I was getting calls and emails frequently and when I decided to fill out the app and give these people my social for no damn reason "because they never called me back" I called they said they were working on it then I called again they said he's out to lunch he will call soon then I call again oh we can't get you into this van it's priced to low we can't get you into this && so asked would diff car be better I said yes and he said he will call back never heard from him again smh my experience with the men here at this place is ridiculous I don't understand their problem but I will never go back or ever recommend these people to any one I am glad I never went in imagine how they would have treated me then smh.. I took my 2013 mazda 3 to the service department in a frustrated state...having had no luck getting a new key made from a locksmith, I was without a car for a week. The service and parts department handled me with diligence, concern and excellent care. Gabe in partswas very thorough in contacting other stores to locate a key for me. Yelp won't accept my full review because it is too long so I'm trying to condense it. I spent 3 days at Razarri Ford as a victim of bait and switch, over and over and secretly removing my name from the loan and putting just my wife's when I was the one buying the jeep and using my truck as a trade in. My wife was just suppose to be a co signer. They stated my credit wasn't good enough ( 671) so they could only get her approved. But then back and forth saying the jeep is ours only to change the numbers when we came it. The worst thing was they requested loan through my credit union, not knowing and my credit union informed me that Razarri's finance manager reported our income as 5x what it is and my wife's credit score as 50 pts higher than it is. Huge red flags and it was suggested to not continue doing business because the false reported income could get us in trouble with the irs. I got a pre approval loan under my name as primary owner, with wife as co owner and went with another dealer and got a much better deal. Razarri is super shady. They didn't even try to make it right after they were called out. I wasted 3 days and gas dealing with them read more

They offer competitive prices against other dealers in the valley and always offer me the best deal plus rebates and incentives. The cars I've gotten have all been top notch and the sales team rocks. Thank you Eric Fimbrez and all involved, for making our buying experience at Razzari Ford such a positive one !! My husband Dale was looking on line and checking all the Ford dealerships looking for a 2018 Ford 250 XLT with all the special features that comes with it, like tail gate step up, running boards( side steps) , back up camera, large screen in console, crew cab, everything he wanted including electronic side mirrors that extend and fold in. He was told by all, that the XLT model does not come with electronic side mirrors, only the Ford Lariet model has that feature, and the price is several thousands dollars more. Only Eric Fimbrez at Razzari Ford kept checking all over and calling us back, and found us the pickup with all the features that we asked for, ( and yes it came with electronic side mirrors too) and gave us the price we wanted to pay, along with a thousand dollar factory rebate , and a 750. So instead of having my car that I owned for nearly a month but driven less than a week (due to all The Cars repairs) I have to deal with the drivers windows broken on Fourth of July. More stress, more waiting to then find out my car had never even been processed or diagnosed in the service departments computer/records..hmm why does this sound familiar. According to service dept. the part wasn't ordered yet again! So this lead me to go talk to Jason again this time being accompanied. Jason was rude unhelpful and made it clear my whole purchase was a loss. Even stating I signed a Car Fax which I didn't to then him admitting it was no where found in records. Losing weeks of sleep, having to adjust and downsize for the rentals provided and make carpooling 3+ car seated children has been a complete nightmare. And to make matters worse to feel unwanted in Razzari every single time I was there. I drove all the way from the bay area to look at getting a new car with four doors since I'm having a baby! I expected questionable service since this dealership is in the valley but I was pleasantly surprised when a young man named Issac approached my baby daddy and I while we were perusing the lot. At first we told him to basically leave us alone because we thought we knew what we wanted but he proved to be not your average lot jockey. We have a Ford Platinum SUV and we have taken our SUV in for oil changes and a few minor recalls and minor things. Overall we love our SUV and the service provided at Merced Razzari Ford. Andrew has been our service provider and every time he goes above and beyond to make sure our SUV is taken care of like it was his own. He also has our car washed and cleaned each time we pick it up. Wonderful service and great attention to detail!! Will continue to take it to Merced Razzari Ford...way better than Turlock or Clovis...they have not followed through like Andrew has!!! It was finally time to buy a new car and I knew exactly what I wanted. We visited all of the Ford dealerships in our area and could not find one that would give us a reasonable price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Horrible experience.. 