Over the years, we've trusted this office with his care and have remained loyal patients. Recently, he lost his retainers, so I reached out to inquire about getting replacements. What I experienced in response was honestly shocking and incredibly disappointing. The screenshots below show my correspondence with their office this morning, and the tone was dismissive, cold, and unnecessarily rude. As a long-time patient, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, I was made to feel like simply asking for clarification of out of pocket cost for replacement retainers was somehow an inconvenience to them. If this is how they treat families who have been with them for years, I would strongly caution anyone considering becoming a new patient. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the dental care itself, and unfortunately this interaction led to them never getting another penny out of me.
