They charged me over $600.00 and finished the car in just one day, but the quality of the bumper repair was poor.Worse yet, when I got home, I discovered new scratches all along the passenger side and on the rear bumper. My car was in beautiful, pristine condition when I dropped it off. I am incredibly meticulous with my vehicle and only ever hand-wash it to prevent scratches. When I confronted the shop, they claimed the damage happened at a car wash.By law, I gave them the opportunity to polish the scratches out. They did a horrible job, and the damage is still clearly visible. The owner refused to give my husband our money back and was very defensive. I had to physically walk in to get an update. And then the cherry on top....they damaged My vehicle and then would not take ownership or responsibility, and fought with my insurance.