1 star is way to much to even give for this place. I recently took in my Ford explorer to get fixed re: a noise it was making when i turned the stirring wheel. I was very specific about what noise i wanted fixed. I paid for a FULL inspection to determine what the problem was. I was given only 1 possibility for the problem to be fixed after it was diagnose by one of their "experts" this cost me $865. When i took it home the noise was still there, i contacted them immediately and was asked to take my car in for another inspection all of a sudden there was another possibility of something else that needed to be fixed. If the job was done properly i should have been given 2 possibilities from the beginning and i was not. Now Razzari will not take any responsibility for a job that was not dont accurately like their website advertises. Razzari prized this second possibility at 1,500 which is absurd since they are the one's who did not do the job properly since the inspection. My vehicle was diagnose incorrectly. read more

I did an internet search for a 2016 ford F150. I received an email from Eric Hamm in the morning and I called the dealership. I then spoke with Manny, the internet sales manager who assured me he had trucks to look at. I made an appointment and drove from Modesto to Merced. I worked with Joey, The salesman, and eventually with Chris , the sales manager. I had the feeling I will wasn't going to leave the dealership without making a deal. They really did make the effort to make me happy both in terms of the vehicle and on the financial end as well. I feel as though I was treated as an individual and my needs were the prime consideration. I am very pleased with the 2016 F150 Lariat 4X4 that I ended up with. I purchased my 2013 Ford Fusion from Razzari Ford in May 2013. Within a few weeks I noticed that the trim between the passenger side window and windshield was slightly broken and allowed air in. I noticed this more when I traveled on highway, unfortunately I didn't do anything about taking it back in to fix. I let it get to me and just figured I would notify them when I took it in for my first oil change. Well the time came for my first oil change, a little bitter and after a little social media bashing I took it in. Explained the issues I had regarding the window. Val Reyes took care of ordering the part and promised to contact me as soon as it came in. My oil change and car wash were completed timely. Within a few weeks the part was in and received a phone call to schedule my appointment. Due to my busy schedule and not being able to be without my vehicle I forewent the repair. During this time, Razzari service and Val still kept in contact with me via phone and e-mail regarding the repair. Fast forward a few months, I finally scheduled an appointment for today for the repair and another oil change. Dropped my car off at 7:30AM with Val and was given a ride home using their courtesy shuttle. At 1:15PM, I was surprised to receive a phone a call that my vehicle was ready! I expected it to take longer under misconceptions but was excited to have it done. Val sent the shuttle to pick me up. Once back at the service department, my vehicle was washed and ready to go with the oil change and window repair! Val personally handled the transaction from start to finish and I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism in handling my vehicle repair / service. Great people to deal with! I used to do all of my own oil changes because I thought I was saving $, but it got to the point where it was too much of a hassle to deal with buying the parts then aside from the time and effort I would have to find a place to take the used oil and filter. I finally gave in and took my F150 to Razzari ford for service, should have done it years ago! For very near what it cost me to buy the parts alone they changed the oil and filter, rotated my tires, inspected the vehicle and gave a report on everything and they even washed it for me! Customer service sucks. They run there Business like a small town Business and wont trust anyone but the small few they trust and thats all they care about. I bought a used truck in october with a broken antenna and center console bracket. It took them three days to fix my antenna because they couldnt order the right part. Bought a car w/undisclosed accident damage. After a very short distance, the bumpers began popping out which lead me to take an even closer look at the car. The bumpers were not the same OEM parts and the front driver wheel well was half missing. The wiring was redone in half ass way w/the bumper was held in place using bolts in most places, not the proper OEM clips. There were other issues within the car as well To put it plainly, the car was in an accident & was repaired without reporting the damages. Upon