Stopped by for dinner and had a great waitress and the food was good and fresh and service was great will visit again soon

Came with my mother for an early dinner and, quite frankly, this place is a hit or miss. We didn't have a long wait and we were seated immediately. Our waiter was attentive although he didn't know much about the menu. For drinks, I ordered the swomp thang and enjoyed it (be mindful that's it's a frozen drink). To start, I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo and house salad. I did enjoy both of these items and they were a nice starter before my main. I ordered the redfish bienville sub fries instead of green beans. The plate came with the green beans but was quickly replaced with what I ordered. Overall, this was a hit day, and my mother and I enjoyed ourselves.

I really like Razzoo's Cafe a lot! Every time I've gone or ordered, the food is always great. I've been able to try a few things from their menu like their fried gator tails, pickles, catfish, shrimp, tenders, rice & fries and it's ALWAYS seasoned and fried right. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Just paid $22 for a bowl of ice. Manager said it was "pre mixed". I guess I didn't know the drink and amount of ice were the same thing

The server was great. But the response to our drink was not. Just paid $22 for a bowl of ice. Manager said it was "pre mixed". I guess I didn't know the drink and amount of ice were the same thing

Cajun combo! Boursin balls, fried pickles and jalapeño poppers.

We went to Razoos today and had an awesome time. Our Hostess was great. Food came out on time and was hot and good. Ambiance was great not crowded, we went at 2:30 and got the lunch special. Make sure to ask for Gabby!

Boudin Balls, they got into them before I got the picture

We are celebrating Father's Day with family in Dallas and thought we would try something new. Our cousin got the jambalaya pasta which she thought was good but could have been a little spicer. She wanted the jambalaya rice but she couldn't get it as a side or with grilled chicken which was disappointing. Her husband got a frozen hurricane but he didn't care for it. It wasn't enough alcohol. He ordered the catfish platter and it was really good. My husband got the blackened catfish and I had the shrimp and catfish basket. We also had the boudin balls and the rat toes as a appetizer. Those were really good as well. The rat toes were spicy for anyone who likes a kick. The catfish and shrimp were good, especially with their house made hot sauce (similar to Louisiana Red Hot, my favorite). Hubby enjoyed the blackened fish as well. Overall, I think we all enjoyed their Father's Day lunch.

When they set you down the dry ice experience the washcloths that were a little tablet that you added water to that was unique and then the appetizers were excellent. We had the fried green tomatoes and the deviled eggs, the main entrées we had lamb. It was excellent and the way that they acknowledge mothers. They had a little show with sparklers so it's a good place to attend the music. The TVs display the old black sitcoms you felt welcomed oh I almost forgot the dessert. OMG, that banana pudding Rio banana pudding was delicious.

The smoke from the kitchen basically consumed the dining area and was very irritating. It eventually dissipated after a while, but I wouldn't recommend infants in this environment. After our party was seated, it took 15-20 min before our waiter greeted us and provided water; that was a bit annoying. After we got our orders in, things were smooth sailing from there. We were a large party and our waiter did a pretty good job at managing us and all of our requests. Food: they do not waste time bringing the food out. Most of our orders came out within 10 minutes! I ordered the Short Rib (unfortunately not pictured). It was hot, tender, and seasoned well....very good. It came on a bed of rice and some type of sauce. I was not a fan of either. The rice seemed uncooked and the sauce was too much and very liquid. It drowned the rice and practically made it soupy. I would have been fine with just the short rib. I also ordered a side of black eyed peas... also not a fan. It was undercooked and I didn't love whatever seasoning was used to prepare it. Other items I tried: Fries, Cornbread, Yams, and Soul Rolls. These were all tasty, specifically the soul roll. It came out crispy, hot, and stuff proportionately. I could take every bit of what was inside. It's definitely a must try.
