Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

I purchased a wheel/tire warranty when I purchased my Tiguan. Popped tire on 4/27/26. I had the car…read moretowed to closest VW dealership. Informed dealer about wheel/tire warranty. On 4/27/26 around 11AM, I received a call from the service department stating my policy covered everything except for a $2.15 tire disposal fee. They said they would receive tire on 4/29/26. Received call around 3PM on 4/29/26, was told that they were putting on new tire and instructed me to come pick it up after work. Upon arriving at the dealership, service rep told me that they weren't able to get in touch with the tire warranty company and that they could not "release the car to me." I was then told to "file the claim myself and to pay the $350 or they would keep my car. The warranty instructions are clear: Take your vehicle to any dealership or state-licensed repair facility. Have the repair facility verify coverage and obtain a repair authorization number from Zurich before any repair is made by calling 1-800-491-5117. Submit invoice/repair order to Zurich verifying the authorized repair has been completed. Pay deductible, if applicable, and any non-covered expenses. Zurich pays the repair facility directly. So they did a bait and switch to extort money from me. Had I have known this would be the outcome, I would have taken it to another VW dealership.

Last time I was here, they couldn't figure out that the issue with the car was a spark plug... they held the car for over 2 weeks, didn't fix it and made me pay $2,500 Took it to a different mechanic and they figured it out. This time I had several issues with the car and asked for a diagnosis. Seems like there are several things that need to be fixed... fine but then they quoted me $7,500 which was more than I bought the car for... so I said no, how much to just take it home. Jim said $750... then later calls my wife and says he misquoted me and it would be $1,500... So I go to pick up the car and they forgot to give me back the whole key. When I tried to call someone about this, service sent me to voicemail several times and then said to try coming by tomorrow morning, because people are off work at 5pm, I called them at 4:25pm... . Update 2/11/23 Showed up to see if they can find my key. James said "check the center console, we may have put it in there..." checked and nope... checked the possible spots, nothing... they have my key and I want it back. I was told if they can't find it they will cut me another one. I get better responses in person. They were able to make a replacement key from my other key. It only took a few hours out of my Saturday morning. I don't like to dis on local businesses, but don't treat me in a way where I have to warn other customers. Buyers beware! Leaving 2 stars, but should really only be one.

Getting in and out was fairly decent, Saturday drop off's were an amazing help. That's the only…read morereason it's not a 1 star. I brought my Peterbilt in for squeaky brakes. They showed me pictures of my drums showing signs of excessive heat. This did not prompt the technician to look at my rear brakes or any form of root cause analysis. I was just sold a brake job and sent it on my way. I asked the service advisor before I left. Did that prompted to look at the rear? He left me with "I would have yeah" and would not elaborate. I checked the rear myself come to find out my push rod was 1/4 inch past the "out of service" legal limit. This compared to the front pushrod, had my front brakes doing majority of the work, it was likely root problem. I only brought this to a dealer despite knowing it had a more expensive price tag, because I " knew he would get done right". Unfortunately, I was proven wrong.

Brought the 2006 Kenworth 3 axle 4000 gallon water tender here for repairs after finding some…read morethings that needed to be fixed during inspection. After two weeks and $3000, they had taken some play out of the drive shaft(with a shim), fixed the wiper switch(contacts were dirty), and repaired a wheel seal. I'm not sure if I will bring the truck back to this shop because of how long it took. Time is money and with the truck being down that long during fire season, I lost revenue. There is a driver lounge with vending machines and ice, which is great for minor repairs that can be done in a short amount of time. For a shop that is open 13 hours a day, I guess I expected the job to be completed quicker. There are other things that needed to be fixed and I just couldn't wait any longer because the truck was reordered for the same fire that we brought it in from. I would expect to give more stars had the repairs been done sooner.
