Antonio, the owner, greeted us personally and ensured we received white glove treatment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The robes, slippers, added seating, and overall décor were stunning. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. My massage with Brenda was phenomenal. I originally thought that I was at the wrong location because the address was for a gym but the receptionist assured me that I was in the right location and that Jasmine would be up shortly. Jasmine was punctual, asked if I had any problem areas, and then allowed me to get undressed. While I would give the massage a 7 out of 10, I believe that the ambiance of the massage was poor. With the massage area being in the gym, I was able to hear the hip hop/r&b music that they gym was playing even through the soft jazz/relaxation music being played in the massage room. Also, because the lights in the room were turned on, I could not fully relax. In the previous massages I have had, the lights were either off or dimmed. I would maybe give this business another try if they were ever to move to another location.

The special hours for groupon customers were totally unreasonable..so I will be getting a refund. Even if the hours were flexible I would have asked for a refund..I do not patronize businesses that are in the business of customer service who demonstrate POOR customer service. There are too many massage therapy businesses around to tolerate anything less than stellar service. UPDATE: Also she marked my Groupon as redeemed even though I never used it...tisk tisk.

I then looked her up on Yelp and when I saw the good reviews I decided to buy the deal. I'm glad I did. She pointed things out during the massage that I've heard before from other therapists and understood from my own experience lifting weights w/o stretching. She convinced me to drink more water, especially during my workouts, and to stretch regularly which I now plan to do. I don't think I'll be able to quit the coffee though :) She ended the massage with some leg stretches which I appreciated. She was also very easy to talk to and professional the whole time. Since I have some work to do in the gym (not yet near my potential) she offered the contact information to a personal trainer she goes to herself. Dr. Butler also has an e-mail newsletter that offers deals on her various services. I recommend her practice for those looking for natural healing and relaxation remedies at an affordable price.
