This rating is strictly for the fleet service department, i have never dealt with another department. My 2017 F250 Platinum Diesel was at Valencia Ford for a week and Huntington Beach Ford, where I live, for 50 days as they were trying to repair it although unsuccessful after 3 pick up attempts. On July 25th I picked it up and drove it to Lake Mcclure for our family vacation and it broke down again! I had it towed to Razarri Ford on Monday from the lake and I did not accompany the vehicle. I called the service department to let them know it was coming, I was immediately given a service advisor and was told that he would call me. On tuesday, I spoke with my advisor Mike Gonzalez, he told me that he found the problem, he ordered parts and would have it fixed and guess what, he did! Its took 2 months with the other 2 dealerships with no success including a Ford buyback approval (Lemon Law) and Razarri found the problem in 2 days, amazing!!! Mike was awesome and kept me up to date almost every day until i picked up the truck. he even made arrangements for me to pick it up on a Saturday when he was off and when I did, it was all fixed and sparkling clean too! I cant say enough about Mike and the awesome diesel mechanic Ray Sanchez, I have had a stressful 2 months with this truck and these guys took all that stress away. Thanks for everything. read more

I drove my son in laws 2014 Focus and noticed the transmission had something severely wrong with it. When I asked him about it he said Razzari had told him it is supposed to shutter, that that was part of the design. I asked him if I could get involved (me being a mechanic and knowing better) he said absolutely. I called Razzari and questioned them about it and was told "the car is still under the extended warrantee" due to Ford extending the warrantee due to transmission issues, just bring it in we'll look at it. I brought it in the next day and later that evening got a call from Razzari saying the clutch assembly was completely destroyed and would need replacement, the cost was going to be $3100. I asked about the Recall/extended warrantee and was informed it had expired two months ago. 7 year-100,000 mile. the car is at 91,000 miles but 7 years and two months from original purchase. I questioned them about the fact that the issue had been an ongoing issue and had been addressed several times with Razzari since the car had around 40,000 miles. I was told there is no mention of it in the vehicle history. Now this car is not mine, but I know the vehicle has been in and out of Razzari a minimum of 20 times in the last six years. My son in law and daughter live with me and I have personally picked them up from Razzari for a ride home after dropping the car off. I called Ford Motor Company to see if there was anything that could be done and again was told that sucks, were not going to help you. I returned to Razzari and spoke to Andrew the service adviser my son in-law works with and he acknowledged having been told of transmission shudder in the past but it was not an issue at that time and that the transmission is supposed to shudder. Andrew also informed me the recall had only been issued one month before it expired for this vehicle. That would have been January 2021. when I contacted FoMoCo I was told the recall/warrantee was issued January of 2019 and that according to their records the Focus had been in for service at Razzari in October 2020. the issue should have been addressed at that time. FoMoCo also told me they only had record of the vehicle being in for service two times in the seven years my son in law had it. After going back and forth with Razzari We decided to pickup the car. When we picked up the car Andrew personally told me that this is a bad situation and that if FoMoCo wouldn't do anything Razzari was going to make it right (That was Monday). We drove the car home and waited to hear from Andrew, after a few days (Wednesday) I called Razzari and asked what was going on. I was told Andrew had gone on vacation (in the middle of the week?) and they had no idea what I was talking about, we would be responsible for the cost of the repair. Fed up with Razzari we took the car to McAuley Motors (Lincoln dealer in Merced). After looking at the car McAuley verified the clutch was indeed in need of replacement and contacted FoMoCo as well and was told the same "were not going to do anything for you" McAuley acknowledged that is unfortunate but the repair was only going to cost $1,800. After looking over the estimate from Razzari, McAuley noticed several upcharges and services that didn't need to be included. Needing a car we went ahead and repaired the car. We learned from this experience Razzari is a shady dealer and that they will ignore repairs till after the warrantee is expired and that FoMoCo will not stand behind their products until a judge says they must. My in-laws have been Ford people for years and have purchased several vehicles and spent unnumbered (over $300,000) amounts of money at Razzari in the past. Having spoke with them I believe that patronage is at an end. If Razzari treats their long time loyal customers like this I can only imagine how they treat someone just in the market for a car. read more

However, after a recent accident my gf and I were left with the task of replacing our vehicle with something else. We looked around, and dealing with some of the dealers was stressful. Absolutely terrible service department!! Had an appointment for an oil change and door lock replacement, I was told the appointment would take 2hrs. Apparently when you tell them you will wait you are bound to there disgusting waiting area with stained broken chairs. After two hours waiting I was informed that I could leave if I wanted too as my vehicle was going to take another 2 hours!!!!! I asked to have my vehicle back and was told NO it was taken apart and the technicians had all gone to lunch!!!!! Asked to speak to the manager again told NO! 5 and a half hours later I was allowed to leave!! Wendy Navarro the service writer is awful. Read the other reviews this place is terrible!!! They use the wrong oil for my vehicle which seems almost impossible it's a Ford! What a bunch of muppets!!! I won't be back. read more

