I wish I had read the reviews on this store before ordering. I placed an order online for a fridge and that went smoothly but it stops there. The delivery men showed up and without discussing anything with me, removed my door. Brought the fridge in, and set it up but only removed half the styrofoam inside and banged the fridge door against my counter tops several times to "show me how not to do that". Ok.. The second delivery man takes my dining chair and STEPS ONTO IT to put my door back up. Why? Do they not have step ladders? They leave, I check my chair and see that it's now broken (it wobbles now) and has paint scratches where his feet were. So I called customer service. A guy picks up name Emmanuel, says no problem he'll take care of the fee for my chair, gives me an email address and tells me to send him photos of the damage which I do immediately. He calls me back and then proceeds to call me a liar and that he just "doesn't understand why the delivery men wouldn't get a ladder from the truck." I ask to speak to a manager. She says her name is Alaina and in a huffy, confrontational tone says I'll have to make a claim with their claims department and connects me to their number. I'm on hold again and she had rerouted me to their main menu. So I picked the billing department (there was no claims department, Alaina was trying to lose my call) and the woman in billing after I explained to her what happened said she'd help me make a claim even though it wasn't her department. Sounds a lot like Alaina could've made the claim too doesn't it? After the nice woman in billing makes the claim, an insurance woman gets in contact with me and I re explain the issue and send her the photos. Two months later she refunds my money. TLDR: Don't shop here unless you want your furniture ruined by impatient delivery men, and your integrity questioned by incompetent 20 somethings who failed high school math. read more

Honestly at this moment if I could give RC Willey a 0 stars I would as I am so upset with them. I have bought multiple large purchases at RC Willey over the last year and unfortunately several weeks ago my what I feel is brand new (April 2020) range quit working in which time I contacted RC Willey where I was told since it was an LG product that the customer service representative would have to put in a ticket to them for a repair well needless to say after several oops no ticket made calls and a visit to the store nothing was ever done to fix the issue. On my last visit to the store (8/22/2020) I was told that LG hadn't contacted me because they were backed up due to COVID so even though I was told I could NOT contact LG myself as it needed to be handled by RC Willey I called them this morning and spoke to a very helpful representative who advised me that for one that they would have someone out to my house this week, two that they NEVER received any ticket from RC Willey and for three which is the most infuriating especially being in healthcare that they WERE NOT booked up due to COVID. So needless to say the representative at the Meridian customer service window decided since COVID is a easy excuse she'd just say it was due to COVID not caring that there are people working long hours (including me), people dying, and a nation struggling which is infuriating to me. We were in dire need of a bed as we just moved to Boise and our moving company had delayed the delivery of our furniture and we were sleeping on an air mattress. I checked around and found the bed we wanted at RC Wiley and they were able to get it out to us in a couple of days. We have now slept on the new box spring and mattress for a week now and it has been very comfortable so far we really like it but it is not on the frame yet as our stuff has still not been delivered. Everyone at RC Wiley has been extremely professional and nice. I would recommend RC Wiley to anyone that is looking for a bed and they have also delivered some TV's which are great as well. Thumbs up to the team at this store and special kudos to Daniel Bredoff and Lex Papadakis they were great to work with. read more