my second return to fix the bumpers, this time to the Ford building, instead of being greeted with apologies, I was given a guilt trip by the sale manager for not showing up the day before and for them "losing money." During this whole fiasco, Eli ( a used car manager) the car was repaired (bumpers, ac knob, sun visors) and when I go to retrieve the car, there are an array of NEW scratches on various places on my car with he largest & most noticeable being on driver side door... RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DOOR PANEL. Not just a tiny scratch, we are talking a deep gouges with a chip right down to the metal.I know for a fact the scratches were not there before I took my car for the repairs. I point this out to the Eli - sale lead, he takes pictures of it on his phone then turns to me and says "its ok, give me 20 minutes to buff it out." To no surprise, the buffing didn't remove/fix the deep scratches as I expected and I was then told to bring the car back a few days later. Not only were the scratches not fixed, but not there is a shiny HALO around the damaged area. I took the car home, and upon further inspection, I found more new scratches on my car - the trunk lid, rear bumper. I sent pictures pointing out the damage expecting these issue to be handled was well. I bring the car back a few days later and in the afternoon, when the car was delivered to me by Eli & another associate - it was VERY apparent that the huge gouge in my door was not fixed. I tell Eli that I was not happy with the repair - the attitude was "too bad." I point out the fact that the damage that occurred to my car while in possession of this dealership was NOT fixed, and the Eli sale met me with a shoulder shrug and the excuse of "I can't see it" and, "We fixed more than we had to fix, you should be happy" Now I have pictures of my car the morning BEFORE I dropped it off, and there was NO door damage My vehicle was damaged by this dealership while they had possession & are now trying to get out of making the needed repairs that would include repainting the damaged areas of my car. One manager told me that they couldn't paint because the car would never match.. Not my problem. The dealership damaged my car while they had it to repair the unlisted collision damage the salesmen hid from me during the buying process. After going back for a 3rd time, I was met with arguments by both Eli & a finance manager whom were both not willing to correct the damages to my car. I was also told that the dealership had decided I was the kind of customer who was "never going to be happy" and that opinion had somehow alleviated or negated the dealerships responsibility to correct the damage. To even insinuate that holding this dealership to a certain standard is MY FAULT is completely ridiculous in every way. Eli & the main manager both told me that Razzari will NOT paint the car, and that "it is a used car, deal with it." When I attempted to complain via the BBB, the excuses from the respondent were nothing short of excuses and also included an outright lie regarding them rewind the deal (and charge me a FEE) a 3rd time. 6 months and several requests later I still have not received any paperwork for the work supposedly done by the body shop and the work has yet to show up via carfax. If this is how a dealership treats a local family has bought several vehicles from them over the years, then I can assure you that this dealership does not have your best interests at heart. From the undisclosed damage, the terrible job on the repair, the undisclosed hidden charges & how I was treated all add up to a terrible experience. Avoid this dealership at all costs There is nothing in this review that is against the T.O.S. because this is based on a REAL experience from a customer. read more

I brought my car to this place to install recall parts. The next day suddenly a "wrench light" appears on my speedometer that I've never seen in the 6 years I've owned the car, and then my car loses almost all acceleration. Apparently it went into "limp mode". I manage to get the car home, and called Razzari and they said bring the car in the next morning. When I get there they say it'll cost $149 to diagnose the issue. I explain that I shouldn't have to pay for something that I believe was their doing. Then I get told "but I need to make sure my technicians get paid". Apparently that's more important than my car, and a satisfied customer. Then later that day I get a text from a manager asking if I was satisfied with my visit, and I explained what happened. 3 days went by, and never heard a word back. I guess I was just supposed to say yes. Oh, and when I got my car back from them, my $2000 stereo system was turned up to half volume. I NEVER turn my car off with the stereo turned up like that. So clearly they were playing with my stereo. My recall parts were for an airbag, so I was really surprised to have to "limp" my car all the way home, with a light popped up on the dash, and have my stereo played with. I'm wishing now that I took it to a different place for the parts. And to never hear back after complaining about this? Unacceptable. read more