I bought a car on 10/06/2020. They told me everything was up to date on the car. Not even a week later I called them to them my brakes were grinding. They told me it was dust. Since I have gotten the car I had to replace all 4 rotors, alignment and and have my tires balanced. What I don't get is how are you gonna replace the brake pads but the rotors since they clearly needed to be replaced. I do not recommend getting a car from here, since they don't make sure everything is up to date before selling it. read more

All thanks to the amazing World Class experience of the Razzari Ford & Mazda team members, Tim Razzari Owner, Mike Sales Manager, Phillip FI Manager, Erik and Jack both Product Specialist. The whole team was completely ready and prepared to ensure that we were Completely Satisfied Customers from the moment we called and inquired about the truck to the last wave good bye. We had been looking for a Raptor for the past couple of months. We knew it was a very hot product and many dealerships in our local Bay Area didn't have any or what they had they were asking for a ridiculous premium on top of MSRP. 10K up to 20K. I was able to contact Mike early in our shopping process and had mentioned that they were due to receive a Raptor in the color and options I had inquired about. I left him my number and email hoping he would reach out to me when it would arrive. In the meantime I continued my search and found another Raptor truck at my local Ford store. It was also equipped the way I wanted it. I reached out to the General Manager and Internet Director. I submitted a request for the truck at what I thought was more then a fair price still over MSRP, only to be completely denied. They responded to me that they only plan on selling the truck to the highest bidder since it was their last one in inventory. The GM then proceeded to justify as to why and to whom they had sold the previous trucks. My family and I have bought over 20 vehicles from this particular dealer group in the past 5 years. All at a very fair price based on their pricing model. I'm a loyal customer and continued to refer all family,friends and strangers to them but that really hurt. I was completely humiliated by their response and lack of loyalty to me. A couple of days go bye and I get a phone call from Merced. It was Razzari Ford letting me know they have just received the Raptor I had previously inquired about. I was glad to hear that Mike had kept my info and reached out to me. He mentioned that of course there are other buyers very interested in the vehicle if I don't proceed but that I was first on the list to purchase it. I explained to him my previous situation and then Mike assured me that wouldn't happen to us at his dealership and would never have to worry about the anxiety of haggling. I submitted my offer to him at a fair price over MSRP and proceeded to work for me. I received a phone call an hour later from Erik saying congrats on my offer! I then proceed to tell them where I was coming from,how I planned to pay for it, and how to register the vehicle. Erik knew that it was going to take me a couple of hours to get to the dealership so he fully prepared everything for us. 2 1/2 hours later of driving we arrive at The Razzari Auto Center. Greeted with a fully detailed 2017 Ford Raptor and of course the whole team that is going to help us out! Once we arrived Erik and Mike handed us the keys to the truck took it out for a spin and and showed us all the amazing features that the vehicle is equipped with. After the demo on the truck we walk inside the showroom and sit down to fill out all the paperwork needed to continue the purchase. Mike made the process extremely easy and efficient. We agreed on terms shock hands and then was handed of to Finance. Phillip was also very efficient with all his paperwork he went through all the amazing products and services they offer. After a brief 20 minutes in FI we were Happy Raptor Buyers!!! This couldn't of been any better of an experience! First, I've actually been here a few times for service and I still don't understand the check in process. The service writers are locked in their booths and no one greets you plus there is no clear indication where you are supposed to park or pull up or what you are supposed to do: are you supposed to wait in your car? are you supposed to get off until someone greets you? if they do at all.. are you supposed to stand in front of a window until someone acknowledges you?? Who knows. Someone finally did ask what I needed and said they were too busy to get an oil change done. Their exact words were "you can drop it off but I can't guarantee you it will be done today if you don't have an appointment". I can understand needing an appointment for a major repair, but for an oil change??? 5 or 6 hours before you close?? Anyways, this isn't exactly a winning customer service formula or a good use of my time so I left to service it elsewhere. read more

Avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off, taken advantage of, and brushed off by sales staff. They bungled our preorder of a Bronco Sport so badly it's unbelievable. We pre-ordered a bronco sport with the badlands package on the first day of preorders, to be delivered to Razzari. A couple months ago, Razzari called us to tell us they had a bronco sport, and told us to come test drive it. But it was the big bend model, not the badlands, which doesn't have anywhere close to the same level of features. The salesmen tried to convince us they were "basically the same", which is not even close to true. Also, they put a 30% markup one the sticker price. After explaining that we weren't interested, the salesman said he'd "just see what kind of deal he could make us," and proceeded to run my girlfriend's credit without clearly telling us what he was doing. Meanwhile, we sat in his cramped office for like an hour during a pandemic while this fool took his sweet time trying to figure out what kind of deal he could give us on a car we told him we didn't want. (By the way, nine months into a pandemic and these geniuses were still confused about how to wear a face mask.) Fast forward to today, and these vehicles are getting delivered across the country and locally as well. Discussions on forums suggest that all early preorders are being delivered now. But ours is nowhere to be found. The production date keeps getting pushed back. We did a little digging and found out that Razzari waited an additional month before putting in our "preorder." So now we don't have our bronco. We've been in touch with the several times. They seem to have no interest in helping us find the vehicle they were supposed to have for us. We've been in touch with other ford dealerships who are falling all over themselves to "restore our faith in ford." Clearly Razzari is a stain on the brand. Save your time, and go to another ford dealer. There are plenty around. As a side note, these guys are greedy, greedy, greedy. Huge markups over sticker price on all desirable models. Like, I know it's a GT500 with a track package, but $155k, really? 150% of sticker price? Pffft. This is how they operate. They marked up the low end bronco too to 130% of sticker price. UPDATE: what do you mean a deal structure might not always be possible? We pre-ordered a car online through ford to be delivered to your dealership, and you totally screwed it up. Literally all you had to do was place the order for us. If it wasn't possible, it's because you blew it. How are you gonna make this right for us? Other ford dealerships want to help us. My car windows were broken when they sold me the car! Repeated repair attempts and now they are broken again and the AC gave out. Nobody from Razzari will get back to me about fixing the issues! I have only had this car for a few months! I have a baby that is less than 2 years old and this dealership does not care! My child has overheated in the backseat and had a sunburn because the windows won't roll up! They are all about the money! I give them a star because they are nice and they find out what's really wrong with vehicle. But they make it clear that it's really about the money because their prices are outrageous. I took my car in to fix a couple of recalls 4/10/21. They fixed one recall which was the door latch but the other recall with the car recall for the car transmission not responding efficiently they would not fix. I actually heard through a friend they had a recall on it. I didn't get anything from them about it. They say they sent me out a letter which I never received. That worked out great for them. They said I was pass the 7 yr or 100,000 mile warranty. Had I known about the recall trust me I would have taken advantage of it. The sad part is the dealer wasn't even willing to work with me. He told me to call corporate and if they pay for it he will do it but it's not coming out of his pocket. They found some other minor issues with the car but wanted to charge me over $500 but E & J Auto Repair charged me at least $200 less. That's why I no longer go to them unless absolutely necessary. read more

They are DESPERATE, too desperate to sell a car that they don't even think of serving their customers. DO NOT GO HERE!! What happened: I was looking at trucks, told the sales lady I wasn't looking to buy today, shopping around and evaluating my options, seeing what I can afford. They took my car keys to evaluate the trade-in value of my car, sales wanted to run a credit report, & told me it was a type of soft check, it wouldn't affect my credit score. I didn't like the payment option, so I told them another time. They DID NOT want to give me my car keys back, they drove it around to their garage area. I asked so many times for my car keys and they did not want to give me my car back, instead trying to talk me into a sale. As for the credit check, I later get offer letters from Razzari Ford from Chase, Wells Fargo, etc in the mail. Sounds like it affected my credit to me. DONT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. He found my order and kept me up to date until it came in on Saturday. Then the purchase was quit, simple and we left with a beautiful truck and satisfied with our experience with Alize and Razzari Ford. First and foremost this dealer is a big scam. They had my grandmother sign knowing my mother and myself have power of Attorny. This company is very suspicious. They're charging more for a car used than it would be Brand new with no mileage. Car is valued at $18,000 brand new in 2019. This dealer is charging $4,000 over msrp price and the car has 54,000 miles. They charged my poor grandmother 30k for this car. Was told since we're settling for something we really don't want. I took my truck to them for some warranty work. they were not able to complete all the work at that visit and told me to return and they would still honor the warranty. When I returned they told me that I was out of warranty and that I would have to pay to have the work done. After speaking with the service manager and quickly realized that I was going to have to contact the bureau of automotive repair. The service manager them went on and out right lied to the BAR about the situation. This has to be the most dishonest dealership/service department ever! read more

Our truck was kept in perfect condition during lease period, had super low miles, and was worth way more than the contract buy out amount. Our FICO is 845, yes 845 and had approval from our own bank for 1% interest on a 5 yr loan, low payments, sweet deal. Razzari didn't like that and flat out LIED to us about financing "oh, we never heard back from your bank" I asked who he talked to, "I talk to all different people there" liar! I called myself and was told razzari never submitted our paperwork. They were going to pull a fast one. If you choose to deal with this shady shack DO YOUR HOMEWORK on the different ways car dealers try to rip you off, especially if you have EXCELLENT credit and aren't in hock up to your neck. read more
