Called for a quote and spoke with Joe. He told me they would not be able to start any job until about a month and a half. We agreed to meet for an estimate. He said to text him and he would let me know the time. After getting the run around for several days he stopped responding. Not sure how this business has great reviews if people can't even get them to get a quote. The lack of professionalism in just providing someone a quote likely reflects this company's work ethic. This place takes a long time to respond. When I reached out via Yelp to get support on an estimate-- they took longer than other places to respond. Finally, I was responded to and asked to call them to discuss my project. Toward the end of the call, we agreed on a date and time for them to come out for the estimate. When the day arrives, no one arrived at my home. I call to see what's going on and the guy tells me that he's getting delayed at another jobsite. I am ok with it (had to run an errand anyway) and we mutually agree that he will text me with dates and times to reschedule...no response. I figure I give it a day or two...no response. I reach out over Yelp...no response. I send a text and he responds for me to send my address to set up a time and date for them to come out for the estimate. When I do send my address...no response. I call a few days after (today) and ask to set up a time, the guy says he's driving and that he'll call me in 20 minutes. Guess what happened? I called Joe on a Friday morning to get a bid on a front yard project - stamped concrete of about 400 square feet and flagstones on the side of a carport. Joe came by that same day Friday afternoon and gave me a quote on the spot. I told him it was above our budget but he worked with me. My wife and I thought it over the weekend and by Monday, I texted Joe that we had accepted his bid. Tuesday night he came by to drop off the contract. Joe did our patio, which consist of stamped concrete, pony wall, raised planter, custom bench, electrical, and water system work. He was able to finish everything in a 5 days time, which is huge for us because we needed the back yard to be done ASAP for entertaining/HOA purposes. We had asked him to do the custom bench last minute and he definitely delivered. He used techniques that I would never had imagined. The bench turned out great!