Right in the door we were helped by Carlleen who listened and showed us the many style options they have to offer. We bought beds and have gone back to make additional purchases. I'm writing this review because we've had three very different "experiences" shopping at RC Willey. Being new to the area and needing a washer and dryer, we followed the billboards to Willey. We were then "jumped" once we got to the washers and dryers section of the store and the guy, while being very cordial and pleasant, just wouldn't leave us alone---kept pointing out features and yet wasn't listening to a word we said in response. Oblivious would be a good description. Fine. Bought top of the line units from LG. Went to pay and found that he had set up the account with both my wife's and my names in the "first name field", which their system couldn't handle so it mashed them into something we recognized but was neither one our names. Fine. After undoing that, then there was some other glitch that he did, which had to be undone by the cashier. At this point I'm just looking for the door and wanting to escape the loony bin. Second time we were looking for furniture. Jumped on as soon as we were about 20-feet into the store. Same fake pleasantness but we were far more successful in keeping them at bay, given our defenses were up (based on our first trip). Again, got the hell out of there. After going to several places in town, looking for a cocktail table that we liked at Willey, we were forced into returning to the land of unsuccessful reformed used car sales people. Gotta tell you that we connected with Kim Williams who didn't pull the high pressure sales crap with us. She knew her subject, offered thoughts as needed, listened to us, etc. We bought the cocktail table from her and will deal with her exclusively if we need to buy more furniture there. They responded and credited me the delivery fee and 1/ 2 the cost of rails (~100 total) and finally got it right....Had the Manager, Delivery Coordinator and Customer Service rep all call me prior promising that the rails would be measured before delivery and followed through perfectly...As I have said RC Willey has TOP notch Customer Service..fingers crossed some 'powers that be' in RC Willey Corp...Re-evaluates their relationship with this particular vendor.. But strangely they deleted my FB post to the same.. But no worries..no reason(sadly) to have their dirty laundry aired....would have gave the company props.... This would be a 4 start maybe even five if it weren't for the check out system they have. The check out clerks seem to always need to get the managers assistance. That being said, they have a great selection of furniture and electronics, and I live their lay away plans. No show. No call again. After 3 full months of waiting for the living room sectional that I paid for in early March and after the no call and no show on June 3rd, RC Willey did it again. They re scheduled the deliver for today June the 10th from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. An 8 hour window. No show and no call again. 90 days later and RC Willey still in not able to perform on this contract. Terrible service. We are now re scheduled for the 3rd week in a row for next Monday. Guess I'll take another day off of work and see if they can perform a trifecta. OK, I left my review and received what I assumed was the standard reply to contact them directly at the site they provided. I did, was contacted the next day, and I am not kidding, they made everything right. No one is more surprised than me. They refunded most of the cost of the useless extended warranty on the couch, contacted the manufacturer of the new chair and parts were delivered today (still waiting for the tech to come repair it), the appliance salesman did contact me and our washer/dryer were delivered on time and professionally installed. I was told they will work on the hold times. It would, of course, be better not to have had the bad experiences in the first place but I will give credit where credit is due. The dishwasher I ordered had a well hidden defect in the lower portion of the door. This defect went unnoticed until after installation. The cost of installing the unit was somewhere in the $350 range. RCW elected to replace the unit and refund $100 dollars of the cost of reinstallation. I was not too happy about this as I had already paid 300-350 for the install, and now would have to pay 300-350 to reinstall. I asked if the door could be replaced--they told me that Samsung would have replaced the cosmetic defect at no charge had I contacted them within 7 days, per Samsung's warranty. I was not made aware of this 7 day time frame, nor was I given any documentation on this cosmetic warranty. After haggling with RCW for a while, they suggested appealing to Samsung to see if they would replace the door/skin after their warranty. So, the customer servant told me that they would write an email to Samsung explaining the issue and CC me a copy. The email bluntly stated that they had a customer interested in ordering a new door for their dishwasher. This was the only information presented. I called RCW again, as I was not pleased that the issue I was having was not detailed in the email. When I spoke to the same customer servant, I asked if they would rewrite the email and explain the problem in more detail. I response, they referenced the 7 day warranty to me again. I told them that I wasn't trying to order a new door, I was trying to have my door replaced as it has a defect. The customer servant new this, but opted to pawn me off on Samsung with limited detail in order to not have to deal with my dishwasher issue. I asked to speak with the manager, Lynn, he told me all of the same things the customer servant told me. I had finally hit a brick wall. I am going to still appeal to RCW's corporate head quarters...but, I am angry that I will now have to do the install myself or eat $350 because of a defect in RCW/Samsung's product. I am angry that I was not informed in writing about the 7 day cosmetic warranty. I am REALLY REALLY angry that I was pawned off by RCW on to Samsung as if I was just going to buy a new dishwasher door--this is the definition of poor customer service and the reason that I will not purchase products at RCW in future--it is for this reason that I am writing this review. This is terrible customer service. I had been warned that RCW had awful customer service--I guess I should have take those warnings seriously. I am still going to try Samsung, so far their service has been excellent. I will say this--the sales person I worked with, Isreal, was excellent, and the gentlemen who performed the delivery of these items to my home were excellent...but I'm not sure this negates the odious customer service by Rylee and manager Lynn. read more

Worst experience buying a washer and dryer waited tune half weeks for it to be delivered and set up in my house when it finally arrived there were 2 dryers the little delivery guy said that they would take it back and get a washing machine well I was told it would be another week because they only deliver once to my town once a week I told him that was totally unacceptable but I got nowhere also the to individuals that delivered it on the RC wooly truck during the cauvet 19 epidemic didn't even have mass or gloves on really know math to enter into someone's home with a pandemic really RC welly I will never purchase from you again or recommend you to anyone read more

