They are great employees. I feel safe and secure that my things are stored at their facility. Never had any serious issues. When I was done and trying to manage the elevator which is an old fashioned way to get up and down. It was stuck between floors. I called the front office. The guy that's there only on the weekends stated to yell at me over the phone. Then he tells me he has a customer to take care of. I hung up. I get it if he has a customer but he didn't need to yell at me . I'm walking with a cane. I have a disability. I needed his help and he kept yelling at me that I should come with another person. So I had already called the police to help me get out of the elevator so I could load up my car and leave. I am going to report this to the manager. He got upset because I called the police for assistance since he obviously was not helping me.

We find out that the two cameras they have don't actually work. We called the police and made a report. I called and spoke with Braun Management in Goleta, CA. They manage the building. Of course, they will do nothing because they are indemnified from any losses a customer may incur, so they don't care. You don't realize that storage units aren't truly safe because there is no liability on the company you store with. Thoroughly check out the place before you store. We are truly heartbroken over our stolen items, it has hit us very hard to know we will never see our possessions again.
