I still have PTSD from the flood, but their support and updates made the process more bearable, and I'm so grateful for them. Faragon sent a team asap to come inspect the walls, floors and ceilings for water/damage, and they set up big machines to suck out the water and dry everything. It took the machines 11 days to eliminate all the water/moisture in the laundry area, bathroom, hall closet, and bedroom closet. The machines were extremely loud and heated up my apartment to 88 degrees - so I had to evacuate with my bunny because I couldn't even think straight with the noise and heat. No sheetrock/drywall or floors needed to be repaired. I just really wanted to thank Nicole, Kristina, and the Faragon team for all of their help and customer support!!! :-) When disasters like this happen, it causes a ton of anxiety because your entire life gets turned upside down. First, they installed dehumidifiers and fans - unfortunately, they were done incorrectly and they kept on shutting down. In spite of this, they still charged for non-operational machines, Then they prematurely scheduled a demo and since the techs had nothing to do, they billed approximately $1,000. The inspector was nice and informative but their office still over billed and under delivered. 1 would not use them again.

Did not include or let us know that this did not include fixing end to end. Once they tore down the place then they quoted us a separate price which was frsutating and pricing did not make sense. They quotes 3k to put up drywall and flooring. Anyways, they had taken out out flooring from bathroom and did not have replacement. The flooring company discontinued the product and our flooring connected bathroom to living room. When asked they had no plans, their 3k plan did not include how they would fix it. It was a mess. Had to order flooring and fix by an amazing handyman for 1k. So they quoted 3x times the price wihtout knowing the fix. PLEASE STAY AWAY, THEY DONOT HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY AND ARE NOT TRANSPARENT.

He didn't break down any walls or ceilings, just drilled holes at the affected areas to run tubing for his drying equipment. He and his assistant always came on time, sometimes a bit earlier, to check progress and work. When his initial attempt to dry the floor didn't work as well as we hoped, he informed me that the bathroom floor needed to be removed so his equipment can do its magic - a statement backed up by the field adjuster for my home insurance who checked the damage, so I knew he was being honest. The water mitigation and repairs took weeks due to logistics, and I had to pay him late because my insurance stopped responding and I needed to secure funds first. But through it all, Dio and his assistant were patient and understanding. When they fixed up the holes they made in the garage and realized the paint didn't match, they came back the next day with the right color, no problem. Their work was so good, you can't even tell there was damage in the first place! I highly recommend Dio to anyone who needs water mitigation work. Thank you so much, Dio!

I was a client at a health facility in which a couple guys from ServiceMaster were working today…read more They had equipment set up outside a public, individual use bathroom where one of them was waiting for a couple clients, including myself to finish using it so he could enter to work. Right when I opened the door and began walking out, the worker began walking towards me to try to walk around me, but there wasn't enough room for two people to pass each other due to the small space and the equipment they had set up next to the door. When I tried to move around him, I accidentally kicked a large piece of equipment and hurt my foot, which still hurts over half an hour later. The worker did not apologize. I saw him and his "supervisor" outside and first spoke to the offender. Turned out he does not speak English, but when I said "you don't even say sorry", he said it, so he knew enough to say sorry. After speaking to the "supervisor", I didn't leave the the conversation thinking that he would definitely say something to his employee about the need to give clients more space when they are setting up equipment to work. He said sorry, but actually tried to argue with me, saying the bathroom was supposed to be closed. When I told him that his worker gave a lady space to leave the bathroom, but not me, he had nothing to say. Based on this experience, I would never call this company for service.