We will not ever buy from RC Willey again or recommend to someone else. We bought a fridge, dining table, couch set, side tables and a new bed set at the beginning of June and it's been a complete nightmare. The lack of communication between the departments and customer service on the phone and purchasing your items is a complete disaster and incompetent. Getting our fridge, dining table and side tables went surprisingly smooth. However, with our couch set - first, it took several weeks to show up because it came from various warehouses. Then, once it did show up, the loveseat had a huge tear on each side from clearly being cut open by a box cutter. The delivery people "didn't notice" when they brought it in, though they were cut at least a foot long on each side. They told us they took pictures and would submit a claim for us to get a new one. Called the next week, no claim had ever been processed. We were lied to and had to wait even longer for our new chair to come in. As for the bed set, it took 3 months for us to finally receive it! First off, we will never recommend Kim Hilliker, the salesperson, to work with. He was terrible at communicating with us, didn't ever know where our stuff was, and couldn't give us any correct updates anytime you called. Apparently, when you do a special order, you have to put a 10% down payment for it. We were never told that from Kim or customer service while checking out. Two weeks after we placed the order we called Kim to get an update, first he told us COVID was making everything take twice as long so to be patient, then, once we asked him to look further into it, he called us back to let us know the order had been cancelled because there wasn't a 10% down payment on the order. If we hadn't asked him to keep looking, who knows when we would have been informed that our order had been cancelled. He told us he had never heard of the down payment requirement but that we needed to come in and pay it to reorder. So now with this special order that was already 4-6 weeks out, we had to wait even longer to get it because nobody communicated that to us. We ended up going into the store on a Saturday to discuss our frustrations with a manager, they tried calling 2 different mangers but could never "find" or reach one who could come speak with us. We ended up having to talk with a lead supervisor which, halfway through, took a lunch break and passed us on to another supervisor without giving them any background on our situation, so we had to tell the entire story all over again to the new supervisor. Like I said the lack of communication at this business is unreal and very unprofessional. Back to the bed set, we finally ended up getting it on August 28th which was 3 months after we had ordered it. We have told our friends and family about our terrible experience here and actually heard from several others how bad they are with communication, having their items show up damaged, difficulty getting through to customer service, and getting the delivery addresses correct. They may have good prices compared to others here in the Treasure Valley, but we'll go somewhere else where communication is key, and their employees are more proficient, the lower price isn't worth the hassle. read more

Before we relocated to Meridian to be close to our daughter and her young family, we sold much of our furniture, TVs, and sold the appliances with the home. So, we needed to buy lots of new furniture and appliances for our new home. RC Willey was recommended to us, so we ventured into the complete home furnishings store. We felt like going to RC Willey was like Christmas every day! We've had great and not-so-great experiences, but in the end, all worked out to our favor. Even now, almost 6 years later, we often go to RC Willey to "check out" newer models of appliances and TVs, furniture, beds, etc. We even venture into their large Clearance Department. We've never had a "pushy" salesperson, but have had experience of not finding someone to wait on us as the salespersons seem to be in ongoing conversations with each other just passing the time. We've suggested more "training" through managers. Our only 'issue' has been with a Sony Plasma large screen TV which was installed and had a continuous "band" across the bottom. RC Willey did send a TV technician to our home to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, the TV could not be repaired and it just happened to be outside the MFR warranty period, so RC Willey gave us a $500 credit. But, after 5 years, the TV stopped working all of a sudden. We should've returned the TV after we first noticed the issue. The second issue, was the female salesperson who we worked with to buy a large leather sectional sofa sold the sofa to another person after we'd already put a hold on it after entering it "sold" in their system. The area sales manager was very cordial in working through the problem with us; and they happened to have the same model and color sofa in the SLC warehouse. We continue to shop at RC Willey because it's where we find value in our purchases and the wide variety of models and knowledgeable sales staff (for the most part) are helpful, courteous, even if you have to hunt one down. We do highly recommend RC Willey and will continue our regular trips to the store for their "freebies". read more

