McShane was our technician and he's the reason I'm even leaving a 5 star review. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was respectful of the property, used shoe covers before entering, and asked permission before moving things around. You notice those little things when you've had a bad experience in the past. I would say the value is also worth it. It was $85 for the tune-up. I was obviously looking for something cheaper but you get what you pay for. Overall great service!! The technician, Luke, showed up on time for our scheduled appointment. He put his booties on before going upstairs to check the thermostat. Turned out, it was the capacitor in the a/c unit, so in our backyard. Luke explained everything and gave us a quote. We agreed and he fixed it in less than an hour. A/C was up and running. Luke also helped us changed out the filter. Clear and positive communication throughout the entire process. We felt that they were honest and price was fair. The next day Sam followed up with me and gave me a quote for a water heater install and said he'd be there within 2 hours when I was ready. I told him I needed to discuss with my wife. During this time, I called another local company for a quote and they quoted me about 800$ more for the same exact branded/sized water heater, installation hoses/connection, etc. their warranty was also one year less than AAA was providing. I then called another plumbing company and their quote was even more astronomical than the second company. So I called Sam back after agreeing with my wife that we would proceed with him. He stated he had a new customer in the 1 hour we'd last spoken, but not to worry because he'd still be there same day just later in the afternoon. He provided a time frame and text when he was 30 min out. He arrived and got the water heater swapped out in 2 hours as he said over the phone. We went from having a leaking water heater to a brand new one. It's all up to code and we feel very confident in Sam's work. Additionally, Sam was a very courteous and polite guy. He explained everything and answered every question we had. He never seemed rushed or tried to upsell us anything. His customer service was outstanding.

The entire system indeed, needed replacement! Capistrano Air came in at an honest quote and it was quite a bit less than a prior company's estimate, yet Capo. Air would be providing us with top-of-the- line equipment! Installation was scheduled and took place in less than a week. Shane and his crew were punctual, immediately set to work on removing the old, large heating system and outdoor unit, and worked tirelessly all day! We were constantly informed of each step - where the routing of tubing within the garage would be placed with attachment to the outside unit, and where its' location had to be, etc.. At completion, the system was tested, along with our Venstar thermostat - all functioned perfectly, and the property was left in impeccable condition!
