Tried to remove my credit card information and they won't let you. Tried the Chat they have, they only want to sell something more. If I could give zero stars i would. Picked up a water dispener that we had replaced due to it malfunctioning. Then charged us for 2 machines for a year despite us only having the 1. When I called to complain they agreed they owed me $162 but only refunded $62. Even after calling to discuss they are still only refunding $110. They also keep changing my default payment method to a card i no longer have. My complaint is with the company, my driver Donato was an Angel 5 stars for my driver . He was so kind and helpful to me, he would always make sure my water supply was rotated . he understood i was disabled which is why I ordered this service. Things out of Donoto's control is what left me no choice in leaving this review. Months ago they started randomly changing my delivery dates. Someone who spends 3-4/5 days a week at medical appointments has a fixed schedule so my deliveries had to be on the one day I am always home, plus some how I was always Donatos first delivery of the day so 7:00 sharp he would be at my home I could count on it. Then something changed at Ready Refresh. First the app changed , then products constantly sold out , then the schedule changes and all while not offering ANY customer service with these changes . they don't even offer their phone number as a choice , I emailed them , found their number on line , obviously the skeleton staff is still working from their homes no supervisors available an hour on hold to cancel my account when the dept told me it was another hour wait for a supervisor , I asked for cancellatio dept to cancel my account . I plan on utilizing vons.com for most of my deliveries as i can pick my date & time for delivery and they deliver to your door which is exactly what i need .Poor service at the front end is why you are losing customers read more

Ready Refresh used to be great when it was Arrowhead. Now for the past few years they have constantly been increasing prices, increasing delivery fees and requiring monthly minimum to have anything delivered. Which I get but I'm buying more than I need to use their services. During Covid it was great because I was talking up for Armageddon but not now. Website functionality to make any delivery date or product changes is cumbersome. The final decision to post a review was that I tried to cancel my service and it was such a nightmare that it would have been easier to get security clearance to visit the pentagon. Step 1: submit a "request to cancel" form on their website because the website says you cannot cancel online or cannot call to cancel Step 2: receive an email after submitting the online cancellation form saying you have to call in to cancel Step 3: call in and get a customer service agent say they do not have the authorization to cancel an account and have to pass you to an account executive who are the only ones allowed to cancel an account Step 4: sit on hold for over 40 minutes to get an account executive on the phone to cancel your account Step 5: be repeatedly asked why I am cancelling service yet it's not being documented. Asked on the online form. Asked by the 1st customer service person, asked again by the 2nd account executive. I also tried to change my delivery address online when I moved and went through the same 100 steps and hours to complete. This is water people. Yesterday August 11, 2024, Sunday, I had a strange feeling to contact ReadyRefresh on Monday, August 12, 2024, so I did. ReadyRefresh had me scheduled for delivery on August 14, 2024. I waited all day yesterday for my water and when I checked my account they had bounced me to June 28 delivery! We have residential water delivery for good 20 years. Last year, the service in my area (Irvine) became unbelievable - you never know when they going to bring the bottles, each month it's different. Besides, they stopped mailing invoice on time. On their website I'm not able to pay with ANY card ether on their website or by phone. As a result, $20 late payment + $3 paper invoice. Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind.  I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to "pause" my delivery of water bottles. They don't offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didn't use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isn't a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you can't cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated "cancel service" and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They don't offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. one month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.   Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle!! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. Don't waste your time with Ready Refresh if you have an issue. Report them to the Department of Consumer Affairs, FTC, and your state's Department of Public Health * Food and Drug Branch, to the bottled water distributor licensing board. They continue billing customers, even after they have closed or cancelled their accounts. Ready Refresh sent me an email stating they closed my account in midMay. By mid June, they billed my credit card again for another delivery that they newly scheduled without my consent---which is fraud. It was stressful enough trying to close my account a month prior in May. I had to spend another hour on the phone getting extremely stressed out in June. I was refused a transfer to the billing/cancellation department, then I was hung up on by one of their customer service reps. I had to call back again and wait 15 minutes before being transferred to billing, who wanted to make up a bunch of excuses for why this happened. They finally reversed the charge, but refused to send me an email about what happened, or verifying that it wouldn't happen again. They have done this to me in two different states, three years apart. It's no mistake. It's intentional. They are counting on customers not having the time or emotional energy to deal with them, and are knowingly committing billing fraud. read more

In June 2019 I ordered water to be delivered once every three months. I had to provide credit card information for automatic billing. It is now January 2020 I have been charged for 6 Deliveries. All charged a different amount. It takes over 25 minutes in hold to make contact with anyone. When a representative is finally on the phone they are rude and unable to help, no supervisor available. American Express was very understanding. They have blocked all future charges and are disputing 3 of the previous charges. One of the worst services I ever invested in. One star is too generous. When I started approx. 2 years ago I was receiving one bottle a week, that never changed. The cost was $25/mo. Now two years later they gouged my account for $89/ for one month service. I never increased my water they just go up. Just like someone else mentioned, there were a few times they didn't deliver but they have no problem billing. They constantly go up for each 5/gallon bottle, delivery charge and rental of the machine. And get this, if you're not purchasing extras like cups, they will tack on that cost when they feel you're not paying enough. I called them the day b/4 they were to make a water delivery and I told them do not deliver one more darn bottle of water and to pick up the machine it will be on the porch.
