They not only raised the monthly rent multiple times (which is expected for inflation) but they also discontinued a discount that I had on my unit since they knew I would be a long-term renter. When I tried to negotiate a compromise, all I received back was pretty much a "Don't like it? Then get out." I hate businesses that don't keep their word. At this location, there is one flat dolly for use, which was advised by the staff to be upstairs in another unit housing location. I've found the management on this property to be unfriendly. I asked or the surveillance film and she told me it was not available to her. I highly recommend not using this company for your moving needs EVER! We got a great deal on a unit that was on their second floor because there was no elevator. We only had boxes so that wasn't an issue for us. We also loved that there are other businesses operating out of the building, so you never really feel alone. We also liked that if we wanted the guys to open up the back loading dock, we didn't have to park, walk around the building, then walk through the entire building to open up the door- instead you just give the guys a ring and they let you in! When we moved out they were super friendly and made the move out process seamless. Trust me, I was ready for a battle with them, but they called/texted and made sure I was taken care of.
