I don't know why I held out on going for so long. This place is awesome! The service was awesome as well. I had the Cajun skillet combo and it was delicious and humongous. I highly recommend this dish for your first visit. My wife had a country fried steak and this thing was huge. I don't mean Donald Trump huge. That's tiny. I mean the real huge thing! I'm talking Ron Jeremy here. You could feed two people out of it. I don't recommend going here for your first date. Your date will leave all that food by being so shy in eating and it will be a tragedy. My kids chickened out and had their cheeseburger. Amazingly both loved it. Oh for drinks I had a worm burner. It's the best freaking drink I've had in a bit while. My wife had a strawberry lemonade. She says it was good. But all chicks love that stuff no matter where they get it. We arrived at Razoos with a party of 7...4 adults, 3 kids (ages 5,10,12) at 7:20p on Wednesday night. The host told us he could not seat a table of more than 6. We asked if we could split up, and he replied "I can ask my manager, but honestly, we are kind of busy, so I don't even know if we have two tables." (We were willing to wait). He wasn't interested in our business. In this time of restaurants needing and wanting business, I would HIGHLY recommend you skip Razoos in Alliance, TX. I haven't been to a Razzoo's in a decade. But, after this experience we'll certainly be back. We sat in the bar area, and were immediately tended to. Shelby, the young lady tending bar, was extremely professional and on the spot. Our drinks were never late, she constantly checked on us and other patrons. Even when the bar was moderately to very busy. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food was prepared and served extremely well. If I could leave no stars I would! We tried to eat here for my nephew's birthday. We had 10 people in our party (all family) and they refused to serve us. We even told them we were okay with splitting up and/or eating outside and still told no. When my sister tried to talk to the so called (GM) about the situation she was extremely rude to my sister and told her to leave. I am appalled at how we were treated and it makes zero sense to refuse to serve us. I hate the food here anyway but I had to share this ridiculousness so others know to skip it if you have a large party. This does not follow the guidance provided by our governor or local government officials regarding Covid protocols. I will never go to this place again. If you are a longterm lover of the Gatortail you can still order it, however it's not on the appetizer menu anymore. We tried this location out on a weekday after the lunch run was over. Customer service was friendly, but nowhere near had any speed behind it. I recommend going on a Tuesday from 11-3 so you can do their Po-Boy Tuesday lunch special. read more

From start to finish, my experience was great! First time here at Razzoo's. Started out with the 1/2 frozen, 1/2 OTR strawberry coconut/margarita cocktail, which was large & fabulous! For my meal, I ordered the catfish po'boy. It was so so good! Fish was cooked perfectly, had perfect amount of lettuce, tomato, red onion and a great tartar sauce. The sandwich was quite large, so I ate half and took the other home. The jalapeño hush puppies were some of the best I've ever had..there was also a nice amount of fries. My friend had the combo skillet, and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. I had a taste of the crawfish etouffee, yummy! The service was great, not overly crowded. Thanks for a great meal, Razzoo's! We have been coming here for about 3 years, but no more. The beer and appetizer were good, but the catfish was so overcooked, it was mush. Told the waitress that everything was not ok, and she bolted away. Came back with the full check and bolted again. Didn't care at all that the food was really bad. I went up front, asked for a manager, and told him what happened. Told him I would not be back, and he said" well that is your choice sir". Why am I paying for food I couldn't eat? I have been going to Razzoo's for over 20 years and i love it. Downtown is awesome and the one they had in euless was very good. This location has been a gamble every time. I have been 6 times since they opened and 3 times so far have been disappointing. Problems we have had include slow service, cold food, and orders forgotten. But when it has been good, its been great! Just not worth the gamble considering the pain it is to get to this location and the cost of the food. Downtown will be our go to Razzoo's location from now on. This location has failed us too many times. read more

I'm actually really surprised by all the good reviews this location has received. We had extremely bad service, our food was cold when it finally came out and the manager took little responsibility for the problems. I really like the chain and I didn't think twice when my sister wanted to go there for her birthday on Monday. We went with my brother-in-law, nephew and mother. We were seated immediately because it wasn't very busy. We also ordered immediately because we were all quite hungry. Thirty minutes later, we had all finished our beverages (I think I was the only one who got a refill) and we had no food. We tried to flag down our waitress, but she seemed to have forgotten about our little corner. Finally, she appeared to tell my mother and me that they had run out of the night's special. We said that we'd take something else, but to PLEASE bring everyone else's food immediately. Fifteen minutes after that, we still had no food and we flagged her down again to make inquiries. I asked her to at least bring my pregnant sister some bread. She came out with a single burnt piece several minutes later. After a full hour had passed and all the tables surrounding us had food or had finished their meals, no one was in a festive mood and we went in search of a manager. Our food came out in two waves: my sister and her family's and then my mother's and mine less than five minutes apart. After we specifically asked that they not hold their plates waiting for ours, they did EXACTLY that, evinced by the fact that their food was COLD. We were told that they were busier than expected and the manager came over with hot French fries for my sister. They also offered a birthday cake for our trouble. Which is ridiculous since had we told them it was her birthday, they would have done that anyway. Instead of real solutions, they offered a $20 gift card to my sister for her next visit. It was a tiny 2 seater booth off to the side of the restaurant. It was completed decorated, all 3 walls, with 60/70's women in their undergarments! They might as well have had those women in complete lingerie, it wasn't that far off. I thought this was a family restaurant??? That totAlly ruined my mood and appetite for the rest of the evening. My boyfriend and I were really craving crawfish and we decided to come here. Keep in mind that we are both major crawfish fans, and I'm from Houston so I'm very on top of how crawfish should come out. Crawfish was small. Right now, crawfish season has already started in Houston. Not only was the crawfish small, they were WAYYY overcooked. heads were soft and smashed, like they were dead before they got boiled. They had the "dead" taste. The tail had the grainy feeling and just fell apart from being over cooked. We thought it was grainy feeling and too soft because they were previously frozen crawfish, but manager claims they were live. However, they did compensate our crawfish and offered if we wanted something else to eat. Thats why they get three stars. read more

