The funny thing is, I've talked to three associates starting with Zara, then Amir and finally David. Zara (I believe the receptionist) who did all she could to get the warehouse to ship me the part. When that didn't happen, she put me in touch with Amir & David. His rate was competitive and it was a flat rate for the job. Through our correspondence, Elijah even downloaded the cutout template of the new sink to give us an estimate how much would be cut and what his rate would be for making the cut.
