I decided to wait in the relaxation area of the dressing room. The massage therapist never showed up for my appointment. Ten minutes after my massage was supposed to start, I checked in with reception to find out what is up. The massage therapist finally found me. She then told me my massage would be less than an hour because she had called my name in the sanctuary area and I did not show up...and assumed I was with the one of the groups. I found her overall tone very off putting and it felt like I was blamed for being late for the appointment when she did not really even try to look for me or call. Thankfully the manager let me reschedule the appointment for the next day at a discounted rate and gave me a complimentary glass of prosecco. I just feel like at a hotel and spa which is so expensive, that guests should be treated respectfully. I will go back, but will make sure it is not to the therapist who was rude to me.

I was impressed with the quality of dazzle dry and my polish lasted 4+ weeks on my toes. The cons - the first time I was here I had an appointment and I still had to wait 30 mins. There was no apology for the delay. I was not pressed for time so it didn't bother me too much. The pedicure chairs are not meant for short people. My back was hurting by the and of the pedicure. The nail tech was not friendly. She kept scolding me to relax my hands over and over again.
