They do not get any better. More missed appointments, tried to chat with an agent and 67th in the Queue position. Appointment was 8-11am to clean my dispenser. Website now up till 5pm and agent email possibly 7pm. Ok, appointment 8-11am is now 8am-7pm for a 30 minute service. Must keep sharing the disappointment. read more

Their monopoly allows them to screw their customers over as there are no other options. They don't care about their customers and don't even respond to any requests. I have been a loyal customer of Ready Refresh Primo Brands for years, but their recent service has been beyond unacceptable. Since October 24, 2025, they have skipped multiple scheduled deliveries (10/24, 11/7, 11/14, 11/20, 11/24, 11/25, 11/26) and have now pushed us out to December 1--over a month with no delivery. On top of that, we have over 20 empty jugs that they have not picked up for weeks, even though each skipped delivery was supposed to include a pickup. It is ridiculous and unsanitary. I've called multiple times, spoken with customer service reps and supervisors, and received zero resolution. Every time I call, instead of fixing the problem, they somehow try to upsell me--even though we can't even get our basic water delivery. This is completely unacceptable. Ready Refresh has failed to manage their deliveries, provide support, or honor their commitments. I am absolutely over it and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Is there a less than one star option? I've never had a problem with service and I've been a customer of Ready Refresh for many many years. And also had an paid membership. The schedule for delivery needs to be set in at least two weeks notice. But they don't show. And then you call the next day to see what happened, because there's no notification of a delay, only to be told, "there was an error in the warehouse, it'll be there tomorrow." But "tomorrow" never comes. This is day number FOUR that I have placed calls only to be lied to and still NO WATER. After ReadyRefresh was bought by Primo, service has decline. Absolutely incompetent since the merger/acquisition. Made first delivery in May and delivered a cooler I told them not to. It sat unopened. Then no further deliveries for three months. Then the day they delivered 6 requested bottles was the day I cancelled. Bottles left and unopened cooler taken as I had my own. Then sent charge for water and refurbishment of unopened cooler to the tune of $50. Smart me I cancelled credit card so they couldn't auto charge. Sent check for water, $61, used and it took 10 weeks to be cashed. They say never got. In the meantime charging $20 late fees for three months. Agree with other comments. Deliveries are constantly rescheduled, difficult to reach anyone and when you finally do they just make false promises with no follow through. A driver told me that the Primo acquisition messed everything up - IDK and don't care, looking for alternatives now. read more

I just received an email about ANOTHER price increase. Also, on the app, the 5 gallon bottles I'm getting, the price is 45% higher than the website. I'm getting double billed for the dispenser and if I want to cancel, I'm going to get charged a $50 reconditioning fee. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating. Got the service over 2 years ago when Primo Water was formally known as ReadyRefresh. One of the sales rep was in Sam's Club and what sold me was the fact that the delivery guy will bring the waters in the house. At least that's what I was told. Because I have asthma which makes it a little hard for me to bring the bottles in. That would be a great help. My water gets delivered early morning. I work from home. Driver never ring or knock to bring it in. I catch the guy sometimes. Letting him know my account is noted to bring in. I was told buy a few different drivers that it's not. Also since it's been changed from ReadyRefresh to Primo I never get my water on time. They keep moving my delivery date. I run out of water and have to go buy bottle water to hold me until they deliver. At times I have gone over a week waiting for the delivery. For over 2 years I been going back and forth with the driver's and the support team about the service. The only reason I have dealt with it this long is because they compensate me for the inconvenience. My last order of water was supposed to been delivered 12/22/25. Here it is 1/5/26 this is the longest wait time for me. I was told I would get it today 1/5/26. Checked the app this morning and it has moved to tomorrow. I AM DONE!!!! If I have to keep going out to the store to get my own water because I run out waiting on Primo to delive. I might as well keep doing it myself. CANCELING TODAY!!! read more

