Unlike those big corporate franchises, Lisa is a one person management department, which is the best management. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but they no longer value my patronage. They not only raised the monthly rent multiple times (which is expected for inflation) but they also discontinued a discount that I had on my unit since they knew I would be a long-term renter. When I tried to negotiate a compromise, all I received back was pretty much a "Don't like it? Then get out." I hate businesses that don't keep their word. If renting a space beginning at ~$80, over a few months you will be paying ~$500+ each month. Public Storage does not prorate, so once you have paid for a month, there will be no refund whether you have one day or thirty days left on your space. At this location, there is one flat dolly for use, which was advised by the staff to be upstairs in another unit housing location. I've found the management on this property to be unfriendly. Rent here or any Public Storage at your own risk.

It should really tell you something that when he showed up with his team on my moving day this time -- during a pandemic defined by prolonged social distancing rules -- it felt like meeting a familiar old friend. When the future is unknown and everything seems extra difficult, the Shamrock team is a true bright spot. They are SO experienced in moving: I admire the sequence of what goes in the truck, which is designed to make the unloading as fast as possible. We worked together to agree on a plan for what would be the most efficient on both ends, but also the team spared no effort in tailoring my experience so I wouldn't be left with a ton of unfinished mini-moves inside the new place (for example, always asking which room the heavy stuff should go in, which actually makes such a HUGE difference after they go). I was told they would talk to the 5 movers that were at my home and see if anyone noticed the box!!! Obviously not! I waited a week to hear back from Jose Cervantes and did not file a police report because I was under the impression that someone would admit to taking the box filled with expensive purses and wallets. Finally after 6 emails from me to Kimberly the assistant asking for a response, she responded that the trucks had surveillance cameras and nothing showed a White GUCCI box with black trim!! I asked or the surveillance film and she told me it was not available to her. I highly recommend not using this company for your moving needs EVER! This has been so upsetting as I was extremely generous in tipping each of the movers! It was cont just the lack of care they displayed but the way they dismissed my theft brought on by one or many of their workers!