The furniture quality is great. No complaints. The customer service though? A complete disappointment. The sales representative was cocky and inconsistent. We moved to ID with almost no furniture so we purchased a large sectional and dining table set. We also kept our moving truck so that we could pick up the furniture. They failed to tell us that there could be delivery delays due to the holiday. So we showed up twice when they told us it would be ready, and it was not. Had to pay to keep the truck longer. Finally got it all and decided we didn't love the color of the sectional and custom ordered a new sectional. Delays due to COVID, understandably. But finally it was going to be delivered on 6/19. Then get a call from our salesman that it would actually be 6/22, no big deal. Then get a delivery confirmation text for 6/19. Then received a call from the delivery driver confirming 6/23. Come on... at this point I'll be surprised if it shows up this month at all! I will never buy from RCWilley again unless I can take it home then and there. read more

I got my furniture delivered today, they forgot one item. When I called the customer service the lady I spoke with was extremely RUDE and hung up on me!!! I called back and asked to speak with a manager and they said that a manager would call within 5 min. 1\2 he later I get a call from her. I explained what had happened and she told me the customer service lady was P.G. Really! Make excuses for her rudeness I'm appalled to say the least. I bought a dining room table. When it was delivered they forgot the bolts to assemble it. The table sat in my dining room for 10 days. When they showed up they still didn't have the right bolts. I told them to take the table back and credit my account back. When you spend over $3000. For a table you would think they would get it right and not leave you hanging. Another issue is if you call into customer service you better plan on sitting on your phone for a minimum of 30 minutes before you get a customer service rep. All in all the customer service at RC Wiley in Boise really leaves something to be desired. read more

Reading the bad reviews on here is a little hard to believe- we have been long term of customers of RC Willey (Summerlin - Las Vegas) and have always had great service. When we located to Boise in June we were excited to see a RC Willey (we did not have the past few years in CA) As always the store delivers great products with great customer service. The salesman was great. Wife bought a washer. Quoted $650 @ Lowes, he matched it. Sold her delivery & warranty so it's $850 now. Took 5 days to deliver. They hooked it up backwards, the clothes came out of the final rinse cycle steaming hot. Shrunk our load of clothes. I'm satisfied with the quality of the products we purchased. We purchased appliances, bonus room furniture, and electronics. Cindy, Forrest & Bob were very knowledgable about the different products. I would give each of them a 5 rating. They were prompt when delivering our items. The rating is a 3 for a couple of reasons - we have a new home and their delivery personnel need to remove their shoes or wear covers on their shoes when walking through someones new home. They were walking through our house with dirty shoes. I also feel the warranty costs as well as the cost to install TV's is over priced. They installed three TVs and one sound bar. I feel the cost to install the big TV with sound bar was sufficient. They also charged us to install the two smaller TVs, which was over priced. read more

We have been waiting for a refrigerator (we also bought an ice maker and top of the line KitchenAid oven from them) for almost ONE YEAR. Our salesman has been horrible, we have called to check on status many times and asked him to update us. He rarely responds. We have gone into the store multiple times to try and get information as no one will call us back. They tell us they will be sure this time and help us (or they brush us off), then nothing. We called again to check today and it's sitting there!!! No one called us. The earliest they will deliver is a month from now and we still have to schedule installation. We don't have a lot of choices but will never use them again. Even allowing for shortage issues, they have been completely lacking in customer care (mere courtesy often) and it didn't have to be such a miserable experience. My 71-year-old mother visited your store on April 15, 2019 at just after 10 a.m. and spent 25 minutes trying to get someone in the appliance section to help her before leaving in despair. But the To delivery guys that came out complain all the time and my old washer broke and had water in it and I just kinda laughed and said wow I bet that heavy just joking with the guy and he's like I don't know why you're laughing but the guy couldn't take a joke and he tried just to drop off my new washer in my living room instead of putting in the laundry room and they didn't take the old washer out so you're better off saving your money and just take it home and install it yourself. I would give more stars but they have the worst communication in general. The employees working there that answer there phone as well in customer service do not know respect. If they don't want to talk to you they transfer your calls to people who are NOT in the building so your forced to leave a voicemail and not get a call back for a week later or hang up and call again only to go through the same process of not being treated well. I paid good money for my furniture that was backordered when I purchased first week of January... then when it was delivered it was not even the correct console but too coffee tables. Then backorder again for a month?? Now we're in the middle of February only to be told that we have to wait a week for delivery, so we go to pick it up cause we didn't want to wait longer and they tell us they gave it to someone else and ours is now in salt lake.... uh what the... they then tell me that they will call when it's in again.. four days go by no call so I call them and it's been there 2days but I'm playing ring around the Rosie with customer service again... I would give 1star but I liked the guy we worked with for the order originally even though he inputted it all wrong. Super frustrating RC Willey and to be treated like we have been. Very disappointed, after looking at multiple sectionals and being told they wouldn't be here until mid July I explained to our salesperson that we need the furniture by a specific date. We walked around the store until we found a love seat and sofa the they assured me it would be delivered in a week. Fast forward to today and only my love seat arrived (after I got rid of my old furniture). I spoke to their customer service and they said the love seat wouldn't be available until mid July. Had I known this I wouldn't have purchased this furniture. The salesperson deceived me in order to make a sale, as the customer service agent advised that nowhere did it show that the sofa would be available in the promised time frame. I went down to the store and requested to speak with a manager, I was referred to customer service, when I advised I already called customer service at 0830 and had not heard back from them yet (1300 at this time) and Id like to see a manager. The lady lead us back to customer service, I reiterated that I do not want to speak with customer service I'd like to see a manager. I was told that a manager would not talk to me. read more

