glasses immediately. All the while he was making conversation and getting to know me, with a smile on his face! I rarely review any business, but just had to for this Ray-Ban store as they were just amazing! I walked in looking for new glasses. Honestly, didn't think they had anything for me. Everyone working in the store smiled, you can tell they like being there. The person who helped me was Reem, she was just right, helpful, not pushy, showed interest in my needs, very knowledgeable. I've been coming here for the past two/three or so years to get my glasses (both sunglasses + optical) and I've been pretty happy with everything for the most part! I dropped off my glasses the day before the government shut down back in March. I didn't have my glasses for five months, but the team at Ray-Ban Walnut Creek has been amazing--especially one of the associates named Reem. I am so happy with my new carbon fibre aviators! This is my first pair of aviator sunglasses. I was nervous to change from my usual wrap around style, but a saleswoman named Valerie was helping me and she was so patient and helpful. I must have tried on 15 or 20 pairs before I settled on the perfect pair. And then I still felt undecided, so Valerie removed the pressure and let me put them on hold while I checked other options. When I returned, she clearly explained the extensive warranty and helped me finalize my decision. Went in to replace a lost pair of Ray Bans. The team could not have been more helpful. They let me test out the different types of sunglasses, one team member walked outside with me and did demo of the polarized and non-polarized. They were incredibly helpful and even funny too. So I'm with my wife and 2 kids waiting outside the store for a few mins, guy working there comes by and ask how many in the group and told him 4(toddler and infant). As in waiting a few more people start showing up then this lady working comes too the door and ask me if I'm the one with the group I say yes and she asked the other 3 people standing in line( they were by themselves) so knowing I was there 1st she starting sayin ok well I'll take him, then him, then come for u guys( meanin "my group" ) the person that came after me was lik they were here 1st and she still ended up takin another person in.