The first delivery was sent to the incorrect address. This I did not comprehend since ReadyRefresh has delivered to my home (apartment ) previously for about a year. If I could leave a zero I would. Signed up in Sam's Club because we thought it was a great deal. WRONG! Scheduled 2/14, at 530p rescheduled for 2/15, at 515p on 2/15 it was rescheduled for 2/16. Keep in mind the hours are until 5pm EST. I called on the 16th and a gentleman was very nice and assured me that it again needed to be moved but would assuredly and definitely arrive on 2/20 and comped me some waters. Then like clockwork on 2/16 at 6p it was rescheduled for 2/21. They assured me that he was messaging the right people and it would for sure arrive on the 20th. Long story short...stay away! Signed up for this delivery in Sam's Club and I was so excited about it. Supposed date of delivery was 4/16, somehow got moved to 4/19. Received a email 4/16 reminding me of 4/19 delivery. They had all of my info and card info to charge. Talked with a rep on 4/18 to assure all is in place for 4/19, no issues water will arrive. 4/19 by 6pm no delivery. Called agent he apologized and tried to reschedule saying there was a issue with my card for payment, no where did it say that in past communications with reps. I told him to just cancel the entire transaction. Boy after reading all of these bad reviews I think I made the right decision. In the last 5 months, Nestles Ready Refresh has no showed 5 times, texted and blatantly lied about delivering the water, not collected the empty bottles multiple times, left the full 5 gallon water bottles out on the street after delivering the water a week or two late, changed the delivery preferences on their platform after being called out for their bad service, raised their rates and now expect tips. After calling them and filling another complaint they tried to upsell their dispenser cleaning service. Unfortunately their only competitor quit after getting called out for the same problems - That's the one that Costco pushes once in a while... Aqua Water is not consumable, maybe safe for washing but that's about it... GenX and other toxins are present in their water... " at acceptable levels"??? read more

ReadyRefresh is the worst! Since day 1! They delivered the wrong equipment and doubled my water order and charged twice. When I tried to call customer service, no response. Constantly rescheduling my monthly delivery and we're left rationing our water supply until the next delivery. Then when I finally have had enough and cancelled the account they still charged my account for a delivery I didn't receive, plus a $52 refurbishing fee for the equipment. For existing customers, about every six months they increase the price of everything (5gl & bottled water, dispenser rent, delivery fee). I looked at the prices on their website and I'm now paying almost triple the amount of what they advertise online. It's only me drinking this water. Horrible customer service. We have been trying to cancel our service since January. They were scheduled to pick up our cooler and unused bottles for a second time and DID NOT SHOW. After a "normal" 30-40 hold time the customer service rep refused to reduce our bottle count on our contract and told us to "use the water to wash your dishes or water your plants." Really? DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. We had the service for a couple of years and it was adequate (water was good, delivery service adequate). That ended about 6 months ago when the delivery service started failing completely. They would even send us a text saying that the delivery was completed when actually they had not delivered. This happened multiple times. We finally cancelled the service and set up a final pickup date for the bottles and dispenser. Of course they postponed that delivery date. On the new date they did not come but texted us that the delivery was complete. A month later they bill us for the dispenser rental. I call and talk through with customer service and set up another pickup date. That date comes and late that day we get a text saying postponed for 2 days. 2 days later comes and goes and no pickup and no text. Of course now it is Saturday and their phone system says their offices are not open. They don't even tell what times and days their offices are open. read more

HORRIBLE experience. I contracted them for my office and they often skipped deliveries with no notification. Was impossible to get good customer service or anyone local. The only phone number is a 1-800 number and they have no way to contact delivery drivers or see routes. In addition to not showing up, we also had one occasion where they never came to the office and noted the delivery was completed. I'm not even a customer of theirs and I'm getting screwed by them. I ordered a couple cases of water from Amazon, as I've done a few times. Amazon charged me, water delivered, I'm happy. Last couple of orders ran late, so I contacted Amazon, they told me I need to contact Ready Refresh. Here's where the fun begins. First late order, for 5 days straight they tell me each day that order is "on the truck to be delivered today" and yet it wasn't. Finally got the order 2 weeks late. Sucks because I live in an apartment complex with no security, so porch pirate heaven, if I'm not there to receive a delivery I will never see it. Okay, fine. Order one more time from Amazon, and same thing, I get a daily notice 4 days in a row that the order is out for delivery, never shows, so I call Ready Refresh. While on the phone, they promise me, It will be there tomorrow. We shall see. Then, she mentions, "oh, by the way, your last order is still pending payment, so we will have to bill you for that, plus late fees"... I'm not your customer, I'm Amazon's customer. So I verify in my CC statement, Amazon billed me. They don't care, say the have no way to contact Amazon, and want to charge my card. I say no, you shouldn't even have my card, and they claim, "no, we charge your card each time". I check my statement, Ready Refresh has NEVER direct billed me in the past, hell if I'm letting them bill me now, especially since I already paid. They say, just log in to your Ready Refresh account and you'll see the records. Again, I'M NOT A READY REFRESH CUSTOMER! I have no account to log in to. So now I'm in the "call the other guy and they'll fix it" back and forth, whilst facing collections threats and late fees for something I can prove I already paid for. I wish I could give 0 stars. Had the brand new service for a week only to discover it had been leaking. I only consumed 4-5 cups and the first 5 gallon container is nearly empty. There is no way to call them and sending a message via the app says to expect a call back in 5-7 business days by which time I will be nearly ready for another delivery.
