That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven't received a refund for November's rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it's now December 12th. The woman on the phone was very dismissive and basically didn't want to help at all. Instead, she said that anything that had to do with my lease and/or refund should be discussed with the manager. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the manager a few times and all he could do is let me know that he would contact billing. Her response was the same: dismissive tone and attitude that made me realize this call with her was pointless. Perhaps it's good that I'm canceling my lease with ready spaces because this isn't the kind of company that I want to work with.

I have been a long time tenant and grew from a 100 sq ft unit to a 2,500 sq ft unit. I have repeatedly reported a broken toilet in the conference room for several months. Despite numerous attempts to contact the property manager via phone, email, and in person, the issue remains unresolved. This lack of attention to critical maintenance concerns poses significant health and safety risks to occupants. It also shows the lack of professionalism and care for the tenants in the property. Property manager is unresponsive to urgent requests. I have made requests for access codes for my employees, pallet rack installations, electricity and forklift certifications. These requests have been consistently ignored, causing significant disruptions to our operations. There is also a complete lack of communication and care. Andre consistently fails to respond to emails and phone calls. When I visit his office, he is often unavailable and claims to be "too busy" to address my concerns and makes it seem as if I am deeply troubling him. Phone calls are consistently redirected to other team members and go unanswered. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and hinders effective property management. I am not sure what he does for months but he is consistently too busy to address any concerns and is in consistent meetings hidden away in his office. It is evident that the property manager prioritizes his own schedule and convenience over the needs of his tenants. His unwillingness to respond to emails and phone calls, and his frequent unavailability in his office, demonstrate a blatant disregard for the importance of tenant satisfaction and the impact his actions have on our businesses. The property manager's lack of responsiveness and disregard for tenant needs have caused significant disruptions to our business operations costing us great financial harm. Delays in addressing maintenance issues, lack of access to necessary resources, and the constant frustration of trying to communicate with him have negatively impacted our productivity and overall satisfaction with the property. I have wasted countless hours of my time attempting to chase this man down to get a response. Given the severity and frequency of these issues, I believe a serious performance review of the property manager is urgently needed. I have effectively escalated the issue to his managers and various other team members in executive level positions and will see if the issue is addressed.

    This is my second review of Shamrock Moving: COVID Edition…read more Francisco and his crew moved me a year ago, before the entire world changed. It should really tell you something that when he showed up with his team on my moving day this time -- during a pandemic defined by prolonged social distancing rules -- it felt like meeting a familiar old friend. When the future is unknown and everything seems extra difficult, the Shamrock team is a true bright spot. They are SO experienced in moving: I admire the sequence of what goes in the truck, which is designed to make the unloading as fast as possible. We worked together to agree on a plan for what would be the most efficient on both ends, but also the team spared no effort in tailoring my experience so I wouldn't be left with a ton of unfinished mini-moves inside the new place (for example, always asking which room the heavy stuff should go in, which actually makes such a HUGE difference after they go). I felt heard by each team member and saw how thoughtful they were in approaching my items with care. They are a great team who clearly works well together. Prepare a big tip, because you won't be disappointed. Thank you Shamrock, again!

I called Shamrock and told them I was missing a large GUCCI box filled with purses and Matching wallets. I explained to them that the box was in a wardrobe box and packed with pillows along side. I was told they would talk to the 5 movers that were at my home and see if anyone noticed the box!!! Obviously not! I waited a week to hear back from Jose Cervantes and did not file a police report because I was under the impression that someone would admit to taking the box filled with expensive purses and wallets. Finally after 6 emails from me to Kimberly the assistant asking for a response, she responded that the trucks had surveillance cameras and nothing showed a White GUCCI box with black trim!! I asked or the surveillance film and she told me it was not available to her. I highly recommend not using this company for your moving needs EVER! This has been so upsetting as I was extremely generous in tipping each of the movers! It was cont just the lack of care they displayed but the way they dismissed my theft brought on by one or many of their workers!
