I have wasted 3 days waiting for your driver to come and pick up this water dispenser. I asked if I could just take it to your office in Plano and was told no, you don't do that, then she said just put it outside, I said it would get stolen. When I asked when the driver would be here, she said she didn't know, and that you don't have gps tracking, are you still living in the 18th century, everyone has tracking. If I could rate them less I would. Over the past year they have raised prices four times saying that the increase their ability to serve the customer. However, paying extra has improved my service, a customer, by missed deliveries, delayed deliveries, or the latest perk...no delivery at all and absolutely no notification of a change to the multiple notifications stating my order was on the way. Our initial scheduled delivery was 10/01/2021, then it was delayed to 10/04/2021, then delayed again to 10/05/2021, and yet delayed again to 10/06/2021. I called their customer service number, and told their rep we had no water left, and she assured me that she will reach out the the delivery supervisor to "ensure" our delivery will not be delayed. you should have the ability to give negative stars, especially when it comes to ReadyRefresh. I've been with them for about four years now and initially they were very good. I've only had a couple minor issues, but this last one is off the charts. I was scheduled for my regular 4 jugs of 5 gallon bottles of water and decided that I would order an additional jug as it seemed that we were running out of water just a couple of days before the next delivery and thought it would be best to get one more jug of water. Big mistake on my part if you make any modifications to your account, it starts a spiral like you would not believe. 48 hours before the delivery as it is required, I added an additional jug of water. I received a confirmation email stating that they would be shipping me the five jugs of water out of cost of $8.99 per jug. I typically give a five dollar tip, there is a minor fee for rental and a $10 delivery fee, for a total of 65.00. I did receive a text message saying that they were delivering the water early that Friday, they did not. They did deliver it and late afternoon. But for some ungodly reason, instead of delivering five bottles of water, they delivered nine. I called them immediately and explain the situation to them. They said something had glitched in their system and it never canceled my original four bottles of water. I asked them what the bill was be told it would be a whopping $180. They charged me twice for the delivery fee even though there was only one delivery. And apparently decided that instead of charging me $8.99 per bottle as they've done for the past umber of years, they were no charging me $15.99 per jug. This is absolute insanity as it's cheaper for me to go to the corner store which is less than a mile from my house to buy the jugs of water. And I don't have to pay a delivery fee if I do it that way, I have no idea why they double the price on me me. And I went onto explain that I would not be paying $180 for their mistake. As other others here have said trying to get through to customer service is brutal. those that have said that you used to be able to speak to a live person are 100% on point you can no longer do that. It's typically a bot. if you do get through to somebody, it's abundantly clear that they're not in this country and don't understand that this type of behavior is price gouging in illegal in most states including the one that I'm in. I think that should be very careful because my next call is going to be to the attorney generals office in Boston. After two online chats, totaling over two hours, I was told that everything was straightened out and that they would be issuing a credit for half the bill it would be charging me $75 which is still more than what I should be paying. Behold I got an email today saying my bill was ready to pay so I went online to look. It's still $180. I Immediately call them back Told that they have to take the money out before they can issue me the credit...... Ummmm..... no. I don't think so. Needless to say I'll be canceling the service. I instructed them that if they do deduct $180 from my account I will be reporting it to my bank as fraud. I will change my debit card information so they can no longer charge. Watch out for ReadyRefresh. They used to be great now they're a scam. God helped the next person who approaches me at BJ's about this company, as a matter of fact, I think I'll reach out to BJ's and let them know that this is how they're treating their customers so that they don't allow them to solicit in the store anymore. read more

If you can continue to get your water from your local store, outlet, or heck a river, PLEASE do so! This is NOT the first time I've had issues with my "scheduled" deliveries. In fact, this would be the third time. The most recent would have been yesterday (Tuesday Feb 28, 2023). My "scheduled" delivery for this day NEVER arrived. I called customer service three times yesterday, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more each time, and on each occasion the "agent" guaranteed the arrival of my delivery. The last agent I spoke with (at approximately 4:30 pm CST) asked me to wait until 6pm since the time frame for deliveries was between 7am-6pm CST. However, at approximately 6:10pm I called customer once again, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more again, only to find out "The office is currently closed". This infuriated me. I suspect that the last agent I spoke with knew this and just brushed me off. This morning (3/1/23), I arrived to the decision to cancel my membership with this "company". I called customer service around 7:15am CST, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more yet again. The Cancelation Dept.'s agent attempted to retain my membership by trying to convince me that the order that is scheduled for Tuesday March 7th could be reschedule to an earlier day, such as Friday March 3rd. I was opposed to this "option" because I would STILL be missing a delivery, the one that was scheduled for yesterday, (I think he was trying to insult my intelligence and failed at the attempt). As I insisted on cancelling my account, I noticed that my Previous Deliveries Dashboard displayed my order for yesterday (2/28) was delivered ???? How could THIS be???!!!, if it was in fact delivered then the order I had been anticipating and calling about went somewhere else, it did not come to my address! This display appeared deceptive and dishonest to me. I don't see the logic behind allowing someone or the company's system to input "Delivered" or "Complete" when it was not. These actions confirmed my decision to cancel my membership and support ALL the negative reviews that ReadyRefresh has received from current or past consumers on Google and YELP. I will also be providing a negative review as well. ReadyRefresh wasted NO TIME withdrawing payment from me, but yet I have to jump through hoops, spend time on hold (time that I will never see again) and speak with dishonest customer service reps in an effort to obtain the service I've been paying for. I don't believe the agent even cancelled my membership, because I have not received any type of correspondence or email from ReadyRefresh reflecting this action. read more

