We found that we had a leak in our pipes and were lucky enough to get Tom from Green Global to come within a few hours. He was able to cap off the pipe with the leak allowing us to get back to normal. Wasn't an easy task as the pipe was hidden under cement. He was very confident, capable and had a very positive attitude while working. Can you do 5 starts TWICE?? As a new home owner, you never want to start using your home warranty for fear of getting a "bad apple". Kyle and Trevor were so responsive when started my claim for my water pressure regular. They were efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, professional and got the job done. Our water tank went out on Friday morning, we called Tom Friday afternoon and he came out Friday evening. After diagnosis he told me it needed to be replaced. My water heater went out and this company was recommended by my home warranty company. The technician came out to assess the water heater for the estimate. He was there for less than 5 minutes and told me everything was perfect and would need zero modifications and the warranty company should cover the water heater so my only out of pocket would be the disposal. I thought "Great!" However, I was then told by my warranty company that my out of pocket would be over $650 for modifications?! What? I called them and asked for a detailed estimate for these charges and was told they had already provided it to the warranty company and to just reach out to them. The warranty company notified me the next day that they had approved the estimate and ordered the tank already before reaching out to me. I still was waiting for the itemized estimate for the erroneous modification charges that his tech told me were not needed. $650 is alot to a single mom with 3 kids, I'd like to know exactly why I'm getting charged before just blindly paying someone. A week goes by and I have no communication from Green Globe, the warranty company has at this point told me all communication should be through them. I finally get ahold of them after a week and a half and his response was "Oh, we figured you had just had a friend help you with it" and basically was writing me off. I explained that no, I have been waiting on the estimate and have called with no response. He then had the itemized estimate sent over and wow....$600 of the $650 was all modifications I was told I didn't need. $50 for disposal. I asked him why and he said, well I have to make money somewhere. I felt very taken advantage of and told him what his tech had told me and he denied every word. I told him he should at least attempt to work with me and he got very defensive before finally telling me he was refusing to install the water heater (that mind you they already had and was ready to go), and laughed saying good luck finding another company. This company is absolutely horrific and only cares about the money. They lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to pay their surprise fees. They are extremely rude and abraisive if you dare question why they are charging for something. Terrible customer service, and uncaring staff/owners. read more

Beware - Abraham @ Green Globe Plumbing 949-290-7214 Abe was dispatched by First American Home Warranty to repair a leak for the Refrigerator valve & pipe. He did replaced the leak however instead of installing a correct 1/4" valve, he installed a 3/8" valve. I didn't noticed the different size valve until he has already left. He is intentionally screwing with his customers. Now he is refusing to return to do it right. First American Home Warranty is reimbursing me to fix what Abraham did. read more

I can not recommend this company enough, especially Trevor! He was prompt professional and thorough. The Mrs and i have homeowners insurance and by chance were assigned Trevor to fix a toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom. He was able to fix the problem in under half an hour(failed wax seal) but also checked the rest of the house for any other leaks. Then a few weeks later we smelled gas coming from the water heater and gas fire place, we asked for Trevor to be assigned. He fast tracked our case with the insurance company, he arrived a couple days later and got everything working in a few hours, new water heater and all. So this is going to be a rolling review as things progress, but I think it deserves 5 stars at this point. We had Tom come out today to give us an estimate on a full remodel of an upstairs bathroom. Now I'm pretty hard of hearing due to my Marine Corps years so I let Tom know that I preferred text communication over talking. He was understanding and was/is very quick in his responses. He came on time and is very work focused in a pleasant manner. He listened to our ideas and you can see that he was fully listening and planning in his head. Unlike other contractors that came before him and laid out their cookie cutter plan, unwilling or unable to take the owners ideas into their own, Tom fully embraced our ideas and worked with us. He was upfront and truthful in answering my questions and never left us wondering. He quoted us a bid that was fair, competitive and honest to God made total sense. The water heater shook and made a lot of noise so I told him at it and his reply was ,,,Hummm I don't know and never offered any customer service. So I had to have a real plumber fix all his mistakes. Next I had a leak in the bathroom his plan was to tear out the floor the entire tub and also cut into the wall . I've called Tom and Green Globe Plumbing on three occasion so far. Every one of those jobs, Tom has done an exceptional job, especially the emergency call I had with a backed up sewage line. Tom was able to come out within 20min and got everything unclogged and working again. I had to write this review because of my experience with Tom on my most recent job. I had to replace the main gas pip coming into my house. Got a good quote from Tom and scheduled the job. Tom came out and explained everything that was going to happen, even saved me money by re-running the pipes since the underground housing was cracked and I would have to replace it if he just replaced the existing pip. How's that for not being lazy. When everything was done, Tom went to light my water heater. That thing would not keep the pilot light lite, he even tried replacing the thermal sensor for free but that failed, Tom then got on the phone to try and troubleshoot the burner (didn't even try to up-sell me a new water heater). We decided it needed to be replaced, a much cheaper solution but since it was a Saturday the parts department at GE wasn't open. Tom took care of it on Monday and installed it for me on Tuesday. Great service in my book. A very well deserved 5 star rating for Green Globe Plumbing, and my go to plumber. read more
