I have windows installed in 2022 this company says they back their installation for 5 years and I'm also supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the product itself. Patio door window started leaking 11 days ago when we got the crazy rain. Reached out to James who is the owner of the company. He tells me he is going to come out and he never shows up, texts, calls. My last two messages to him have gone completely un-answered. I had a private contractor come out just to look and this was their findings: The nailing flange around the door and transom window they did not install flashing tape around the window or door. Also the j channel isn't caulked around the window or door preventing water from getting behind the siding. Also missing caulk or cracked along upper transom window. Then the trim that connects the transom to the door isn't sealed in left edge. For them to fix it they want $400. To me with those findings it is an install issue and since James won't even have the courtesy to come out, he doesn't care about the people who have already PAID a bunch of money for windows and doors. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and if I have to pay another person to fix their work, I will take them to small claims court. You spend $7,000 on windows and you don't expect to have to deal with this 2 years after they are installed. Extremely disappointed and disgusted on how this small business operates.

And the other guy just came and didn't even look at closely and just told me it would cost $1800 to replace the garage door opener. US Overhead asked me what the issue was and asked me to send them pics and then came out the next day and was able to fix it in less than an hour. And the price was very reasonable. His 18 year old nephew and another worker came out the second day after l expected someone. He said he'd tried to call me but there was no answer. Knowing that my cell phone was shaky, l let it go. After the nephew and the other worker examined the door, they tightened the screws and installed a new opener. However, the door sounded rickety, and was slow and shaky. When l questioned why, l was told that the door was old and should be replaced, at least within the next 2 years. Then when l realized they were leaving l asked about operating the new system. The nephew, with a smile, told me to download the app and read the instructions. Immediately, they packed up their things, and left with their ladder and my $342.00. Within a few minutes, l realized that they also had not installed a working light bulb in the new ceiling opener. I immediately called the nephew's cell, left a message. No one returned my call. At my age (71) l knew not to find something to step on to reach the ceiling. So l stood in the doorway while my repaired door shook its way up and down closing me inside an area left pitch black. I finally remembered that there was an inside light not connected to the opener. I will not recommend this business.

I called back several times to schedule the appointment to have the repair made and the same rude, incompetent, unprofessional lady answered the phone only to continue to hang up on me and not answer any more. My wife tried calling and the owner picked up and told her to call someone else then hung up on her. I think this is a small company ran by husband and wife only looking for easy $50 deposits instead of getting the work done. I usually never rate my negative experiences with companies but I had to take the time out of my busy day for this one.

Then he added an additional charge for using a credit card??? That really upset us. The real problem was he changed settings on garage opener, which had no issues. After he left the garage door would not longer work. We called and asked if his changing could be the reason it stopped working? He said a whole lot of nonsense and he would be glad to come out in a few days to install a new one. We said we would call wanted him again. My husband is over 80 but knew enough to correct the settings on the opener and it works perfectly again. The real hurt is a neighbor just showed us a bill she paid for comparable work from another company which was about $400 less than we paid. If you can, shop around.
