Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

He quickly diagnosed our water pressure issue--our main valve was sitting at a dangerous 100 PSI--and installed a new 1-inch Zurn Wilkins regulator (our old one was 24 years old!). He also performed a hydro-jetting service on our main line to clear out all the debris. Giovanni was polite, professional, upfront with pricing, and worked incredibly efficiently. I also really appreciate the client portal they supply--it made it super easy to view my paid invoices and will be great for keeping track of any future estimates all in one place. He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

I don't often leave reviews, but after the experience I had with Ryan and RD Plumbing, I wanted to let everyone know how things went at my house. I had what appeared to be a slab leak soaking my downstairs carpet. I called TWO other plumbers out to give me an estimate. Neither of those plumbers did more than 2 minutes looking at the issue and both of them told me they'd need to reroute the line above the slab through the walls of my home (lots of damage and quotes of $2,000-2,500). They seemed more interested in upselling me a repipe of my entire home, than they did in solving my immediate problem with a minimum of cost. I was pleased when Ryan and his helper showed up. They spent nearly 45 minutes figuring out exactly where the problem was (without trying to upsell me on a full house repipe). When they had completed their investigation I was told the issue was a very small one that originated in the wall between the garage and interior. They had it rerouted and patched in minutes and I was able to resume my life (first things first... I needed a shower after having the water off for 24 hours). This is not a paid or prompted review... I'm posting this because Ryan's team is an honest, hard working crew that did a spectacular job diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem. He responded to my online request for service thru Yelp within minutes. Then when I told him I needed a quote quickly as we could not shut off the water, he offered to have me send him pictures of the two valves that needed to be replaced. He waited on the phone as I took pictures and sent them to his phone. He reviewed the pictures and he gave me a quote right then and there. His quoted price was substantially lower than the two other quotes that I received for the job. He was very professional, and accommodating. He responded to every communication quickly and kept me updated as to the progress of getting a plumber out to the house. Scott arrived within the specified time. He replaced both valves. His work was done with precision and done well. He went the extra mile, and even trimmed a hose to make sure there was a good connection. I called RDodson (one of the many calls to various installers) to inquire about water heaters as my current is 15 years old. Ryan presented options for a new water heater. His knowledge is excellent, and adding my personal preference I decided to get a tankless water heater. Brand has excellent review; Price and the installation cost are very reasonable. Ryan also mentioned the available rebates/tax credits available at the time of purchase/installation. The install went well, on time and clean. After the work was completed, I obtained several additional quotes from other licensed plumbers, and they all came in at half to two-thirds less than what we paid. That was extremely disappointing to discover after the fact. On top of that, the crew relocated our outdoor water spigot without discussing it with me or getting my approval. Then, just one week after the installation, they had to return because one of the pipes they installed was leaking. While the work was eventually completed, the combination of the excessive price, lack of communication, and installation issues left me feeling that we did not receive fair value for what we paid. All the folks who came to do the actual work were very nice no complaints there.

The first person I talked to told me they don't do that. And asked if I'm a realtor? I said no I'm not. And they said they don't do services like that. Then called me later and said they do when do I want to book? Then a 2nd person I spoke to said they can't tell me how much camera scope cost. Why would I bring you guys out for estimate + camera work if I don't know what it's going to cost me? Every other company will be able to give me what the camera scope cost is.

Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. Fortunately, there were no cracks, but to my absolute surprise, they did not charge me for this follow-up camera service!

As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. We called Plumbing MATTers and they were able to get us scheduled same-day! Our technician, Giovanni, was phenomenal. He quickly diagnosed our water pressure issue--our main valve was sitting at a dangerous 100 PSI--and installed a new 1-inch Zurn Wilkins regulator (our old one was 24 years old!). He also performed a hydro-jetting service on our main line to clear out all the debris. Giovanni was polite, professional, upfront with pricing, and worked incredibly efficiently. I also really appreciate the client portal they supply--it made it super easy to view my paid invoices and will be great for keeping track of any future estimates all in one place. The whole job was completed for a very fair price with great warranties included. It's rare to find plumbers this honest, organized, and thorough.
