He confirmed immediately to transport it last minute, two days after calling him, and around my time after work. Ray was right on time and super helpful! Because I was not there when he picked up the Rv, I didn't get a demo of it and knew nothing about how to work anything on an RV. Though, Ray took his time to explain just about every feature. It was not easy to park it parallel in my street, but he made it seem like it was! He is great at what he does. No doubt that you'll be amazed with his service. Thank you Ray! :)

He is an experienced and quick responsive guy. I called him on Saturday and he went to pick up my trailer in hours. Arrived on time as he promised. Also set it up by my request. My front yard has limited space for his car to turn around. Glad to see he made it and made it level. read more

Ray and his team did an amazing job moving a 42' goose neck RV up our incredibly steep road. Then they did an even better job driving it down another step dirt path and parking it between 2 red woods that only has 45' clearance. I'm blown away. You know someone is good at what they do when they make something that's nearly impossible look really easy. Everyone was so nice, which just made the experience that much better. Highly recommend them, worth every penny. read more

From start to finish Ray and Jessie made this nerve racking experience completely tolerable and even a little entertaining. They are so responsive, they got me scheduled literally within hours. I live in the hills so i was worried about how this 42' beat up RV I just bought to renovate was going to get to my property but they made it happen! I hired Ray to haul a 40 foot HEAVY 3 axle Alfa ToyHauler. I would say it was an "exotic" pickup in that with muddy conditions going down hill with a tight turn to the left then out through gates with less than a foot to spare on each side they did it! It was a one chance deal because once committed there was no going back given the mud. They hauled it from Gilroy to Ramona; their truck pulled all the weight nicely up steep grades. Jesse the driver and Ray were kind and patient with me. I think they took extra care to be safe, protect my RV and do a superb job. I highly recommend Ray's RV Transport Service! read more

I've continued to use his service. First time I used his service...I Found Ray after asking around desperately looking for someone to haul my trailer. He was great from the first call. Very professional and was on point and knew what he was doing. I had called so many places to get my RV hauled after getting stood up by another company. Ray was the ONLY one able to help. I cannot make enough positive comments about Ray. He's an amazing driver, timely, dependable, trustworthy and most of all kind and respectful. Ray has provided transport for my 43 foot Jayco Northpoint 5th wheel anytime I needed to be moved. I have also stored my RV with him for the last 9 months. Extremely helpful, I tried other places for help and got nowhere. Ray was literally able to help me over the phone and tell me how to fix the problem. Other places didn't even try to help, I let Ray know I wasn't parked in such a safe place and he took his time to help me out and explained everything clearly enough for me to fix the problem. I will not go anywhere else when it comes to my RV. read more

She called me understandably shaken, and I told her to get out of the car and move to a safe spot while I headed her way. I called Bracco's Towing on the way, and they answered right away. Their response time was impressively fast, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. When they arrived, the driver was friendly, calm, and professional--exactly what you hope for in a moment like that. They handled the car with great care and delivered it precisely where we needed it. The pricing was also very reasonable, which was a huge relief given the circumstances. As a side note, their trucks are beautiful--even featuring pinstriping--which speaks to the pride they take in their work. All in all, they turned a frustrating and potentially dangerous situation into a smooth and positive experience. I'm very grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was in a very…read morestressful situation, and I needed a non-operational, full-size pickup towed from a semi-tight spot. I called Marx as they are our local AAA affiliate, and they sent someone out promptly. The driver was incredibly rude from the start. He pulled up and immediately said that he wouldn't be able to tow the vehicle. He tried to jump the pickup for about five minutes to see if he could get it moved. When he was unsuccessful, I asked him for advice regarding what I should do to get the pickup moved. I inquired if there was a different (smaller) tow truck he could use or if there was another company he'd recommend who may be able to tow the vehicle successfully. He shrugged and told me--point blank--that it was my problem, and I had to figure it out. He then left. I called Bracco's Towing since I still needed to move the pickup. They sent someone out quickly, and they were able to move the truck successfully within ~10-15 minutes. I reported the issue with Marx to AAA, and they have now issued me a full refund for the tow that I had to pay for through Bracco's. I was frankly appalled by the laziness and the blatant "I don't care" attitude from the Marx tow truck driver. I will not attempt to use their services again.

The dispatcher, Anna, made our lives a living hell. Our family was rear ended at 60mph in Gilroy…read moreon 152. Our car was totaled but we were instructed to use our AAA membership by CHP. Anna, had it out for our driver. He was great and kind. Anna obviously hated the driver, cancelled our premium AAA benefits once our totaled car was on the truck, and then threatened us (the accident victims with taking her tow truck driver's pay check if we didn't give her $300 in cash immediately. Not sure how Anna, the extortionist, even has a job. Before it was determined our car was totaled, she made sure to roll all the windows down on our car, and let it sit in Marx's towing's yard for the whole week, destroying the interior of the car. There was water (from rain or sprinklers) all over the interior of the car, animal footprints, dead insects etc...will be filing with BBB and any other legal avenue to hold Anna accountable for torturing a family of accident victims several hours from home and extorting money and threatening us. And at Christmas. Anna has a serious hatred problem, destroys people's vehicles while she has possession of them through Marx towing, and extorts money from accident victims with full insurance coverage and premiere AAA membership that includes 100 miles of towing. I can't express how sick Anna is. She is hateful and needs help. I hope she gets it.

