Stopped by for lunch. Waited about 20-25 minutes for my food. Turned out of the parking lot and grabbed a fry - fries were room temperature at best. Called the place back and the young lady said I could return for a remake. Why would I return after waiting 20-25 minutes. She said you can come back later based on me telling her I didn't have time to return. Not an option either. I wanted the food for lunch not dinner. So then I said to myself, try the fish. - to my surprise the fish was just as bad. I just simply don't understand waiting for this amount of time and the food is not piping hot. Called the young lady back and she said it was hot when she presented it to me. No ma'am try someone else. With the amount of time I waited, My food should've been piping hot. Not sitting under a light hot. One thing I don't play about is my time and money and I may not get my time back but I will get my money back. The owner has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen for a restaurateur!!! My food was handed to me wasted all in the bag and when the girl working the front tried to fix it the owner ask "what do you want us to do about it? It's just butter!" Both I and her employee were shocked. Mind you it was butter and food completely wasted all over the bag, it was disgusting but her attitude was worst. I'm was pretty good. The fries portion was so small tho. But I did like how the fish and shrimp were fresh and it was real catfish not swai. The coleslaw was passable, not sweet or tangy just very neutral which was a good thing in my opinion. The ask you for what seasoning level you prefer, light medium or heavy to dust on top. So we got the 4 fish strips, 4 fried shrimp, 4 fried oysters, coleslaw and fries with a grape koolaid. It was pretty cheap at like $30 total. The food took 15 minutes or so to get. I didn't like the ketchup and tartar sauce were from packs. I really liked the fish though, same for shrimp and I loved the fried oysters. The fries were like a chicken spot fries. OMG!!! This place was delicious and the employees were incredible. This is a great location and the catfish and shrimp platter was one of the best I ever had in my life. I couldn't take a picture of the foot because I ate it to fast. You get the choice of spices for the food; light, medium or heavy. I went with Heavy and it did not disappoint. Most of the time the fish is okay. I never liked their fries so I upgrade to double okra. Tonight it was so awful. I am so sick after half a piece of fish and no double okra.
