I then asked her if she added the lettuce and tomato. She said no, let me fix that. Then she said wait a minute why don't you just get the Chick-fil-A deluxe? I told her because I didn't want the cheese and she said that she could do that by just deleting it from the order. At this point, I was very frustrated. I said fine just do it. Today's visit was outstanding - one of the best experiences I have had at a McDonald's in a while! I headed to the restroom first thing as this was a road trip pit stop. The bathrooms were clean, stocked, and easy to find. I used the kiosk to order my food and it was very user friendly. When I stepped away from the kiosk, an employee let me know she could help me at the register. I let her know I just ordered at the kiosk. She immediately asked what I'd ordered and went to put my food together! I received my order and hopped back in the car. Not only was my order accurate, but everything was at temp. We all know McDonald's fries taste best right out the fryer, and these tasted as though I picked them out the fryer myself. The McChicken was hot and fresh with cool lettuce.
