Had a leak in basement bathroom ceiling. I cut out the drywall ceiling, identified the joint where…read morethe pipe was leaking, determined a third floor toilet was the source of the water, set up a bucket, and then called swiftpro. Tyson came out and quickly determined the leak was not coming from the joint but rather from somewhere above. So now there was a mystery leak hidden behind the walls somewhere between the third floor and the basement. He suspected the pipe to be behind and certain section of wall on the middle floor and thought maybe a nail could be the culprit and checked to see if we had anything nailed to the wall, we didn't. So he had to pick a section of wall to cut behind to check and on his first try found the pipe and showed me exactly where the previous owner put a nail through the toilet drain pipe.