On several occasions the delivery boy claimed that he couldn't deliver my water because i wasn't home even though their policy states that no one needs to be home for the deliveries. I had just moved to Texas and my wife and I were discussing that we need to find a new supplier for our bottled water. Just as we were discussing it, there was a knock on the door. Lo and behold, it was a salesman from ReadyRefresh asking if we needed bottle water. It was almost a sign. I was listening to the guy's schpiel and slowly began to feel pressured; I gradually realized that I was indeed talking to a salesman. He ended up taking my phone, tapping in the URL for ReadyRefresh, putting things in my cart and asking for my payment information. I explained to him that it's only my wife and me here and that we usually only go through one five-gallon bottle in two weeks. He said that it's possible, but he put three bottles in my cart, saying that this would give me a big initial discount and that I could go online and cancel my orders till I needed more water and could also change it to one bottle every two weeks going forward. He also added a case of small bottled water to my cart saying it was free just for signing up. The more he spoke the more I felt pressured, so I finally took my phone back and sent him away. I said I needed more time to research but that I could call him. He asked for my number and then he texted me so that I would have his number. After he left, I contacted ReadyRefresh and told them about my situation. I said I just wanted to make sure I could order one five-gallon bottle every two weeks. The woman I spoke to said, "Unfortunately, there is a $20 minimum per order, so you cannot just order one bottle." The salesman was definitely not honest about that. After hearing that, I decided to go into my phone and empty the cart that the salesman had filled for me. It was at that time that I realized he was also signing me up for a recurring deliver of those cases of bottled water. He didn't just throw one free case in there, he was trying to sign me up for regular deliveries. If this is the kind of underhanded tactics their sales force uses, I can only imagine what the company would be like once they had my credit card information. The most disorganized and horrible water system. They do not show up ever on the given date. 6 months in and my delivery was rescheduled more than 5 times and even those rescheduled were not delivered on the day. Even after speaking to a supervisor and being promised that the delivery will show up it did not. Its as if they dont care, I have around 13-14 bottles to be picked and not one of the drivers follow instructions. It's as if they dont care. You take a day off to make sure that the driver can know where to pick up and deliver and they end up cancelling the delivery on the day of the delivery. No heads up no email. when you are near the time of the delivery they change it on their application. SO now you have wasted your day and you are without water. You speak with the supervisor and they say it will be delivered for sure on Monday and the same thing happens and it gets rescheduled. Its like they enjoy rescheduling it. Imagine that your water was not delivered. You contact customer service and they promise an accelerated delivery asap. But you never get it. Instead you get charged again. Contact customer service, demand two refunds. But not only do you not get your refund, you get charged again. 3 charges, no way to directly contact the delivery personnel, customer service keeps giving you the run around and making empty promises. That happened to me in a two week period. I've had to file a claim with my bank and issue a stop payment. That has been my experience with Ready Refresh. Do yourself a favor, don't be like me. Find another water delivery service other than Ready Refresh. By the way, any changes, disputes, or questions have to be dealt with their customer service phone number and that alone. Ready Refresh is a nightmare company. It could be a great company, one that people would appreciate and love. BUT...they are bizarrely unprofessional. They cannot seem to get things delivered, these other reviews are completely accurate with the constant "rescheduling." Last month, we were "rescheduled" over and over, then they charged us over $70 on autopay, an amount significantly more than the cost of our products that we ordered. At first, they told us that we DID receive the delivery, but we have 24 hours videos that cover 4 directions, and an extra video that covers the delivery door. NO ONE came to deliver waters in the last 40 days. It took Ready Refresh 30 days to return that money to our account, even though they acknowledged that no delivery was ever made. They only have issues in Ordering, Billing and Delivery. Buyer Beware. I am hopeful that the new ownership will save this company. We love having beverages delivered. read more

Deliveries are constantly being rescheduled, driver delivers to the wrong door resulting in not picking up empty bottles. After having my delivery rescheduled 5 times over the course of a month, without any reason given, I decided to cancel service. Of course, there is no way to cancel service online. I've sent 3 emails with no response. I've called 10 times in the past 3 days only to hear a pre-recorded message saying that customer service reps were busy and unable to take my call. The one time I did get through and spoke to a rep I was told their systems were down and they couldn't help me. I even tried contacting the company through DM on Twitter.