I came here with my son looking to purchase a mattress, not browsing but with the specific intent to buy while there. We walked around the store for one hour, during that time we found exactly what we wanted to buy..the problem was I couldn't get one single sales person to even look at me. There was plenty of them, either looking at their phones or helping customers they thought were "worthy" of their time. We purchased a bedroom set when we moved into our new house. The pieces had to come in different shipments because of the promotional discount. The bed, dresser/mirror and 1 nightstand came when scheduled. Upon inspection, the night stand USB ports were smashed and broken and the dresser was damaged so we sent the dresser back and they were going to send the replacement USB ports. Finally, the additional nightstand came but the dresser never arrived, and no replacement for the USB ports. The following day they sent out a service guy and I thought he was going to replace the USB ports but instead he confirmed the ports were broken and smashed (which we had sent a photo of as proof). After 3 weeks of ordering our furniture we are still waiting for the dresser to arrive and a replacement USB port. Hopefully, all will come undamaged. So disappointed in RC Willey. read more

It was 3 months past warranty but they took care of it anyway. I bought a house full of furniture here two years ago. They made us wait weeks and weeks to deliver our furniture for us... the salesman on the floor, "James" was our best friend while we were shopping and spending our money, but as soon as they got it, we were no longer worth their time. We finally ended up having to actually RENT a Uhaul and pick up our own stuff. Now, 2 short years later, one of our expensive leather couches is peeling and cracking in spots, revealing that they were literally just "painted" over... very low quality piece of crap. Good thing we purchased the 5 year warranty, right? Wrong... they have now made us wait months and months to fix the couch, from August to now, without even the common courtesy of a phone call. The last time I spoke to someone... a very disinterested young woman, I was told the part would be here from CHINA in the middle of November. It's already almost half-way through December. Awful customer service, low quality products, warranties that are pretty much useless... you decide whether this business is worth your time. We will NEVER be back. UPDATE: So after this original post, they started the process of repairing our couch, which was under warranty. When the man was at our house to complete the color match, we pointed out to him that the love s shortly eat was beginning to peel exactly as the first one did. He took photos, and told us that we would be hearing back so that we could get it repaired. Guess what? Here it is 3 months later, and no word AT ALL. I am so sick and tired of this company. Don't buy a mattress here unless you know exactly what you want! My wife and I shopped around and we found that RC Willey had the best price on the Simmons line we were looking for. We did look at other brands but we ultimately were after a beautyrest pocketed coil mattress. We picked out a mattress, it was a "dual comfort" which has softer coils on one side and firmer coils on the other. One of the questions we asked before making the purchase was "could we exchange it if we didn't like the mattress?" "Of course" we were told, "we have a 60 day comfort guarantee." "If you don't like the mattress after a minimum of 30 days you can exchange it." Well after just a week I had horrible back pain on the firmer side and my wife kept complaining that on the softer side she felt like she was always being "pushed" off the side of the bed. Keep in mind this is a standard KING mattress so there is plenty of room for both of us. I contacted RC Willey customer service and they told us they would "try to see" if they could get someone from Simmons to come out and check it for defects... They called back nearly a week later after I visited the store twice to find out what was up and said "Sorry, they wont come look at it for at least 30 days." Which I firmly believe is their standard statement. Well after the 30 day mark we hated the mattress, I contacted RC willey and said "we would like to do an exchange and we would come in to try out a different bed... " This is where the fun begins. "She says sure no problem, there is a $59 delivery fee and a $150 fee for the exchange." When we purchased the mattress we were never told there was any fee associated with the exchange the rep who sold us the mattress made it sound like if we were unsatisfied for ANY reason it was a worry free, hassle free exchange. I go a couple rounds on the phone with the customer service rep before ultimately giving up as they are completely unwilling to amend their policy. She tells me they have to charge me the $150 because they will sell the bed in their "clearance" section and take a loss.. Funny thing is the bed is no longer on sale and even if they listed it for $150 off their current price it's still nearly $400 more then we paid. COMPLETE SCAM! We purchased our bed from RC willey on credit not because we couldn't afford to pay it outright but we wanted to establish new credit together as I was recently married. We picked RC willey to purchase the mattress through because 1) they told us they had a hassle free exchange policy on the mattress. 