It didn't guide me to the front office, but instead the back loading area. I made a couple of calls and was eventually routed to the front office side where the property manager was.

I accidentally left my lock off the door, while my locker had nothing else besides my lock (with only one key) inside my locker. They immediately noticed this, as in 20 minutes later, and then they immediately closed my account, as in an hour later. I guess I needed to be immediately available to pick up my phone. At least they tried to call, and I completely understand what it looks like to see an empty unit in combination with the lock off the (closed) door. Not everyone is going to have such a wild imagination, as to give me at least until the next day to chime in to clarify. Maybe it was just what it was, where I needed to use my things I kept in my locker, while also accidentally leaving my lock and one key inside the locker but not on the door. My bad. No, they would not even refund their $20 lock, when I gave them the other key to it. Because, they of course tossed the lock. Lol

My family and I decided to move a year ago to SF, and it took about two months to come up with all ideas and to find a moving company which meets our requirements. So, we were still terrified. We had a 4 bdr house, and as a result a great number of furniture. What is more, my mom has a collection of some antique stuff, so it was far more worrying for her to prepare for a move. There was a large TV with a really expensive stereo, some leather sofas with armchairs, many glass stuff, different little tables, and one really heavy dinner table. And as you can see, there are not the whole list of our belongings. Well, we found out about Burlingame movers due to our friends about 2 months ago, so it gave us a promise to have more time as they described this company pretty well. We contacted them, and there was a really nice manager who made an image of being really involved in our situation. So, she helped with all needed things such as planning, solving some problems ans so on. And as soon as we confirmed a date, we were a bit more calmed. The team was on a scheduled date on time, and as soon as they arrived, they got for a work. We were really pleased guys were with all needed equipment - that means less stress for us, cause you can see really professional work. So, the team was definitely prepared to hold our move. Packing, loading, and unloading took more than 8 hours, desite this, guys were quite energetic and still hardworking. What is more, they were very friendly. Their sense of humor really helped to relax. The unloading process was as well confident as the previous work. And i can truly say we were so pleased with such a great skills and help. Well, i have a piece of advice for those who really wants to have a perfect move: be a human. You understand that guys are working all day long, so they will so much appreciate a little care from you such as a little food and water. And i mean it. They will do everything for you if you be polite and kind with them as well as they are. It was only a pleasure to have a move with the team from Burlingame movers. ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

Sarah and her driver, Javier's, dedication to customer service was truly impressive. That said, I'd recommend planning ahead rather than making last-minute requests like I did! Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance. What I encountered was end-to-end excellence, from customer service to their excellent moving team. I knew our move would be a large one, so I booked a 26' truck and five-person crew. As the day of the move approached, I had lots of last-minute worries and questions and Sam, in Customer Service, answered every one and generally calmed my nerves, assuring me my move team would assist if we needed last-minute help. On the day of the move, the team arrived right on time. The foreman, Guillermo, assessed our situation and calmly confirmed my suspicious that we'd need two trucks (this my error, not OnTrack's). Before I could panic, he had contacted his team and we arranged that ours be a two day move. Guillermo's team wrapped our furniture and had the truck loaded swiftly. At the new house, we had a few of our family help direct traffic. I'd labelled every box with a color-coded room label and the team got everything to the proper room. On day two, Sammy -- part of the original crew -- acted as lead and we repeated the process. Here, a number of items still needed a bit of packing and his team had everything done in record time and -- bless them - marked the boxes for the proper room destinations without prompting. As I now unpack, I'm finding everything in excellent condition and couldn't be more grateful. We'd heard stories about moving nightmares and wanted to share a happy ending. Guillermo and Sammy were AMAZING and their crews were very hard working. Tips: my sister had a table of bottled waters, bags of chips, and other snacks ready for the team when we arrived at the new house. The team appeared grateful for the sustenance. We had some difficulty getting the 18 wheeler in our new house but they rented a small uhaul truck to go back and forth, which I knew was a total pain but they did it and still had a smile on their face. It was also 100 degrees out, not a complaint. I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. They were awesome!

They were initially hired by my in-laws via Angi for a move from the Bay Area to the Sacramento greater area. They were both very kind and informative, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled all furniture and items with care. The total move took about 8 or 9 hours, and included moving the furniture back in and reassembly as needed, adding felt feet to the bottoms to protect hard floors, etc. We were really impressed with the work they did for my in-laws, and so we decided to hire them as well for our own similar move to the Sacramento area. We had a lot less furniture, but a TON of boxes, so our move took about 10 hours. They Tetris stacked it in such a way that the truck was full, top to bottom, left to right, wall to wall. Everything was secured, nothing was lost or damaged -- amazing considering that, during this never ending California drought, it was RAINING on our moving day!! They kept our items dry, no water damage, and drove carefully on the roads to get everything up to Sacramento safely. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and careful mover!

We hired Bay Area Best Relocation Services for a full packing and moving job right at the new year. Carlos and his team were incredible: friendly, efficient, timely, and everything we could have hoped for. From the very beginning we were impressed by the genuine estimate that we got (we did a walk thru before the first day of packing, and Carlos was honest and said we'd likely need to do two full days since we had a bigger place and a lot of stuff like collectibles, kitchen appliances, etc.) They were scheduled to come between 8:30 and 9:30 on the first day, so from previous experience we expected them to be at the later end of that. On the contrary, they texted about 15 minutes before they arrived at 8:30 sharp, and promptly got to work. The two additional workers (Alonzo and Ernesto) introduced themselves and all three were super friendly and positive, and put us at ease (we were both super stressed and tired). Everything was packed and wrapped professionally and safely; they moved our house full of stuff over two days to our new place and even put "categories" of boxes in the new garage for us to make it way easier to unpack room by room. No broken glasses, no scratched walls or furniture, and each box they packed was labeled with the room and contents. (The fact that they provided their own boxes, tape, and packing materials was a HUGE help as well...we thought we'd bought enough boxes ourselves but we were way off.) I cannot recommend this service, or these people, enough: my partner and I were floored by the quality of service, the kind demeanor, and the speed and efficiency that Carlos, Alonzo, and Ernesto put into their work.