Recommended Razzari Ford to a relative because I thought the dealership's initial contact was diligent and professional. Purchasing a car is an adventure, to say the least. The salesperson was nice--on the phone, and in person--however, the gentleman identifying himself as The Manager was a disappointment. All tactics you hear/read about were used, by both of the above, at the 1-hour meeting at Razzari Ford. Add a bit of condescension, and a dash of guilt and you've got "No Sale." Internet (car) sales notwithstanding, Razzari Ford did not exemplify 2017, car-buying standards. The initial visit to Razzari Ford, for example, was disconcerting albeit insulting because the salesperson greeted both man and woman, but pandered to the man. It was the woman buying the car! Oops! Then an official "appointment" was made because the salesperson stated: "I can get whatever car [you] want." The statement was effective; it made me think Razzari was willing to go that extra step toward a car purchase. Unfortunately, the usual "salesperson-tactics" were used in generous amount. First, the "Monthly Payment" debacle. This is used to distract customers from the actual price of the car. Razzari was told monthly payments weren't at issue until there was an agreement re: total price of the car...the latter of which wasn't that forthcoming. Thus revealing the second tactic, the "Out The Door (OTD)" price. Car salespersons don't like this phrase. I think it's because they have to be completely transparent about charges/costs; hard to pad "front" and/or "back" of an invoice when the numbers--hopefully deflated in the customer's favor--must match. Whatever the reason, it's a pulling teeth thing getting them to say the $16k asking price is $18k+ in all reality. Now my relative was getting frustrated, unaware that things weren't going to get better. Number Three: "I need to talk to my manager." Did he? And was the, very unpleasant, man claiming to be same, actually The Manager? Maybe--or maybe not. Number Four: "How much are your school loans? Oh, well, you're not going to get a better interest rate because you're WAY over the average in school lian debt." To clarify: no, the customer here is NOT "well over the average" in school loan debt. This tactic is to guilt a consumer into jumping at the chance to allow the dealership to sell a car. The inference is "Your credit isn't that good, so your best bet is to buy from us, right now!" Number Five: "There's a couple in with the manager, talking about this car. They've been in there since 8 o'clock this morning." Maybe--if they were negotiating with below-average credit. My relative's credit: "Very Good." Number Six (via The Manager): "We can give you zero financing (contradicting the whole argument about burdensome debt-cum-sketchy credit making for higher interest rates), or a $2500 rebate. We can't give both." What must be revealed here is no, real savings will actually be had by unsuspecting consumers unless numbers are negotiated wisely. Also, only an 800 ("Excellent") credit score qualifies for zero financing. And--best for last--Number Seven: The Manager introduced razzle-dazzle, commonly referred to as "The 4 Square Method." This officially labelled my relative as a "sucker," regardless of reality. Any negotiating, or budget consciousness, is effectively ignored as two lines are drawn on a sheet of paper, equalling 4 boxes (or squares). Various, hypothetical numbers and totals are put into the boxes, or coulmns, all in an effort to take the buyer's mind off actual short- and long-term costs of the car. I am embarrassed to have sent anyone into such a minefield; just to buy a car responsibly, and at a reasonable price. So! I would recommend Razzari Ford to consumers for practice on the types of sales tactics used on car buyers, and how to recognize same; because most dealerships seem to use the tactics. I would not recommend Razzari Ford for anyone seeking reasonable, consumer-worthy deals that will not strip you of financial solvency. The world of car buying is changing. Soon, nobody will buy a car by walking into a dealership to "haggle," and all the nifty tricks used on consumers will become urban legend--and nothing more. Something to think about... read more

I can't rate La Tricia less then one star otherwise I would This is the worst auto dealership we have ever worked with as far as buying a vehicle. La Tricia was our contact and she was very unformed in customer treatment. La Tricia is so unpleasant, controlling, domineering, push she wants things her way or the highway. We drove from Sanger, Ca and we dealt for a vehicle we got a purchase order 8/15/2019 around 5:45 pm we had to come back home to Sanger so we could go to our credit union which is EECU because we do all our finances with them. So this morning I get a call to let us know that the vehicle had sold. This in my opinion she did this because of my husband disabled Veterans discount from Ford Motor Company. She kept telling me if you don't bring the coupon for the qualifying veteran from Ford Motor Company you can't get the credit. We have our military cards but she didn't care.