Brought my 2013 Lexus GS 350 in for a coolant leak and paid about $180 in diagnostic fees. They…read moretold me I needed a full radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced -- quoted around $1,800. Their own paperwork admitted the cooling system only lost 1 psi in 15 minutes and that they couldn't actually find a leak. I got a second opinion at a dealership. The real problem was just the radiator cap -- the worn cap couldn't hold pressure, so the coolant was boiling over and escaping. About $100 to replace, and the car has run perfectly ever since. The cap was even listed on their own quote (a $26 part), but instead of trying the cheap fix first, they pushed a $1,500 radiator job. Either they couldn't diagnose a basic cooling issue or they were counting on me not getting a second opinion. Get your quote checked elsewhere before paying these guys.

I paid him and he said it was good but it wasn't. I eventually called AAA and they tested my battery and it was the battery. I paid them to replace it and my trucks fine now. After I notified Izaiah and requested some of the money back, he said he would send me back the cost of labor ($345). The first week he was out of the country then The second week he was waiting for the money to get in to his account because he had no money and now he's just ignoring me. This is a horrible way to do business and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Ray helped me out of a jam today. I had previously scheduled a pick up and delivery of my new to me 42 foot 5th wheel rv with another service. I got a call saying their truck had just broke down and were trying to get it fixed in time to deliver. I was under a time crunch, as I was going to be living in my rv full time, was now paying rent in 2 places, one was an empty spot where the rv was supposed to be. A craigslist search got me Rays number who said he could help right away. Ray took care of business promptly, professionally, courteously and helped me level, connect and advise me on a few things about my trailer. He picked up in Gilroy and delivered to Castro Valley without me having to be there. I was working. When he called and said he was on his way I left work to meet him and things went wonderfully. Gave Ray a call to transport a Brand new 40 ft Fifth wheel to RV park. He was very prompt when meeting us at the dealership. When greeting us he was very polite and professional. While talking to him when loading the RV find out he used to work at the dealership where purchased. So i felt more comfortable knowing he knows how to handle these things. So we get to the park safe and sound without any problems. Ray made sure when he pulled it in to the site it was lined up perfect for the maximum room. After unhooking it from his truck he made sure to help us get everything set up and leveled out. Like i said he used to work at the dealership so he was very knowledgeable about explaining stuff to us super helpful. I would definitely recommend Ray for any of your transport needs read more

I can't emphasize how professional and amazing this young man is. I needed to move a home-built tiny house out of an incredibly treacherous backyard alley. I needed someone who could get the job done. I found Ray and he was incredibly professional so I hired him. The job was really hard, because we had paid to put a foundation on the RV, and he had to remove it, get it safely out, and to another place in town without it rolling over, etc. It was like a horror movie but he was so detailed, went very slowly, always checked to see how the RV was doing. I searched many companies for transport of a renovated trailer I recently bought - and so happy I chose Ray. He was easy to reach and genuine the moment we spoke , and I felt very at ease about the process. The transport was 8+ hours into a challenging country road into a tight space. Ray and his partner Jesse did a phenomenal job, it arrived safely and they took the time to make sure we were happy . Ray is Aces in.my book. See Google reviews also. He was professional, accommodating, and informative the whole way and especially patient as I had to reschedule several times. Bottom line, his rates were by far the best. He is extremely accommodating and helpful. When I got to site where Ray and Miguel had towed my 41 ft. tiny home on wheels I was buying, he already had it leveled and educated me on few things I didn't know. Ray is an absolute Rockstar! I had a 41 foot trailer that weighs 12,000 pounds which needed to be moved. As you can see by the pictures the ground was very soggy More like a riverbed type dirt. I needed to have it moved during the middle of the atmospheric river event that has currently coming through. I watched Ray figure out the logistics to move the trailer safely and without damage plus not to get it stuck in the mud. there is very limited space to turn the trailer and angle it correctly to back it out of the property. if you need to have some thing moved, Ray is your man! Recently Ray's RV transported our 30 foot RV from Gilroy to Crescent City California. He was prompt on his pickup and very thorough in safely hooking up the RV to his truck. We travelled separately but we all arrived at the destination within 30 minutes of each other. Within a few minutes Ray had the RV backed into its spot and helped us connect everything and level it. Ray was very pleasant, courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the transportation of large vehicles for short or long distances. Arrived a little late at first, but I couldn't have been happier with the result. Ray was very professional and got our travel trailer to it's destination (over 500 miles away) safely, securely, and quickly. Once at our destination, he even leveled our trailer and offered to hook up accessories (power, water, etc). Our destination was a fairly tight spot, but Ray had absolutely no troubles whatsoever with the fit. If you're ever in the same spot we were of needing someone to pull your trailer, you can rest easy knowing that Ray's behind the wheel. read more

Ray showed up early and ready. He assessed the situation...difficult exit and entries. Difficult final placement location and uneven ground for leveling. Ray handled everything like it was a walk in the park. Tree limbs, low hanging wires, very tight driveways and traffic. Safety was first at all times. Ray moved a 40 foot 5th wheel RV from an extremely tight spot in my yard across a busy residential street. Down a narrow corridor. Delivered to another tight spot and professionally set up with no issues at all! This is the 2nd time I used Ray I can't recommend him highly enough. He is professional, courteous, and well mannered.
