    Preface: I had ultrasound images done, as well as a surgery scheduled for a inguinal hernia. However I disagreed with my doctor on where exactly the hernia actually is/was, so my doc agreed to order additional scans (CT specifically). I specifically did NOT want to reschedule the surgery as they are several weeks out and the hernia was getting worse! RAYUS was very quick to get me scheduled, very quick to get the images sent over to the doc. When I arrived, the staff at RAYUS was very friendly, I told the image Technician of my concern and she was super friendly and listened and was able to get great images confirming my concern. Very thankful for RAYUS' very quick appointment and turn around as well as the great Image tech who listened to my concern! The schedule, (ordered CT's on Tuesday, images in & out Friday, surgery Tuesday morning) As it turns out, the hernia was higher than my doc thought and thanks to the tech's great imagines, alleviated my concerns!! Thanks RAYUS!! I didn't have to reschedule my surgery and my concern was validated!! You guys ROCK!!

    I'm not sure I've call 3 times and was on hold for 10 minutes time. I gave up. They a system that will call you when someone is available.

    My first visit here on 12/12/25 for my first mammogram. Check in was simple and easy. I was early to my appointment so I was called within 30 minutes. I met with technician, Monica. She brought me into her office to ask for some basic questions. She then took me into a single private room. Explained that I should use the wipes in the packet to wipe off my deodorant (forgot I wasn't supposed to use), I can leave pants on, take shirt and bra off and use the medical gown. I entered the mammogram room. Technician, Monica explained that it would not hurt but that there would be an applied pressure. She pressed on my chest to show me as an example. She guided me through each step and advised me to hold my breath at every change of position. This part of the procedure took less than 15minutes. The wait time in the lobby was longer. I went back to the single private room to dress. There are two chairs right outside of the mammogram room and the private room should you have any family members accompany you. Lastly, technician Monica advised that I would receive my results within 7-10 days. I opted to receive my results via email. The email would be sent from stmichaelimaging@vmfh.org and what my passcode would be. Technician, Monica made all the difference in my great experience in having my first mammogram. It was not as bad as I thought it would be based on hearing other women's bad experiences. It's just a slight pressure ladies. Thank you Monica!!! =))

The technician was helpful, notifying me how long each stage was. If I have to get another MRI, I'm coming back to this place.

I'm in some of the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life but she had me laughing on the phone and well on my way to scheduling an urgent MRI. I've been on a lot of medical calls in the last month, advocating so hard to move forward in treatment and testing. Most offices have made me feel like I'm swimming upstream. Liz went over and above to help me schedule, to provide information about the procedure, and to assure me that she'll do all she can to help. I'm shocked in the best possible way today - and I just want to say thank you. She really takes the cake! I have had nothing but INCREDIBLE experiences here. I've been in for two separate spinal MRIs and the front desk staff, the radiology techs, and the reports after have been thorough, professional, and incredible. I really love their open MRI and it was a great option for me. The radiology tech jammed with me to some classic rock and checked in frequently about positioning, how much time I had left, and made sure I was comfortable.

I mean truly. With a family history and an estimated 52% chance of getting breast cancer, I have been doing annual mammograms since 1995. In those years, I've had dozens of breast ultrasounds, MRIs, biopsies, mammos. The actual medical part of Rayus did feel like I was in the Four Seasons of breast care. The doctor spent a LOT of time walking me through why they were concerned about the two anomalies and even gave me her direct phone number and even was the person who called to review biopsy results. (spoiler alert: both biopsies were benign) Admin / part 1 scheduling: Mixed bag; 1 STAR. AVERAGE on-hold time was well over 20 minutes. One time I held for 25 minutes and then they hung up on me. :( Longest hold time was 38 minutes. Truly unethical, IMO. We aren't doing imaging for sport. We are doing imaging because we are searching for bad agents and/or something isn't in the right place and it is stressful and can you not pick up the phone? Good god. Was bad enough that that I DROVE (20 minutes each way) to the nearest Rayus and walked into the reception to book the appointment in person. Admin / part 2 referral bermuda triangle: 0 STARS. "the doctor didn't send the referral yet" seems to be a pat answer, followed by "call back in a week; doctors always say they sent the referral but they lie." Another pat answer. One Rayus rep went so far as to say "the referrals come in by fax; there's a pile on the floor, it takes us sometimes a week to sort through them all." (Are you F***ing kidding me? As a weird aside, I got a nearly identical answer 8 years prior when they kept "losing" or "not finding" the doctor's referral.) Again: I'm doing this because I have a family history of breast cancer. Must I also suffer through the indignity of knowing that my time-sensitive pre-auth form is relying on 100-year-old fax 'techonology' ? Billing: Wait, is Bernie Madoff your accountant? -17 STARS. I arrive for first breast MRI and receptionist informs me that my "copay" is $500 since I haven't met my deductible. Hmm. I'm not sure this is correct, but she's very concise: "If you don't pay up front, then you don't get the imaging done today." Oy. I asked who I'd contact to work this out, saying that I had already met my deductible. "Um, no, there's no one to contact. We don't give refunds." So then I return the following week and I'm given the exact same shpiel. This time I'm told that I need to pay $335 for my "copay" and, again, no money, no imaging. "You'll need to call to reschedule." Then they send me an invoice for $301, claiming on the invoice that I had paid them $0. Feeling desperate (because who has an extra thousand dollars laying around?) I call my insurance company. Who, thankfully, is appalled on my behalf. "Oh, no, no. You *never* prepay imaging. That's not part of our contract with Rayus." I'm on hold about an hour total. But the good news is that after the one hour with insurance, Rayus did refund me the $835 they 'overcharged' me (or stole from me, depending on how precious you are about word choice). Other good news is that the money was back in my account in about one week. That was one month ago. (cue Jaws music) Yesterday I got a Rayus invoice informing me that I stilllll owe them $301 and their invoice still shows that they have received $0 from me and $0 from my insurance, which is wildly incorrect. I think between the four visits and eight procedures insurance has already paid them a few thousand dollars. And, yes, I will owe 20% for the first $1,000 billed. But something's rotten in Denmark when the medical billing is that insanely incorrect. Weird p.s. to all this: I got frustrated that I could not find a billing phone number for Rayus and went down a rabbit hole or two and learned that Rayus is owned by a venture capital firm that has offices in NYC and West Palm Beach. Curiouser and curiouser.

    I came here just for one xray, so my experience isn't very extensive. That said, the only thing…read morethat bothered me was that I needed to make an appointment in advance to go, which added a delay to care. In my past, I have gotten xrays at walk-in clinics like how you get blood tests, so the appointment situation was a little odd to me. Further, it wasn't ideal that at my first call I couldn't make the appointment because my doctor hadn't yet faxed over the request for an xray. After waiting a few days, I called back to find out what was going on, and the rep allowed me to just make the appointment since I had a copy of the request. One star off because that should have been permitted in the first place. Aside from the strange appointment situation and protocol, I had an exceptional experience at the place. There is a free parking lot there, or easy street parking, free for 90 minutes, and I was given service with a smile--from the receptionist letting me in for my on-time appointment to the tech conversing like a normal person during my xray and gladly and swiftly giving me a cd of my xrays. Bottom line: Great place, but push for an appointment if your referring doctor is lazy.

    I had an appt with them on 5/20 and they called the day before and said they over booked that time…read moreso I reschedule for 6/3 in the afternoon and then I get a call again on 5/20 and said that they have to reschedule my appt again because of over booking. i can understand once but twice not acceptable. make me think that they do not know how to schedule appts. I would never use this place again. by customer services all the way around and when I asked for a Manger there was no manager on site. how convent is that.