Great establishment. I am rating my experience over everything else. My wife and I went to Razzo's for a Saturday night date night. We requested 2 refreshments that were signature to Razoo' s from our waiter, Ali, who was without a doubt part of our great experience. She knew the menu well and was very informative. Both drinks were very delicious. We moved on to the crawfish fondue, because it is crawfish season and what else says Cajun seafood like crawfish. "Wow!" It was a great choice. We each chose to go with the menu's recommended meals. Stuffed shrimp, quoted as being "Good" in the menue. Let me say, It did not disapoint. We also went with the stuffed fish from which you have three choices of fish. I went with the redfish. It was mouthwatering and will be hard for me to ever try anything else from this restaurant because it was so good. It was listed on the menus as "Great". I second that opinion. We also had the manager Sam stop by and speak to us. He was very enjoyable and I appreciate him taking the time to speak to us. We will definitely be returning customers to this restaurant. This location always seemed really busy so we waited until a bad weather weekend to try it. The place was still busy, 15 min wait. We waited at the bar and the bartender offered us a food menu, what no wait? But we just ordered drinks and waited for a table. It was not a long wait. I tried the Cajun Combo Skillet, it came out in a hot skillet but when I went to bite into the corn on the cob, it was cold, not just cooled down from kitchen to table, but ice cold like still frozen, and my shrimp was not hot either. I let the sever know but I would not let him take my skillet because I was hungry and I could still eat the half that was hot. So I asked him to being me a little plate so I could keep eating while they fixed the corn and shrimp creole. The manager brought my plate and took the skillet. They brought back a whole skillet, not just the cold parts. That was nice and unexpected. The corn was hot and so was the shrimp. Plus I ate the bread, again. To go box please. read more

Need to hire a hostess who can answer the phone pleasantly, know what the menu offers, and INFORM you if they are not taking pick up orders on that specific day, NOT after you place an order and she tells you, oh sorry to burst your bubble... ughm EXCUSE ME?!, Burst my bubble?, you never speak to your customers that way! Some people have to work and can not come in and sit down to enjoy their food, hence why they place a to go order. Poorly managed restaurant if they can't do any pick up orders, I understand if its Mardi Gras but come on, seriously? Managers can not seem to help with the orders? can not schedule or bring in more people to handle the work load? Four stars for this restaurant. The food was pretty good. They cleaned my raw oysters a little too well. Lol nice touch but made me skeptical. I had the "rat toes" or something. Good food, friendly staff. My wife and went on a Tuesday night, being less busy. Hostess sat us in the bar area but there were plenty of seats on the regular side of the restaurant. I guess you get the option of listening to kids scream on one side or folks getting drunk and loud where we sat. This is a nice location, it is usually pretty busy but if you go during a off time you can get a seat pretty quickly. The restaurant has all kinds of stuff on the walls so there is a lot to look at if you need to grab a seat in the bar and wait for a table. The fried pickles and the rat toes (shrimp & crab stuffed jalapenos) are both excellent starters. The rat toes are especially spicy so if you don't like spicy food you may not want to try them. We really like the shrimp po'boy it's stuffed full of fried shrimp and it enough for two meals. The Shrimp En Brochette is also very good it shrimp and jalapenos wrapped in bacon and then grilled, it's served over dirty rice. We have also tried the ribs which were awful, they had a very strange flavor. The food and atmosphere here is great, however the service and be great or awful it's the luck of the draw with the service staff. read more

Had great patients with my children and even acknowledged them when they were trying to play. He played back and served us well. I have enjoyed Razoo"s for 20 years across DFW but tonight my heart was broke!!!! I realize we are in different times but first it was a business card to scan a bar code to get the menu on my phone, then Scott the server just wanted to run to the next thing or table. So here's to a Caesar salad (dressing on the side) swimming in dressing ok I'll choke it down. Then comes the drinks Gator Punch which tasted more like Gator Pee so I ask about a drink in a mason jar and he brings a frozen green and red mess that wasn't drinkable so I decide to go to the bartender and state I'd like a Bayou Breeze and I watched her put grenadine and orange juice in a mason jar hand it to me and smile. Entrees were good but now it's do you want a to go box yes and bread pudding for dessert. Bread pudding was a fail tonight and he forgot the Togo box.
