If i could give this place a ZERO rating i would do so. My family and I decided to visit Razoos on Saturday,March 23, 2019 to celebrate birthdays. We called the day before to make them aware that we would have a very large party of 27 people arriving around 7:00pm. We were made aware there would be a long wait to accommodate a party of this size. We didn't have a problem with that. Upon arriving we were told there would be a 2hr wait. We were understanding of that. After about 1.5 hours of waiting we asked the status of our waiting period and they told us it would be another 1.5 -2hour wait. We requested to speak to a manager. Casey Stouts came out and he informed us that he was the General manager. We asked him what the plan was to seat us and where they planned to seat us. He said he was waiting for the restaturant to clear out before they sat us. BULL CRAP. HE showed us the area they planned to seat us in and at the time it was 6 empty tables that seated 4 people and a booths that would accommodate everyone in our party. We even told him that we would be willing to split up even they couldn't seat us together. He told us NO. He said that the wait time is what it was going to be and THAT's it. He then went on to tell us that if we had told him the day prior when we called that we would have that many people, he would have told us NOT TO COME!!!!! WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT FOR A MANAGER A GENERAL MANAGER AT THAT TO TELL CUSTOMERS. This by far has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY RESTAURANT. ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER RETURN TO VISIT THIS RAZOOS AND WE WILL BE SURE TO TELL THE REST OF OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thankfully we were able to go to Cheddars down the street and they accommodated us immediately, we were sat and had ordered food within 30 minutes. Perhaps yall should get some tips from them on how to handle and accommodate parties of this size. Casey Stouts needs to be FIRED his customer service skills SUCK!!!!! read more

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the customer service at this location was absolutely outstanding. Danny, Shannon--our amazing server today--and the twin from my last visit were all phenomenal! First off, Danielle greeted me as if we'd known each other for years. She made me feel like a genuine friend, not just another customer or number. Shannon went above and beyond, providing exceptional service with such care, kindness, and attention to detail--it truly showed how much she loves what she does. Overall, this experience was a 10 out of 10! You made an incredible choice selecting Dannie as the GM, and I hope Shannon and the twins are treated with the same love and appreciation they show every guest. This was my first and definitely last I ever go here. Fish was very small, cole slaw tasted funny, and the manager I saw was walking around looking for his head. Never talked to anybody. They're wasting their money on him. I decided to try it, after I've seen some of the so called reviews on here, but with the lack of good service I had today, makes me wonder if they aren't paying people to leave good reviews. Service was mediocre, only had one glass of expensive tea, but at least the waitress asked me if I wanted more, after I was through eating. The hush puppies had peppers or something in them that gave them a hot effect. Never in al my days of eating fish and hushpuppies, has one ever been hot. Is this a seafood or mexican place? This place doesn't deserve one star, but you have to leave at least one. read more

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Razzoo's, and our server, Dawn, truly made our experience exceptional. From start to finish, she was fast and efficient, ensuring that our needs were met without any delay. Dawn's pleasant demeanor and great personality added a wonderful touch to our meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed while also engaging with us in a friendly manner. It's rare to find such a warm and welcoming server who genuinely enhances the dining experience. Our first time to Razzoo's. Celebrating my husband's 69th birthday. Very upbeat atmosphere, befitting decor, comfortable seating with room to walk between tables. We had Fried Green Beans, perfectly seasoned. You can taste the pepper and salt but not over salted. Fried Catfish, Barbecue Ribs, Chop Salad, Bread Pudding and Brownie with Ice Cream all were tasteful and satisfying. Large servings, excellently seasoned and nicely plated. Anna was an excellent server and made us feel very comfortable. Extremely busy tonight but no long wait for our food. I recommend Razzoo's! You should be very pleased with any choice from their delightful menu...Enjoy...!!! read more

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday night and left happier and fuller than we were before we visited. The food was tasty. However, it was the service that truly made this location stand out. Our server Katy (I had to go back and ask for her so I could mention her by name!) was attentive, kind, personable, and on top of our every need. We have ate all across the Tyler/Longview area and both agree this is some of the best service we have received. We found out she mainly works weekends so we will be returning whenever we have a night out so we can ask for Katy! read more

Brought me and my kids up here on a whim because they have been LOVING their crawfish and luckily, they were more than accommodating to let us sit outside (I try to do that so my kids don't bother other people). First off, absolutely loved the environment. 2nd our waitress Shannon was absolutely amazing. She made sure we were constantly sat with everything. Not one of my favorite places to eat. I used to come here in and eat the blackened ribeye but since they no longer have that on the menu I don't come back as often as I used to. I find that all the other food taste about the same and the atmosphere is too loud for my enjoyment. Although this place is ok, it is not exactly the most relaxing dinner location. read more

Razzoos Cajun Cafe in Tyler TX refused to seat me and my family due to the mask mandate. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one and they refused me because of it. This place needs to understand they can not turn away ANYONE with medical conditions. Even the governor waved the mandate for individuals with them. read more