2) They sell furniture and electronics so in the future we could purchase a Fridge, Washer, Dryer or TV if needed, and 3) Because we felt like the sales people we dealt with were very friendly and not very pushy like the other mattress stores in the area. Well RC Willey I'm very sorry to say the dupe is on us. You got our $1500 for the mattress that we now loath but ultimately the loss will fall with you. We will no longer shop the location and when the mattress is paid in full we will close out our account. Very, sorely disappointed. If you are thinking about buying a mattress in the Boise area look at Denver Mattress, they have a truly "no hassle" return and exchange policy, RC willey forbids returns on any mattress for any reason... After a horrible interstate moving trailer accident left us with no household goods we went to RC Willey and spent thousands to replace everything we lost. Over the course of 8 months in Idaho we have replaced a 70 inch TV, Dining Set, Patio Set, Dishwasher, Club Chair, Area Rug, 2 ottomans and more from this store. There has always been glitches in delivery & set-up, however, not enough to keep us away. This, however, will keep us away. 3 weeks ago (April 9) my husband bought a "faux" leather storage ottoman. In just 3 weeks time the fake leather is peeling from the corner. I called customer service and was told to "send in a picture" so a manager can look at it. I sent a photo the same day. After not hearing back I called to follow up and was told "your dog must have chewed it". Are you KIDDING me? After spending THOUSANDS of dollars at RC Willey I'm being told they won't give me in-store credit to replace a 3 week old peeling ottoman? My dog certainly didn't chew it (or anything in our home) and they wouldn't have known we had a dog had I not mentioned it. (so much for being honest!) I escalated to management and got the same response. Safe to say we'll spend our Seattle incomes elsewhere. I can hardly believe this company would send our money elsewhere over $300! We weren't even looking to get a refund, just a replacement of a higher quality item and I was clear about that. Shame on RC Willey's lack of customer service. They will rip you off if you're not careful. I purchased an expensive 4-seat theater couch from them. Within 18 mos it had leather that was peeling off and springs that were broken and mechanisms that wouldn't work to recline the chairs any longer. We used these about 1 day a week on average at most. RC Willey wouldn't honor any warrantee because the leather had expired and the mechanism would cost me $70 for service call. The guy comes and fixes the springs and mechanisms. Now they don't recline at all. I go to the store and complain. "too bad" so sad. They won't help. I call the store GM. He says someone will call and correct at least the mechanisms. Someone does call, 4 times, while I am at work. I call back the next day and leave 2 messages. It's now been 2 months -- no return call. Ripped off on the $2000 couch and now ripped off on the $70 service fee to "fix" my couch. They actually broke it. NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE!! Cheap, cheap, cheap. Worst experience of my life. Please do not make the same mistake I did! I bought new appliance, awesome right? Well until they got delivered. The fridge arrived damaged and the stove is missing the hook ups. I thought, no big deal. They will make it right, boy was I wrong! First they put me on hold for over an hour and then needed to call me back. Now another day later, nobody has called and the stove is still in my living room. To add to my frustration, they left all the boxes and did NOT install anything. I know I have learned a lesson, I hope you don't make the same mistake!! read more

Still waiting for 3 months after pictures were taken of our love seat to have the peeling repaired. Same thing happened with our couch and that also took months to get fixed! Horrible that you spend thousands of dollars and are treated horribly. Even the representative over the phone was rude. I will not male one more purchase from this store. Very disappointing. read more
