The location is on a dock near the marina and you have some nice views of the water, boats and surrounding neighborhood. Seating a bit limited on the deck wrapping around the little cafe. The beef luc lac, which is sort of like shaking beef over vermicelli and lettuce is also excellent. They now charge extra for broth refills, which they did not the first time I dined here, around a year or so ago.
